The room was comfortable, and everything met my expectations. I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Location and staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was excellent but the noodle truck alway no chef stand by!!!!! The waiting time for dinner only one table it take forever, ill never come back for dinner.

Die Freundlchkeit des Personals war durchgehend super; das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen

Es gibt leider kein Angebot an halbtägigen oder ganztägigen Sightseeing Touren für Touristen, obwohl es in der Stadt viel zu sehen gibt

Le personnel était très souriant et gentil le manager Kwan était très professionnel, souriant et attentionné comme son équipe ! Il n’y a qu’une seule personne qui a été nonchalante , désagréable , froide qui m’a parlé sèchement comme ci c’était son hotel mais ça devait être une petite responsable frustré que je lui rappelle que cela serait bien de prévenir les clients de la fermeture de la piscine avant de la fermer car l’on peut organiser sa journée et le jour même ! J’ai reçu un papier sous la porte pour m’informer de la fermeture de piscine pour nettoyage apres que je me sois rendu à la piscine et fait inviter froidement , sèchement a qui les lieux par cette personne irrespectueuse non professionnel qui venait de coller de feuilles sur les vitres indiquant la fermeture de la piscine au moment de la fermeture et une autres installant un panneau en Thai pour expliquer la fermeture ! Je trouve ela pas professionnel de de pas prévenir ses clients de la fermeture de la piscine aucune personne ne m’a prévenu que la piscine allait fermer même quand je m’y suis rendu j’ai croisé une personne de l’hôtel mais elle ne m’a pas transmis cette information ! Jusqu’au moment que cette personne froide à court d’argument et n’assumant ses erreurs et son manque de savoir faire m’invite a quitter la piscine ! Je trouve cette personne détestable elle devrait même pas travailler en relation des clients et je trouve l’organisation de nettoyer la piscine en journée à 14h pour une réouverture le lendemain très pénalisante pour la clientèle car elle pourrait être nettoyé tôt le matin en fin de journée ou même la nuit ! Bref très mauvaise expérience et cette dernière personne qui m’a invité à qui la piscine sèchement m’a fait regretter d’avoir choisi cette hôtel et à gâcher mon séjour ! Je me suis donc rendu au twin lotus hotel pour profiter de la piscine par cette journée de forte chaleur !

La personne qui m’a demandé de quitter la piscine qui a été très sèche , froide , nonchalante, non professionnel et le faite de ne pas prévenir la cliente de la fermeture de la piscine avant la veille ou le matin … après ont m’a dit que c’était une urgence alors pourquoi ne pas l’avoir fermé dès le matin ? Et pourquoi attendre 14 h ? Pourquoi laisser se baigner la clientèle dans eau pas saine ? …

Der F&B Manager Kwang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

We are an elderly couple and my wife is on a wheelchair. We find the facilities meet our expectations. The room is clean, comfortable, and well lit. Breakfast is well designed and has plenty of variety. Various places in the hotel are wheelchair accessible. There are parking spots for the disable near the entrance. Staff are polite, friendly, helpful, and well trained. I felt ill in the middle of the night and asked the front desk staff to recommend a good hospital. He was most helpful, even offered to call an ambulance for me. Fortunately I was still in good enough condition to drive 8 k to the hospital. He even called me while I was at the hospital to check if I was ok. What a wonderful and reassuring feeling! What an outstanding staff! I felt better after taking the medication and was able to carry on as normal the next day.

The shower room is a bit small. My wife needs to sit on a chair during a shower, for which the hotel kindly provided. I needed to lift her and place her on the chair. The room is a bit cramped, but somehow we managed! It would be a good idea to modify a few rooms for a disabled person. For example just removing the glass walls of the shower room and replacing with a curtain would be a big help! (No curtain is also ok).

Rooms and beds are comfortable for westerners. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast has a great choice. Restaurant is very good. Best of all is the staff who can’t do enough to help.

L'hôtel est très grand(donc plutôt impersonnel) , un peu excentré, mais l'accueil y est très agréable et les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées . Le petit déjeuner est généreux et varié.

On a néanmoins regretté une piscine très à l'ombre, avec très peu de transats où s'allonger ou s'asseoir(une petite dizaine de transats pour un hôtel de 316 chambres!!)...

A really comfortable and almost homely room for a modern hotel. Really comfortable bed and an attractive room.

Only one thing was off.....and that was an odour from the pillows, or pillow cases...like they hadnt been washed or dried properly. Such a shame, because otherwise the bedding was luxurious! I did make the staff aware of it at reception, and they were professional about it.

Frühstück wie immer sehr gut aber nicht mehr so umfangreich wie vor einem Jahr, ab 9:30 wird nichts mehr nachgeschlichtet, wenig Früchte. Ansonsten aber wieder alles perfekt

Am Abend an der Hotelbar war es den Mädchen wichtig zu tratschen anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.

New year dinner not so impressive

I really think this is a top hotel. One of the biggest highlights is the staff: everyone was extremely friendly, from the parking attendants to the housekeeping staff and reception. You truly feel welcome here. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable soft beds and a good shower. The hotel has a great location right next to Tesco Lotus, which is very convenient. The swimming pool and gym are also beautiful and well maintained.

A few small points for improvement: the pool water was quite cold, the room walls are rather thin so noise from loud neighbors can be noticeable, and the breakfast is mainly Thai-style, which might not suit everyone.

Everything.The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy, and the breakfast was good.The location was good, and there's a Tesco Lotus across the street from the hotel.

La grandeur de l'établissement sonne en accord avec sa prestance. L'emplacement est parfait en début d'une des 2 grandes rue de Nakhon Si Thammarat ce qui nous fait une base de départ parfait pour visiter ma ville d'enfance avec ma femme. La province, la ville, les temples etc... L'hôtel est moderne, le service et efficace, les collaborateurs de l'établissement sont impeccables. Enfin bref INCROYABLE.

C'est difficile de trouver un point négatif sur cet établissement mais je vais essayer en y réfléchissant. Après mûr réflexions, je n'ai pas trouvé de point négatif.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der Exekutive Lounge empfangen. Den Tag über gab es kleine Häppchen und Getränke. Das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer super sauber und schön. Uns hat es besonders gut gefallen, dass wir die einzigsten Touristen waren, so hatten wir das Gefühl Thailand authentisch zu erleben.

We’ve stayed at this property before within the last couple months, it was very good. The breakfast was included. The food was fine. Everything was great. That’s why we booked again.

The breakfast went downhill and it wasn’t worth a fraction of the 700 baht additional.

Everything. Everytime stay overnight in Nakhon we look forward to staying at this hotel. The bedding deserves a special mention but everything is great, from breakfast to the parking and the valet staff
