Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Use of the deck with great seating, view and cool breezes that come through. The place has great vibe and the surrounding area has nice neighborhood feel. Access to freeway made it very accessible to beaches, airport, shopping, etc.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025El trato con el propietario fue excelente. Tuve problemas para llegar a tiempo y se acomodó a mi situación. El cuarto muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena. Me encantó el restaurante y hasta mr Kukis! Tuve grandes problemas para regresar a San Juan, y en Kukis me guardaron mis maletas y el propietario me permitió usar el baño de la habitación que había entregado en la mañana. La verdad, fue un viaje sin planificar y muchas cosas salieron mal, menos el alojamiento. Gracias

The description of the property was misleading. The air conditioning was solely in the bedroom. The twin bed was located inside a small walk-in closet with no ventilation or space for personal items aka suitcases. We ended up moving the mattress to the bedroom floor, so both parties had air conditioning. The futon is worn and there were no additional bedding sheets/pillows for it to be of use. The property works for a couple, but not for individuals who aren't expecting to sleep in the same bed.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!

The rooms were hot and uncomfortable. Fans were not in good condition to make the apartment feel cool. There was one air conditioner that was not very powerful to feel cool. The apartment was hot and humid.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2023Location was good, near a grocery store and a couple restaurants and an outdoor food truck area. Also near a snorkel rental shop which we used! Bed very comfy, AC worked well in master bedroom. Small additional bedroom was a bit hot but had fan. Nice balcony. Food in the restaurant downstairs is cheap - I only ate one lunch there, it was fine. BEST PART - we walked to the beach, it was a very quiet beach in the morning, beautiful!
Mosquitos got me, a lot, since we left the balcony door open (but they didn't bite my friend...). But they didn't go in the air conditioned bedroom so sleeping was fine!

Sheets, the matress, the fans could use some improvement. Parking is very dark. Has an induction cooktop but no pots designed for it. The A/C BTU capacity is undersized for the room.

The only air conditioning was in the master bedroom; there was a stand fan in the kitchen / living room area. And the window cranks did not work anywhere, so there was plastic over the bedroom windows to try to hold in the cool air. The second "bedroom" was a single bed in a closet - literally it was a closet previously. No breakfast. No dish soap or kitchen linens provided to wash dishes. Stairs to access the property - but I knew this ahead and booked anyway.

The WIFI only worked for about 10 minutes of our 3 night stay. People were going outside to try to get a connection and sitl could not get a connection.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2022this was a great place to stay with my family it was very comfortable and in a great area with many things to do around. I also must say the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious.
I had a little hard time with the stairs because of my health conditions but other than the stairs I have no complaints.
