Furniture in the living room needs refurbishment as well as bathrooms there is leakage in the bathtub

Location Friendly Family Room ok We likened it to about the standard of a backpackers not a Villa

No maintenance on a lot of things. The was ok to swim in but the surrounding area was dilapidated, rusty framework, unkept entrance & lounge. Shower was good but water went everywhere (no screen) Booking showed photos of view of the river but that’s only from the unkept pool area.

Great hotel , great location, great staff, great breakfast. All up the stay was Great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Val Soleil Hotel in Da Nang! ❤️ The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay specially JOHN. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Val Soleil Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. We would love to come back again! 🇻🇳❤️

The view of the Dragon Bridge from the rooftop swimming pool is sublime. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food. The room was well equipped at the exception of an ironing board which should have been made available in each room The staff are reliable in all aspects. Especially Alice, the receptionist, has been very helpful with her advice.. It was a great stay at the hotel, and I would use this hotel when I am back in Da Nang.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en de kamers waren ruim. Als verblijf voor één nacht was het verder praktisch genoeg.

Het ontbijt viel ons behoorlijk tegen. Het personeel was vooral met elkaar bezig en had weinig oog voor de gasten. Een eitje laten bereiden leek al snel te veel gevraagd. Ongeveer twintig minuten voor het einde van het ontbijt begon het personeel al uitgebreid op te ruimen. De broodrooster was toen bijvoorbeeld al weggehaald en verschillende producten waren niet meer beschikbaar. Op Booking wordt het ontbijt omschreven als een culinaire ervaring met onder andere lokale specialiteiten, sap, pannenkoeken, kaas en fruit. Dat beeld herkennen wij niet uit ons verblijf. Van alle hotels tijdens onze rondreis door Vietnam was dit voor ons duidelijk de minste ervaring.

The helpfulness of the staff.. It was amazing...

The deluxe room with city view was not as shown in the pictures...It was very very small and I had to pay additional huge amount for an upgrade. Also AC in lobby area, reception area, floor aisle and elevators were switched off.

At check out I had to wait downstairs for security to check I hadn’t taken anything from minibar (I hadn’t). He came back down saying I had a sip of one of the mineral waters (which I didn’t). This was at 4am so was quite frustrating.

Great spot to stay! The hotel’s in a really good location, super easy to get around. Loved hanging out at the rooftop infinity pool — amazing views and such a chill vibe. The room was a nice size too, plenty of space to relax. The breakfast buffet was also really good, with lots of tasty options. Overall, just a fun and comfortable stay.

The stay was fine overall, but the bedding, pillow cases, and towels felt old and not very clean. Definitely time for the hotel to refresh these to improve the quality of stay.

The rooftop pool.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Man ist in 1-2 Minuten an der wunderschönen Uferpromenade. Restaurants um die Ecke, super Aussicht von unserer Suite. Rooftop Pool und gutes Frühstück. Außerdem trotzdem ruhig und man ist für extrem faire Kurse schnell am Flughafen. Da Nang wir kommen wieder und wieder ins Val Soleil Hotel. The hotel location is wonderful but the stall and the hotel management are needed to review themselves because there are rules of their hotel which is not acceptable lobby air conditioning start after 10 am and off at 5 pm and staff is not helpful at all every small request there are denied each and everything I went for 12 day three day ho chi Minh,four days phu choc, three days danang and four days hanoi I had requested for adaptor and request them for breakfast buffet every where in vietnam buffet closed at 10 but in their hotel 930 and they start removing food on 9.15 if somebody is eating they didn't inform and they don't bother their customers is eating or not I'm traveling with my kid so I requested them for 15 to 20 min greas but they denied I asked for adopter they denied when shouted on them they send me with penalty note of 200000 dong amazing rule is lobby air conditioning is working for in 10 am to 5 pm other then no ac working in lobby lift corridors I have booked two suites and they are the best and expensive of their hotel as per them only but I don't like there behaviour and policy so I never ever recommed to any ane

Only spent one night. But 100% happy

I enjoyed my stay here , most of the staff were very helpful especially the front desk and door guys , you will feel very safe at this hotel. The room had a wonderful view of the dragon bridge and river. The bathroom was impressive and very clean but had a bath and not a shower and I prefer a shower but water was hot which is very important. The two TV's had excellent reception the mini bar was well stocked but not very cold. I would have stayed longer but was informed they were fully booked so I moved to a beach front hotel.

The rooftop pool is several flights of stairs above the top level of the hotel serviced by the lift , the bar on roof is even more stairs . The pool area is small and was full when I went there with no empty spots to sit and relax. I could not see the bar just a sitting area that was also full . If the bar exists I was unable to reach it. The breakfast eggs were good but the toaster did not toast the bread , no amount of talking to staff could get them to understand i like my toast toasted so I had let's say raw toast or what you may call bread and very nice jam for breakfast. The coffee cups are tiny more suited for an espresso than a percolated coffee. So third day there i had breakfast somewhere else.

Swietny hotel pod każdym względem. Polozony w centrum miasta, dookola uliczki tętniące życiem. Rano wychodzilam z przyjemnością na spacer, po uliczkach i promenadzie przy rzece. Obok hotelu pyszne i tanie shusi. Basen na 15 piętrze, kilka leżakow wystarczające. Dobrze dzisłający bar. Bardzo dobre , bogate z ogromnym wyborem sniadania.

Silownia malutka, ale oprocz bieżni byly też hantle i przyrzad na nogi, wuec w sumie ok

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était très pratique. Nous avons pu nous rendre au pont du dragon à pied. Nous n'avons pas vu avant notre départ qu'il y avait un rooftop sinon nous aurions profité pour prendre un verre surtout que la vue en valait la peine. Le personnel était au petit soin pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était correct.

Nous sommes 4 et je n'ai pas compris comment il est possible d'avoir une chambre pour 3 couchages. Mes enfants ont pu se mettre sur le petit lit ensemble, il était légèrement plus grand qu'un lit pour 1 personne. Pour une nuit se n'est pas trop grave mais bizarre

Maybe the rooms needed a bit of an update. Also climbing into a bathtub to have a shower is not always easy for older guests.

We stayed in two different rooms, the first had a shower within a bath tub, very dangerous for older people. The hotel felt dated.

Wow - the pool and rooftop bar is amazing! Great location - loads of shops, markets, bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful foyer and lovely staff. Breakfast has lots of choices. A lot to like about this hotel.

We had 2 rooms. One had a Musty/septic smell in the room. Room view was straight at the cell tower next door and poor blinds. Economic rooms and would definitely stay again but upgrade the room next time

Great room, perfect for families with the connecting rooms. Breakfast was good. Bathroom facilities were good and bed was super comfortable.
