De leef- en slaapruimte onder het dak was wat warm met het hete klimaat en de airconditioning die vermeld stond in booking.com bleek onbestaand en een vergissing... De gastheer sleurde een zware mobiele airco van zichzelf tot helemaal boven om de vergissing recht te zetten ... Klasse👌

L'accueil du propriétaire. Le charme de cette ancienne petite maison atypique. Le confort de la literie. La douche au rez de chaussée. L'équipement des ustensiles de cuisine. Le charmant petit coin jardin.

L'escalier menant à la chambre à coucher et au salon (1er étage) devrait avoir une main-courante car pas évident lorsqu'on est un peu âgé .... Le coin wc dans la chambre à coucher devrait être isolé car peu intime..... L'éclairage de la cuisine est insuffisant et les lampes de la hottes ne fonctionnent pas.

Het ontbijt was elke keer oog -en tongstrelend! Heel vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Een huisje met sfeer: modern en oud goed gecombineerd. Rustig gelegen en geschikt als startpunt voor mooie tripjes in de omgeving.

Huis is leuk ingericht. Comfortabele bedden. Ruim genoeg voor 4 personen.

Het huis was redelijk koud toen we aankwamen maar dat was snel beter. Soms hing er een sigarettengeur in de gang.

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Het huisje was in werkelijkheid ruimer dan op de foto's te zien was. Het was een fijn huis om te verblijven. De hosts waren heel aardig en relaxed.

We hadden 2 handdoeken pp voor de duur van 4 dagen. Een extra handdoek per persoon zou fijn zijn geweest.

Les hôtes sont très réactifs et disponibles. Le calme, la décoration chaleureuse, et la literie sont vraiment agréables. Logement très propre avec beaucoup d'équipements très utiles.

It's actually an interesting, nostalgic house of 1830, some of which has been renovated. There's an attractive breakfast menu for €16 per person, very friendly hosts, a private entrance, free parking directly in front of the house, and a private outdoor seating area. A highchair, a crib, and some toys are available for kids. The bed in the bedroom with the bathtub is very comfortable.

- Some areas were lacking in cleanliness, e.g., under the bed and near the windows; otherwise, everything with regard to cleanliness was fine. - No sink in rooms with a toilet - Quite low doors, about 1.75 m in the upstairs rooms, one of which was damaged and should be repaired - Noisy area: located directly next to the street; loud rooster crowing often for hours at night, so you have to keep the windows closed. However, there was no air conditioning and it was too warm. - Mosquito zone and no insect screens - Older equipment in many places, e.g., in the kitchen - The stairs to the first floor have no railing, are very steep, and have no stair gates --> Danger for many Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation (holiday home) in the summer, for people sensitive to noise, or for families with small children. It may be a good fit for everyone else.

We are staying here for the second time (we attended therapy in Sint-Treiden for our son). Everything is as described. The atmosphere is like visiting grandma. A wonderful atmospheric house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Comfortable bed, even down blankets, like in childhood at grandma's. Everything is very clean. There are even toys for children and books in the room. Everything was perfect for us with two children. Very friendly hosts. We will come again.

The property is really nice and authentic. The host was really nice and helpful and provided good tips to explore the area. Breakfast was really great, better than in most hotels. I loved the pineapple carpaccio.

The dishwasher was a little rusty (the racks), but that’s a minor thing.

I thought the house was very cozy and super spacious, it was super clean and the kitchen was fully packed with the essentials. It was awesome!

It would be great if there was a bathroom with shower only, and not shared with a room, but the tub was great!!

Leuk en gezellig verblijf, met heel veel ter beschikking (keukengerief bvb). Service was prima, alles zeer net. De tv/zetel-ruimte zeer gezellig! uitrusten was ons doel en dat is uitstekend geslaagd :-)
