Rocked up at10pm at night telling them I just got tattooed and they very quickly changed my sheets.

Included breakfast wasnt great, fridge didn't keep my beers cold enough, got it replaced, still wasnt cold enough

The pool area was very very disappointing. Not enough pool area no where to sunbake and not enough seats. Very disappointed in that area.

The location is great, near everything and you can easily find the shops you want and get stuff delivered, staff were really friendly.

The room was similar to a dorm room, the bed was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was the issue, the bathroom seat was in a bad condition and smelly, and they need to take care of the cleanliness of the wood and bed frame

The hotel was in a perfect location, shops and restaurants all with in walking range. Clean and tidy hotel, all their staff were amazing and welcoming. Big shout out to the lady at the bar section can’t remember her name but she knows who she is. Very friendly and always initiated a conversation.

The hotel needs to significantly improve its housekeeping standards. Our room was still messy after being "cleaned," towels were not replaced every day, and not all the towels were replaced to make it clear. And we had to deal with a lot of mosquitoes inside the room throughout our stay. I hope management addresses these hygiene and service issues.

The hotel is about 5 to 10 mins walk to the beach. The room is clean although compact size as not much of room for walking in between . There are few restaurants nearby the hotel which is walking distant

There are currently construction going on nearby .. hence the road are covered with dust. The driving into the hotel is through a narrow path

Lloyds Inn is tucked away off the Main Street in Seminyak, it is expected to the unexpected! What a fabulous surprise it was to arrive at your beautiful hotel. It was everything and more that you could want. The decor was lovely, with some fun aspects like swings at the bar, sun lounges in the pool, a spa treatment on the rooftop. The staff in reception were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, then there were the restaurant staff! Wow they were amazing, friendly, funny, interactive, welcoming and overall made the Lloyds experience 5 stars. I travelled solo and I will be back and have already recommended your hotel to friends

The room was not worth the money I paid. I never walked bare foot because the floor was dirty. The shower always had a bad odor when I turned it on. The bed had dirt stains. The airport shuttle never showed up. I arranged it a week before arrival. The air was dusty. The spa messed up our booking and made us wait over an hour.

Great location close to beach and evening entertainment on beach, street stalls at the door. Great value for money

the room was good, good sized bed, layout of room was good.

hotel is getting run down so shower/toilet area didn't appear super clean. The balcony felt very enclosed with the window even though you can open them. The chairs on the balcony not very comfortable Pool area quite restrictive with only a few sunbeds available due to bad design. Couldn't watch anything on TV without paying for it and most free channels with not in English.

Ants in the bed. Broken air conditioner. A promised refund which never arrived. I’m still owed $1,400. Not sure if I’ll ever get that back. Terrible experience.

Pool was green and couldn't swim in it. Very noisy guests. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and charged for iced and water

Nous y sommes allés en couple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation, le personnel adorable, et le côté un peu industriel question déco. L'espace commun est très sympa pour « chiller ». La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et de bonne qualité. Le service est top (vous pouvez facilement organiser le transport pour vous rendre d’un point À à un point B - option que je recommande d’ailleurs, au lieu d’accepter le chauffeur proposé par votre prochain hôtel, cela sera probablement moins cher). Merci Bolo d’avoir accepté de partager tes bons conseils sur Bali!

Le rapport qualité prix est tellement honnête que je n’ai pas envie de donner une critique. S’il fallait vraiment dire quelque chose, le wifi n’est pas toujours au rendez vous. Mais ça permet de déconnecter !!

Très bon emplacement proche de la plage, des boutiques et restaurants. Chambres tres agréables et bien pensées. Personnel tres agréable. Jolie piscine.

Le seul point négatif est que la salle du dejeuner communique avec l’entrée des vehicules. Les chauffeurs laissant leur moteur allumé pour beneficier de la clim, nous avons déjeuné avec l’odeur du gasoil .... temperature de la piscine un peu fraiche.

Absolutely amazing experience. From check in to the gorgeous rooms , amazing food , friendly staff and phenomenal architecture . It sits in the heart of Seminyak and super close to the beach. Special thanks to Wiwin and Dhea for their friendliness and charm as well as our amazing waitress Febri for making us feel like family .

The shower area and the commode was outside the room. Though it’s private and there were walls but still it got scary at night especially. You could hear other people using their washroom since all the rooms had that open (without ceiling) through their rooms own rooms.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing, particularly when it came to soundproofing and privacy. The soundproofing in the room was very poor. Our bathtub faced the swimming pool of another hotel, and we could clearly hear people talking and making noise around the pool. This made the room feel uncomfortable, as privacy was not well guaranteed, especially with the bathtub being directly exposed to the neighbouring hotel’s pool area. More seriously, during our stay, there was an incident where someone was allegedly recording a lady in the changing room. The hotel’s handling of the situation was very concerning. The lady was clearly extremely distressed and suffered a mental breakdown. For two days, she was seen at the lobby yelling, crying and visibly distressed, and at one point was left lying on the lobby floor. Regardless of the circumstances, I feel the hotel should have handled such a serious and sensitive situation with much greater care, urgency and professionalism, while ensuring the affected guest’s safety and dignity. Overall, the lack of privacy, poor soundproofing and the way this incident was managed significantly affected our experience. I hope the hotel management will take these concerns seriously and review both its room privacy arrangements and procedures for handling serious guest incidents.

Comfortable bed, open bathroom and aesthetic of the room.

The hall way light comes straight through the door at night, I had to put a towel on the bottom to block the light from coming in. With that it was also a bit noisy whenever people walk or chat in the hall way.
