Die Brötchen beim Frühstück ließen zu wünschen übrig, hier wäre eine bessere Qualität ratsam, sonst klasse 👍🏻

Il personale del check- in dovrebbe avvisare il personale delle pulizie quando i turisti lasciano l'albergo perché loro bussano alle porte e la gente è ancora dentro.

Drumherum ist die Infrastruktur sehr schwach. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder ähnliches.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Business-Zimmer sind modern mit ausreichend Steckdosen und einem großen Schreibtisch. Alles sehr sauber. Ein super Frühstücksbuffet. Die Pizza am Abend hat mich nicht vom Hocker gerissen, man darf aber auch nicht vergessen, dass man nicht beim Italiener sitzt, deshalb kein Punkteabzug.
Die Parkgebühren in Wien der Hotels in Wien sind eine Frechheit. Knapp 20 Euro in der Nacht, kostet ja schon fast mehr wie das Zimmer. Self Service beim Essen ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache, aber für mich kein Problem, noch dazu waren das Personal sehr nett.

Die letzten Tage war Nils immer zur Stelle. 10 Punkte mindestens von 10😉 Super höflich, astreine Fachkenntnisse und sehr besonnen auch wenn mehrere Sachen gleichzeitig anfallen. Allrounder steht auf dem Namensschild, das kann ich nur bestätigen. Würde empfehlen, dass er ne etwas adäquatere Position bekommt demnächst. Supervisor oder ähnliches. Vielen Dank für alles

Überaus freundlich, sehr kompetent, kennt sich bestens sowohl mit Front Office als auch im F&B aus. Ich als Hotelbetriebswirt und mit langjähriger Tätigkeit im F&B Bereich bin natürlich kritisch. Solche Mitarbeiter wie Vanessa wünscht man sich als Manager. Habe aber nicht versucht sie abzuwerben😉 MfG Frederic Hahn Restaurant und Bankettmanager im Grand Hotel Wien

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Hôtel très proche de l'autoroute, parfait pour notre voyage. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Je venais de subir une intervention dentaire lourde et le cuisinier du restaurant de l'hôtel n'a pas hésité à adapter un plat afin que je puisse manger sans difficulté. Je reviendrais sans hésitation.
