Good location if you want to do the monkey finger canyon walk. Good value for money.

Place needs cleaning. Bathroom smelled. Basic breakfast. Needed to ask for towels

Totalement insalubre et sale !! Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause de la chambre infestée de puces de lit. La cuisine et toutes les autres pièces étaient également remplis de cafards, de fourmis et d’insectes. Nous avons retrouvé des insectes dans nos sacs et devons laver tous nos habits pour les puces. Nous n’avons pas eu le petit déjeuné prévu dans le tarif car l’hôte ne voulait pas se réveiller 30min avant. On lui a demandé de changer nos draps au milieu de la nuit, il est arrivé avec des draps en boules pas adaptés et sans taies d’oreillés. Nous avons du refaire les lits à 2h du mat avant notre randonnée. L’hôte est resté introuvable tout au long du séjour donc obligé de l’appeller à chaque fois. Pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain, sur demande. L’hôte nous indique le chemin de la randonnée sans avertir du risque et du danger, nous nous sommes perdus dans les gorges. L’hôte me dit que le ménage est fait « 2 fois par semaine » alors que plusieurs clients sont passés avant nous.

L'acceuil chaleureux, la vue magnifique et en prime une délicieuse nourriture.

Le personnel super gentil. (Attention aux recommandations surtout pour la balade ce n'est pas à prendre à la légère). Magique terrase pour le dej. Pas mieux pour démarrer la promenade. Grande chambre, wifi partout.

Excellent location, just beside Monkey fingers!! It’s very calm place. We felt peace.

No heating facility it’s quite chilly at night. Water heating does not stay for long.

Een ruime kamer met badkamer. Mooi terras met uitzicht op de oase. Fantastische locatie van waaruit je direct schitterende en niet al te zware wandeltochten kan maken. Youssef is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Opgegroeid als nomade verteld hij hier indrukwekkende verhalen over.

De douche van de badkamer is heerlijk warm, maar is niet gescheiden. Waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt.

Notre chambre était très jolie avec une vue sur l'oued et la montagne. L'établissement est situé exactement au départ du sentier de randonnée des gorges de Dades...idéal pour nous. La vue de la terrasse où nous avons petit déjeuner est magnifique.

Nous avons eu un peu froid dans la chambre.

Très bien situé pour la balade pattes de singe. Notre hôte nous a conseillé et son itinéraire était parfait ! Nous avons pris le repas avec lui le soir, c’était délicieux ! Nous avions demandé un lit bébé, qui n’était pas disponible mais nous avons eu un matelas préparé pour notre bébé. Tout était parfait.

Wonderful kasbah with an amazing view. The owner speaks an excellent English, he is very friendly and we had interesting conversation with him. This place is a good value for money giving the breathtaking view and the fact that an amazing breakfast is included.

The property needs some maintenance and improvements especially in bathroom area. The building has such an awesome potential but needs some enhancements.

It was right on the river and so peaceful. The gentleman running this place is very nice and knows hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and the food was good.

The water didn't really get hot. It got warm, but not hot and we were looking forward to hot showers after exploring the Sahara. It might have just been because we were there at a colder time of year.

Amazing location, right next to monkey's fingers. This is VERY berber local, and that was appreciated. The owner provides a great walking tour through the neighborhoud.

I liked everything, but guests should be warned that this is not a luxury stay.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Youssef, une personne accueillante et très serviable, la randonnée avec lui était super magnifique, un endroit calme et très beau, le transport est bien disponible " grand taxi ou bus de Boumalen". Touuuuuuuuut était parfait merci beaucoup.

Nos gustó la tranquilidad y la ubicación que está cerca de los viewpoints y del inicio de las caminatas. Es muy fácil el acceso y llegar al hotel. Si no se viene en carro, igual el colectivo que viene de Boulmane pasa al lado del hotel y es muy fácil llegar. Te cobra 10 dirhams. El paisaje desde la habitación de noche y de día es inigualable. El sonido del río, el amanecer, el atardecer y las estrellas de la noche. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la decoración es rústica y con mucho gusto. Es sencilla pero con mucho encanto. Yusef el anfitrión se esmeró en todo momento en hacernos sentir cómodos y nos dio mucha paz. Nos dio sugerencias, instrucciones, consejos y encima facilidades para el uso de la cocina. Fue muy amable y gentil desde el inicio al final. Estuvo tan bien que decidimos quedarnos una noche más de lo encantador que fue.

Loved our stay there. Comfortable, beautiful decor, right by the entrance to the Monkey Fingers hike. Owner is kind and helpful, can help show you where some dinosaur footprints are on the hike too. You can go without a guide jjust using Maps.Me. There was a heater and towels in the room. Owner got our laundry done quickly and cleanly and for a good price. Great views from the room and hotel terrace.

Hot water had to be requested because it takes time to heat up, this meant we weren't free to use our shower as we pleased, with flow on effects to the timing of our plans for the days. When the water was hot, the winter air temperatures are still too cold to enjoy. It would be fine in warmer months.

The location is perfect: near entrance to monkey fingers canyon. The a staff member who was very friendly: described us details about how to pass canyon and allowed us to prepare dinner in the kitchen.

The hotel and, it seems, the whole village are going through hard times. The rooms are not ready on time, although there are almost no visitors, toilet paper must be asked for and it takes a long time to find. The tax indicated in ox is converted into dirhams at an unthinkable rate, and the change is not given in full. The whole situation is very depressing.

One of the best accomodations I had in Morocco. it's located in a very quiet village, just next to the hiking trail, so it's a perfect starting point for exploring the area on foot. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable enough. Nights are already getting quite cold in October, but you can just ask for another blanket and you'll be fine. Yusuf, who runs the place, is a super lovely person, speaks decent English and cooks delicious food..:) Also very helpful in navigating the hiking trails around. I stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel and if I had more time I could easily stay even longer. And if I ever come back to Atlas mountains, I am definitely staying here again..:)

Wonderful stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful to show us the monkey fingers hike. Location couldn't have been any better since it was right next to the trail. Our room had a beautiful view of the valley and was very spacious.

Great location, but the most important for us was the fact that the owner provided vegan breakfast and his sister even made us a great vegan tajine for supper.

Everything was perfect. The host who can speak good English was a very kind guy who helped us with all the info we needed. The paths to visit the gorges start right down the Kasbah and the main view of Monkey finger is just few mins walking. Parking right in front of the stay. Simply the perfect location! Breakfast was delicious!!!!

Wonderful place to stay, the views of the mountains are stunning. Thankyou to the gentleman who stayed up to make sure we got there safely and made us breakfast in the morning. We had a great night's sleep.

The room was basic but comfortable enough for a night to rest during our roadtrip. The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.

The heater didn't work too well in the room so it was a little cold at night.

Excellent location with great views of the monkey fingers from the terrace. You can do the monkey fingers right from the hotel. Friendly manager. Clean and comfortable beds. Fairly good value. Breakfast was good. You can hear the water in the river at night which was lovely.

There is only a shower curtain on the bathroom door and there is no hot water for the shower.

Such a great place amazing view very nice host great tajine.. everything very clean...he even thought to my hairdryer...we will come back

It's in a perfect place for walks to the canyon. It's beautiful with the river and green valley. It gets very cold at night in December but there are plenty of blankets and you can get nice and snug in bed.

host was perfect person. Kind, helpfull, answering all questions and giving advices on trip. Kasbah is about 10 minutes from Dades Georges with Monkey Fingers just behind the Kashbah. Not far from Kasbah we found in one “restaurant” the best Tajine we had in Morocco
