Wir waren für 5 Nächte in der Offseason da und hatten eine super Zeit, tolles Wetter, wenig andere Gäste, unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (18€/Nacht). Schöner Strand mit Sonnenuntergang, Supermärkte und Restaurants alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

l'ensemble de l’hôtel est bien ,les chambres des bungalows sont très bien ,la piscine également ,attentions aux enfants des clients qui s’approprie la piscine pour eux tous seul llll bien sur les parents ne disent rien !!! la direction doit intervenir on n'est pas obligé de supporter leur cries !!!! on est là pour profiter dans le calme !!!!

Mooi en kleinschalig resort aan het strand. Mooi zwembad en de huisjes worden tiptop schoongemaakt en onderhouden.

Wij waren er in het laagseizoen waardoor het personeel zo nu en dan vrij verveeld leek. Je kon er ‘s avonds ook niet eten omdat de keuken dan gewoon dicht was (zitten wel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt dus dat was geen probleem). Hele eiland Koh Lanta was vrij uitgestorven deze periode overigens.

De kamers waren supernetjes, ik had de indruk dat het zelfs nog een beetje naar verf rook. Zo schoon en compleet, echt geweldig!

Het bleek laagseizoen te zijn, dus het was erg rustig op het resort. Dit had tot gevolg dat het restaurant ‘s avonds dicht was. We hebben een paar keer ‘s middags tijdens happy hour snacks besteld, van wisselende kwaliteit. De cocktails en shakes waren erg lekker.

The room was lovely, clean & well located.

The pool was very dirty, stagnant water. The pool filters & pump we're not on at all. It was unsafe. We told them every day but nothing happened except someone came with a net to try remove the scum from the top of it. My husband had a maggot on his leg the first day he got out of it. Not acceptable and especially for the cost.

The pool was very very poor, clearly not cleaned or filtered. There was a layer of scum on the top continuously. We complained about it every single day. The filters and pumps were not turned on at all, possibly because it was low season but that shouldn't matter, it was in use all of the time. This was very very disappointing and really unsatisfactory

Prachtige huisjes en helemaal schoon. Mooi zwembad met daarbij een barretje en restaurant. Personeel is super vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.

In deze periode is veel dicht dus je hebt wel echt een brommer/auto nodig. Bij het strand ligt veel viezigheid.

Such a beautiful room, spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent staff, efficient and friendly and charming. Private beach. Gorgeous sunsets every evening. Lovely breakfast in the area by the beach which had a cooling breeze blowing in. Dinner area was the same which we tried also. A few tables right on the brow of the beach also for sunset. Plenty of Car Parking space. Netflix enabled tv. Great rain shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. The cleaners were so good and so charming. They were a delight to meet around the resort. Fantastic local restaurants. Great privacy. Just an enormous feeling of well-being and space with everything you could want for a fabulous stay. Cute cats. Spacious balcony. Excellent air conditioning and safe. Just everything that we needed.

The 7/11 is a km away which is difficult in the afternoon sun but we had our own transport so it negated that. I have to say that when we were there the only true negative was the manner in which some guests spoke with the staff. It’s hard to imagine how anyone could be anything, but grateful for their commitment in trying to make your stay memorable but that’s the world we live in. Give a few tips in appreciation. Only for the fact that we had previously booked on onward flight, we would have stayed longer. This was our second time in Koh Lanta. It won’t be our last and we will definitely return here. Just perfect for us.

Exactly as advertised. Quiet, clean, helpful staff and great value for money. The breakfast could have been better but we travelled in the low season and understand that the resort had only a few guests and therefore they couldn’t put out a full spread. All in all a fantastic stay.

The breakfast, french toast is so easy to do normally and it was Fried. Porridge is too spécial. And the happy hour at 7pm was ending.. when i just arrived joining my friends (who were waiting for me), we just checked in. And they refused to serve the happy hour.

Gute Lage am Strand, die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Viele Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel vermietet auch Mopeds. Man bekommt jeden Tag 2 Glasflaschen mit Wasser, die man bei der Rezeption an einem Spender auffüllen kann.

Die betonierte Barriere zwischen Hotel und Sanstrand. Die Liegen waren sehr hart und es waren auch sehr wenig Liegen vorhanden. Frühstück war sehr karg und nicht dem Sterneniveau entsprechend

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip to Koh Lanta! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, Moon’s Massage, and 7-Eleven, and very easy to get a tuktuk to other places further away on the island. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the resort is beautiful. Great pool with sea view, excellent beach, and very nice on-site restaurant for beach breakfasts. The staff was so friendly and helpful too! We were there during low season so had a couple days of rain, but it meant the resort was super quiet with only a few other groups staying. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Koh Lanta!

בחדר שלנו המים במקלחת היו בזרם חלש, והמעבר בין מים חמים לקרים אינו יציב.

Warm pool

This hotel feels like paradise. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Thailand, this one was our favorite. Everything was amazing, the location, the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful green surroundings and the friendly staff. The rooms are cute wooden bungalows surrounded by nature. The breakfast was the best we had on the trip, and the food at the restaurant was so good that we also ate lunch and dinner there. Also you can walk straight from the pool to the beach. A perfect place to truly relax. We loved every minute and would definitely come back.

The cleanliness of the pool. On the first day we arrived, the pool was clean, but day by day a lot of dirt and debris started floating in the water. By the last day I honestly refused to go in because it felt dirty. I think the pool needs more thorough cleaning.

very clean and made for having a very relaxing time. pool was clean and there was always a chair available. most comfortable bed!! great pineapple fritters at the restaurant. you can directly access the beach and also walk along the beach to get to some other restaurants. most beautiful sunsets in thailand. a little foot was station infront of the room to not carry sand inside. free water was restocked every day.

地理位置绝佳，酒店前的海滩是整个海湾最好的一段。出酒店东侧的大门，就是yawee restaurant，又便宜又好吃。酒店环境非常好，庭院植物有一定的设计，层次错落，还有一个无论白天夜晚都很漂亮的大泳池。工作人员非常热情，服务到位，早餐也很出彩。

1.房间不是很干净:入住时，我用75%的酒精湿巾擦了所有的桌面、开关、洗漱台。开关和洗漱台还好，办公桌和冰箱上面的台面很脏，酒精湿巾都变黑了。 2.洗澡间的水温不稳定：洗澡水一会冷一会热，估计是老旧的太阳能热水器造成的。 3.价格：我提前3个月预定的这个酒店，我入住以后发现当天订房价格是我之前预定时候的50%，这个降价幅度实在太夸张了。

Die gesamte Anlage war nicht so perfekt gepflegt, wie wir es in den anderen Hotels erlebt haben.

Das Resort generell war sehr schön, auch der Pool Bereich. Das Frühstück hat uns gefallen, es gab auch vegetarische Optionen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Der Strand war nicht der schönste, aber trotzdem reicht es für eine schöne Aussicht und um tagsüber baden zu gehen!

Das Lanta Casa Blanca ist eine eher kleine, wunderschöne Hotelanlage im Boho-Stil. Alles dort sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Bungalows sind gross, komfortabel (sehr bequeme Betten), sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (wir hatten eine Premium Deluxe Villa). Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig und direkt am wunderschönen Relax Beach (mit ein paar hübschen Restaurants, Massagemöglichkeiten, Hippiebars). Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies! Im April war der Strand nie überlaufen. Häufig waren nur wenige Menschen dort und es gab immer genug Liegen für alle Gäste. Toll ist ausserdem, dass man trotz der Gezeiten, jederzeit baden kann. Am Abend ist in der Bucht eher wenig los. Man kann mit den Füssen im Sand zu Abend essen und entspannt in der Bar einen Cocktail trinken. Fussläufig erreicht man problemlos die Hauptstrasse mit vielen Restaurants, Bankautomaten und Supermärkten. Vor dem Hotel stehen jederzeit Tuk Tuks und Taxis bereit. Generell ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, um die Insel zu erkunden (auch ohne Roller). Die Walking Street, Old Town und der Long Beach sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Da kann man sich auch gut ein Tuk Tuk oder ein Taxi leisten. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wenn man Dienstleistungen bucht, wie z.B. einen Shuttleservice, funktioniert dies einwandfrei. Die Gäste des Hotels haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Es waren hauptsächlich Familien und Paare und trotz der vielen Kinder war es nie laut. Das Essen im Hotel war lecker und preislich angemessen (ausserhalb isst man natürlich günstiger).

-Für Thailand ist das Hotel teuer (es ist jedoch sein Geld wert!) -Der wirklich schöne, grosse Pool verschafft keine Abkühlung (das Wasser ist aufgrund der Aussentemperaturen sehr warm). -Die Liegen haben keine Auflagen und eine Rattanstruktur. Dementsprechend sind sie recht unbequem. Dies ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau! Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens wieterempfehlen!

Only slight complaint is the harsh white lighting in the restaurant area at night, it was a bit of a deterrent from sitting and enjoying the evening by the sea.

Beau resort en bord de mer (les plus belles plages sont plus au sud et sur les petites îles environnantes). Il est plutôt bien situé centre-nord ouest de Koh Lanta. Il y a des restaurants dans les environs, toutes les commodités : une supérette locale et un 7eleven à 10 min à pieds, des salons de massage, une laverie ... Belle piscine à débordement agréable Chambre spacieuse, propre, et bien entretenu. Lit superbe, très confortable et de grande taille (le point le plus important d'un hôtel) Le petit déjeuner est correcte. L'équipe est professionnelle et souriante, elle est aidante : bon staff.

Le principal soucis est le prix de la nuitée, de notre point de vue 20% trop cher au vu des prestations (par exemple, les chambres ont beau être très agréable, elles ne sont pas toutes jeunes). Tout le reste est globalement bien, sans le problème de prix, l'hôtel aurait mérité un 9/10.

It is an amazing resort. We stayed here 6 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The facilities are amazing and the sunset is great to watch from the picnic tables they have at their resort. The internet is amazing and very fast. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing with egg station, pancakes, French toast and very great cheese and salami. Never got bored with the breakfast. There are many nice restaurants around the resort. I recommend sea culture is a family owned restaurant with very nice food and the lady who is the owner is very warm and speaks amazing English. 7/11 is 15 minutes walking but great to do at the end of the day to fill your fridge. I am definitely coming back again.

The shower is a bit a mess it goes from warm to cold to warm. Also the restaurant sometimes has there music to loud.

Die Bungalows sind sehr modern, hell und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm ist das großzügige Raumgefühl. Auch das Badezimmer ist hochwertig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war zwar eher überschaubar in der Auswahl, dafür hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt – besonders hervorzuheben ist der hausgemachte Joghurt. Außerdem gab es eine Live-Station für Eierspeisen wie Omeletts sowie eine Roti-Station, was das Frühstück zusätzlich aufgewertet hat. Der Frühstücksbereich ist modernisiert und bietet einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer - so schön!

Leider ließ der Poolbereich deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Das Wasser wirkte nicht sauber, und an den Fliesen war ein gelblicher Rand zu sehen. Zudem waren einige Fliesen beschädigt, was insbesondere bei den Wasserliegen ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Auch die Sonnenliegen am Pool waren verschmutzt und sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Mit regelmäßiger Reinigung könnten diese jedoch leicht wieder deutlich ansprechender wirken. Der Liegebereich am Strand wirkte insgesamt trostlos und wenig gepflegt. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist ebenfalls nicht besonders schön – vor allem Müll und angeschwemmte Algen beeinträchtigen den Eindruck erheblich. Insgesamt entsteht so ein deutlicher Kontrast: Man verlässt den sehr schönen Bungalow und trifft auf Außenbereiche, die diesem Niveau leider nicht gerecht werden – obwohl sich dies mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand verbessern ließe.

The deluxe villa was huge, and everything was high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and looked after everything perfectly. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and there were always enough sun beds for everyone. Free bottles of water left in the fridge every day were great.

The best were so comfortable, daily cleaning we really good, the pool was lovely. The eating and drinking places just outside the hotel were excellent, breaky in the resort was good each morning.

The BBQ night should be avoided- unfortunately it was the worst meal on our two week holiday…. Just go outside the hotel to eat each night

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhäuser mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage insgesamt, unmittelbar am Strand mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Vor allem der private Pool war für unsere Kinder ein absolutes Highlight. Man erreicht auch die zahlreichen kleinen Shops und Restaurants in der Umgebung bequem zufuß. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Casa Blanca.

Leider gesellen sich in der Dämmerung sehr viele große Kakerlaken um den privaten Pool, die aufgrund der schlecht abgedichten Haustüren auch in den Innenbereich gelangen. Zwar hat das Personal sich stets bemüht, sie einzufangen aber wirkliche Maßnahmen zu Eindämmung, wie etwa eine Falle oder ähnliches haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts vermisst. Sicher wäre es ratsam, die Haustüren besser abzudichten, so dass die Tiere nicht ins Innere gelangen können. Auch wäre dadurch die energieintensive Klimatisierung der Häuser wesentlich effektiver. Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte leider ziemlich genervt und räumte ständig noch halbvolle Teller vom Tisch ab. Hier würde ich für den Preis mehr Professionalität erwarten.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location with nice rooms and comfy beds, gorgeous sunset beach.

This is a family resort so we wouldn’t recommend for couples. Lots of kids running around, screaming and crying. Pool full of kids at all times, swim nappies left on loungers. Despite the luxury location and price, the facilities and breakfasts felt a bit like a crèche. It felt quite overpriced for this experience.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich wie auch wenig bis gar kein Englisch. Das Frühstück war alles ander als gut. Auch der Strand war nicht sauber.

Das Poolwasser und die Reinigung stellen sich als sehr schwierig heraus. Zu viele Menschen für den Pool. Wasserqualität war sehr schlecht. Die Sonnencreme etc schwimmen schon auf dem Wasser als richtiger dicker Film wie Entengrütze, das Wasser war am letzten Tag unseres Urlaubes schon eher grünlich und matt. Liegeplätze am Strand bzw oberhalb eher lieblos gestaltet und zu eng. Es fehlt an Schatten. Am Strand sind gar keine Liegen.

The design and overall aesthetic of the property are nice.

There is a serious safety hazard in the arrival area. I fell into a decorative pond that is much deeper than it appears (close to 1 meter), located exactly where guests arrive with luggage, with no clear barriers or warnings. What made this worse was the lack of basic support. My clothes were completely soaked, and the hotel did not offer any immediate assistance such as laundry or help on the spot. Following the incident, management took a purely defensive and process-driven approach, with no accountability or willingness to resolve the situation directly. I would strongly recommend that guests reconsider staying here, as based on my experience there is a lack of responsibility and support if something goes wrong.

Could have been bit more clean like the loungers by the pool were quite dirty also the spa was good but not clean as they dont change the towels after each customer. Also pool didn't feel so clean either.

Der Pool hatte wohl gar keinen oder nur sehr geringen Frischwasseraustausch, wodurch dieser nicht nur super aufgewärmt und auch teils schlierig trüb war sondern auch extrem gechlort wurde, Chlorodierung was für Augen und Haut wirklich unangenehm war. Das Meer & Stand sind wunderschön nur würde man sich wünschen, dass das Hotel auch der Müllbeseitigung am Strand annehmen würde - da sollte man als Vorbild vorangehen in Sachen Umweltschutz.

Das hoteleigene Restaurant hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt, aber es gibt unzählige tolle Restaurants und Cafés in Laufnähe, und da wir nur das Frühstück gebucht hatten, war das kein wirklicher Nachteil, dieses war gut 👍🏼

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Koordination zur Abholung vom Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zudem gibt es einen großen Pool, der in den Abendstunden angenehm ist, aber untertags leider zu warm ist.

Man kann es auf zwei wesentliche Punkte zusammenfassen: Service und Freundlichkeit bzw. Kulinarik. Wir waren auf unserer Reise in fünf verschiedenen Hotels, aber in keinem wurden wir so schlecht behandelt. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, mit der fast jeder Gast kämpft. Anstatt zu helfen, schaut das Personal lieber dabei zu, wie man verzweifelt versucht, an seinen Kaffee zu kommen. Man kann sich Eiergerichte bestellen, und der Koch läutet eine Glocke, wenn diese fertig sind. Da uns in allen anderen Hotels die Speisen an den Tisch gebracht wurden, wussten wir das am ersten Tag nicht. Obwohl drei Kellner anwesend waren, die weder abräumten noch das Buffet nachfüllten, hielt es niemand für nötig, uns darauf hinzuweisen. Stattdessen starrten sie minutenlang auf das fertige Essen, ohne es uns freundlicherweise zu bringen. Das Frühstück an sich ist okay; es gibt frisches Obst, aber leider keine frischen Säfte. Zudem nur Toastbrot. Generell wirkt alles sehr lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben am Tag unserer Ankunft sowohl mittags als auch abends im Restaurant gegessen. In Österreich hätte man diese Portionen als Kinderteller bezeichnet – der Preis entsprach dem allerdings nicht. Das ‚Highlight‘ war jedoch das BBQ am Abend: Der Gemüsespieß meiner Frau war lediglich in Ketchup mariniert und hatte kaum einen Grill gesehen. Mein gegrillter Fisch wurde in einer Art Suppe serviert – warum man das so macht, weiß wohl nur der Koch. Nach diesen Enttäuschungen haben wir das Restaurant gemieden. Leider bestellten wir am vorletzten Tag noch einmal zwei Getränke und Pommes. Die Rechnung wurde uns wortlos auf den Tisch geworfen. Normalerweise geben wir immer mindestens 10 % Trinkgeld, aber bei dieser ‚Serviceorientierung‘ haben wir zum ersten Mal darauf verzichtet. Es passte einfach ins Gesamtbild. Ein weiteres Beispiel: Als wir um 17:00 Uhr noch am Strand lagen (Sonnenuntergang ist erst um 18:30 Uhr), kam eine Kellnerin und klappte wortlos unseren Schirm ein.

Le départ est vraiment tôt, et nous étions attendu devant le logement à 11h pile. La personne en charge du stand des œufs et rôtis n’était pas des plus agréables. Établissement un peu éloigné du centre ville. Dommage, car sinon, tout était parfait.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Anlage und Zugang zu einem sehr ruhigen, sauberen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt.

An amazing, relaxing stay to round off our trip around Thailand. Just what we needed after a wedding in Samui and visit to Phuket. The hotel provided us with a shower and room to change as we wanted to leave later for our evening flight to Bangkok. The rooms were clean , spacious and the bed very comfy. We will be back.

Le personnel très sympathique, Les excursions sont disponibles a partir de l accueil san supplément. Tout est payable en cb sans supplément. Les bungalows sont magnifiques . Très bon choix

Piscine pas très propre, nous n avons pas vu de système de filtration. La soiree bbq fire show : nous avions réservé une table mais on ne pouvait voir le spectacle presque que sur la plage donc nous avons mangé sans le voir. Dommage

Gentillesse et charme

Rymliga bungalows, bra sängar och jättebra personal. Restaurangen serverade jättefin frukost och övriga thairätter på menyn var super. Bungalows vid poolen har mkt ljud från lekande barn. Men övriga bungalows är väldigt lugna. Lite för få solstolar vid stranden men väldigt lugnt och skönt och inte mkt folk och verkligen en cool strand. Delar av stranden har stenar när tidvattnet är lågt men det finns alltid en del av stranden som är fri. Rent och fint vatten. Många bra restauranger i närheten både på stranden och gatan. Betydligt lugnare på den här delen av Koh Lanta jämfört med högre upp. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
