Das Personal hat sich hervorragend und mehrsprachig um die Gäste gekümmert. Servicegedanke wird ganz groß geschrieben: alle helfen, informieren und sind aufmerksam. Anlage und Zimmer sehr bequem und alles wie beschrieben (mit Küchenzeile, Klimaanlage, Gartenanteil). Der Pool und das Frühstück waren ganz fantastisch.

mein Zimmer hatte nur die Tür nach Vorderseite, keine weiteren Fenster zum Durchlüften nachts.

Das Personal ist einfach traumhaft und unwahrscheinlich bemüht und extrem nett. Zudem sind fast alle dreisprachig, italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und steht rund um die Uhr unterstützend zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Resort ist sehr schön. Kommen wieder. Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr nettes Personal. Total Kinderfreundlich. Können wir jeden empfehlen.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich – dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Wir hatten ein „Apartment Deluxe“ gebucht und uns darunter eine etwas großzügigere und gehobenere Unterkunft vorgestellt. Für vier Personen empfanden wir das Apartment als eher eng. Auch der private Außenbereich war kleiner als erwartet und bestand überwiegend aus Kies mit nur einer sehr kleinen Rasenfläche. Die Bezeichnung „Deluxe“ hat daher bei uns etwas andere Erwartungen geweckt.

Great location. Pool was fine, well maintained. OK breakfast.

We were quite disappointed as afterreading reviews and seeing a score of 9 on booking, we were expecting something exeptional. But… We were allocated on the first floor even though we asked for ground floor due to my husbands rehabilitation (post foot fracture). This wasn’t accomodated & we were advised to use a lift -which wasn’t ideal, it was taking ages and very hot. The room was beyond our expectations, including the fridge that was located next to the bed. Be aware that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily (neither the towels are changed). You also will have to pay tax before you check out fully.

We’re travelling around Europe in an old classic car, staying at a different hotel every day. This was a very nice, small and cozy hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Am Pool gab es immer Platz und man konnte eine entspannte Zeit verbringen. Das Frühstück war gut und für uns ein schöner Tagesstart. Absolut ruhig und für Familien gut geeignet.

Der Zimmer Service könnte etwas besser sein. Gebrauchte Gläser wurden nicht immer erneuert. Das leere Duschgel wurde nicht erneuert. Nicht schlimm aber für ein Top-Ergebnis ist hier etwas Luft nach oben.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt. Es war alles bestens. Das San Francesco Resort hat ein tolles Mitarbeiterteam!

Eine super schöne Hotelanlage, modern, sauber.

Locatie. Afstand tot centrum van Vada en strand. Zwembad is ook groot genoeg voor iedereen.

Hygiëne in de kamers. Hier en daar stofjes. Mieren en spinnen lopen overal. Het is in natuur maar binnenkant kan je zoveel mogelijk en goed schoonmaken zodat die beestjes niet binnen in de kamer overal lopen. We zijn wel teleurgesteld in ontbijt. Koffie van de koffieautomaat smaakloos. Op Italiaanse standaarden zou je toch een wat kwalitatieve koffie automaat verwachten. Ook was bijna geen groente te vinden tijdens ontbijt.

Struttura bellissima, molto curata e tranquilla. L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso e confortevole. La piscina è fantastica e tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione per visitare le spiagge della zona.

Nulla di negativo da segnalare. Siamo stati davvero molto bene.

Il country resort è un posto immerso nella natura tutto molto curato e pulito il personale molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Super Unterkunft. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück! Wir haben ein kostenlosen Zimmer Upgrade bekommen! Alles Top und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand.

Venligt og imødekommende personale. Dejligt og hyggeligt sted med en fin pool. Lejlighederne har en fin størrelse, veludstyret og i god stand. Selv sovesofaen er god. Stedet ligger tæt på Bolgheri vinområdet og i fin afstand fra stranden. Gode parkeringsforhold

Super fijne accommodatie! Alles nieuw, aardig personeel. Heel fijn gehad!

Je had niet echt een restaurant bij de accommodatie, dat wisten we van te voren maar had wel een fijne toevoeging geweest. Je kan wel ontbijten en dat is echt super, in de middag kan je zelf eten bereiden. Was ook echt heel fijn.

Well-maintained, clean, quiet surroundings with nice and big pool. Rooms are new abd clean. The receptions was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Het plafond van de badkamer had een lekkage waardoor er 3 nachten water uit het plafond kwam als de bovenburen gingen douchen. Het elektrisch laden via de laadpaal was omslachtig en werkte eerst wel en vervolgens niet meer. Er mogen best wat elektrische laadpunten bij worden geplaatst!

Alles!!! Lage, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und der Service fantastisch. Ich komme wieder.

Kamer was te klein voor 4 personen.

Rolig og imødekommende stemning og smukke udendørs arealer. Pool området spiller hyggeligt jazz og lukker først kl.19.45 så man kan nyde aftensolen. Værelserne rene og fint indrettet med skøn forhave med alt man har brug for. Super sødt personale, meget hjælpsomme og venlige msn føler sig velkommen. Vi kommer igen.

A játszótér a lakóterek központi részén található. Oda fákat ültethetnének, mert túl nagy az akusztika és minden viszhangzik. A privát kertekben elhelyezhetnének pár napágyat. Egyébként mindennel elégedettek voltunk. Angolul?

Et virkelig hyggeligt sted med meget sødt og venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Der var pænt og rent. Ikke bare i lejligheden som blev rengjort hver anden dag men også på selve stedet. Vi var heldige at bo i en af de nye lejligheder og den var super lækker. Stedet ligger placeret så man nemt kan tage ud og se områdets flotte strande. Vi vil især anbefale strandene nord for vada.

Sehr schöne Anlage, alles sehr sauber. Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Das Appartement war sehr gut und modern eingerichtet, tolle Sitzecke davor. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Es ist etwas außerhalb und Strand und Co geht dann halt nur mit Auto, was aber auch nicht so schlimm ist.

Immerso nella campagna toscana, posto perfetto per ricaricare le batterie, adatto sia a gruppi di amici, coppie e famiglie! Abbiamo soggiornato come gruppo di 10 ragazze, entrambi gli appartamenti erano curati e puliti. Comodi sia i letti che i divani letti aperti, anche quello che diventava un letto a castello! Piscina perfetta per queste temperature torride, dotata di ombrelloni e sdrai. L'honesty bar è pratico e fornito. La colazione è ricca, ha sia pietanze salate che dolci. Lo staff ha avuto la premura di non farci mancare nulla e di organizzarci il tavolo per stare tutte assieme per la colazione.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta, a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge.

15 euro per la colazione li trovo un eccessivi.

Tolle Ausstattung und toller Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Super mooi resort. Appartementen waren echt perfect. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier. Dorpjes in de buurt waren wel wat minder mooi dan we verwacht hadden, maar dit staat los van dit prachtige resort. We hebben daardoor juist veel aan het zwembad gelegen en gerelaxt!

Ontbijt had iets diverser gemogen. Dit is elke dag hetzelfde, maar nogsteeds super lekker.

- Schöne Anlage - sehr sauber und gepflegt - gute Lage - ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten

- Appartements sehr hellhörig - wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, Frühstückszeiten von 8-10 Uhr recht kurz und ab 9 Uhr waren einige Sachen schon leer und wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt - trotz Zimmerreinigung wurde einiges nicht aufgefüllt, sodass man sich das selbst organisieren musste - unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer

Bellissima struttura a 1 Min di macchina da Cecina, il monolocale era funzionale e ben arredato. Il bagno e la doccia molto belli. Bella piscina, carinissimo l'honesty bar e bello il parco giochi per i bambini con ping pong e calcino. Un'oasi di pace e relax. Consigliatissimo!

Really nice, brand new clean resort that is maintained very well. The staff is very friendly and they serve a great international breakfast. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the playground, the electric car charger and the fact that there is a sun bed for everyone. Our studio apartment was also really clean and soundproof, with a dishwasher, a great shower and perfect little garden.

We did not like the studio bed and the blue light from the airconditioner that lit up the entire room at night. The only reason we did not extend our stay, was that the mattress / bed in the studio was really hard, which resulted in uncomfortable sleeping. The staff was so kind to provide us an extra mattress topper, but unfortunately that didn’t help much. We also had this problem at other Italian resorts/ hotels; we learned that Italians like to sleep on rather hard beds in contrary to other European countries.

A very relaxed place with a lovely vibe. Lovely pool which was heated when we were there and very pleasant to get into. Nice breakfast, and staff were very friendly. You need a car for sure as it is remote but beautiful setting. WiFi very good.

Kitchen could have done with a few more bits like a chopping board and scissors in it.

Struttura curata, pulita e accogliente in zona tranquilla a pochi km dal mare e dal paese. Appartamento pulito, spazioso, molto ben arredato con spazio esterno privato. Piscina molto bella. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Rarement vu un établissement avec des prestations quasi parfaites. Les appartements sont vraiment bien pensés avec tout le nécessaire pour être comme à la maison. La piscine très grande et chauffée. Plein de commerces à moins de 15 min. On a ajouté une nuit pour en profiter encore.

Escolhemos essa acomodação justamente pela piscina aquecida. Então no dia que chegamos podemos usar 1 hora, pois as 17:00 já fecha, não faz sentido pois é horário de verão e a praia não fica próximo então achei que é muito pouco tempo. Nos outros dias a piscina não funcionou e não fomos avisados. Enfim não conseguimos aproveitar nada da piscina. O café da manhã é com pouca opção e quase sem reposição e sem contar que o espaço não comporta os hóspedes sempre tem que esperar.

En ”tag själv bar”, stort och fint rum, helt okej frukost. Ett lite mer budgethotell, men roligt för barn med lekpark pool och så vidare. Fint läge på landet.

Incheckningen var klockan 16 och utcheckning klockan 10. Poolen hade öppet fram till klockan 17 och öppnade sedan 10 på morgonen. Så om man bara stannade en natt kunde man bara bada 1 timme. Om man inte kom mycket tidigare så klart.

We booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool (the main photo on their page), as it was crucial for our kids. Because of this, we chose a location further from the beach. It was a total disappointment. While we respect the rules about rain, by 1:00 PM the sun was out and the weather was beautiful. There was no reason to keep the pool closed. The receptionist kept misleading us all day: at 11:00 AM she said it would open in 2 hours, then at 1:30 PM she told us to wait for the lifeguard until 2:30 PM. When we returned at 3:30 PM, we were told there would be no lifeguard at all and she shrugged. Not sure if they are cutting costs on staff or what. The room was poorly maintained: a cracked toilet seat (very painful to sit on!) and ants crawling everywhere. The receptionist was dishonest. Later, another receptionist brought a handwritten apology note with some snacks and a Fanta. Honestly? If I wanted a Fanta and some snacks. A bottle of soda cannot compensate for the lost vacation time and our children's disappointment. We stayed further from the sea specifically for the pool, and we ended up with nothing. Avoid this place.

Construction on the site, poor sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors very clearly.

Das Anwesen mit Spielplatz, der große Vorgarten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Weiter haben uns die Loungebereiche und auch die grösse der Appartments gut gefallen.

Der Frühstückspreis für Kinder war zu hoch. Die Ameisen sowie ein unangehmer Geruch aus Badkanalisation. Es wäre auch wünschenswertvden Aussenpool bei gutem Wetter im April bereis zu öfnnen.

Giardino e manutenzione non proprio curata, costo della colazione impegnativo, camera non pronta al nostro arrivo (nonostante fossero quasi le 5 del pomeriggio)

Struttura bella, con molti servizi, soprattutto per i bambini.

Appartamenti monolocali piccoli, i letti sono molto comodi.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect, alles makkelijk aan te rijden. Het zwembad ging open toen we er waren, het is verwarmd en daardoor lekker om te zwemmen ookal was de buitentemperatuur maar 21graden. De slaapbank is erg comfortabel en de ruimte van het appartement was goed. Als je niet wilde ontbijten kon je ook gewoon croissants ophalen en meenemen. Deze werden vers gebakken voor je. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en ik zou het zeker aanbevelen.

Wij waren vroeg in het seizoen hierdoor waren er nog diverse werkzaamheden op het park. We hebben geen last van gehad.

It was a beautiful place. The landscape and the room was very nice. Shower was amazing the water pressure was wonderful.

The bed was on the harder side and it was uncomfortable for my hips and back.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had a शांत and relaxing location, away from the city, which I actually enjoyed. I liked it so much that I even decided to extend my stay for one more day.

It is a bit far from the city, so getting around can take more time.

The appartements are quite new, very clean and confortable. The kids playground was also very good. It's a great place for familles and only 10 min by car from the beach. They also have a l'au dry which is quite useful when traveling with the kids

The pool was closed, they said it was out of season but as they mention in their website that they have a heated pool we thought it would be available in April but it wasn't

Ottima location in parziale ampliamento molto carina la sala colazioni e l'appartamento dove ho soggiornato moderno e funzionale.

Distanza dal mare

Immersa in un oasi di pace, con molti servizi (anche se da noi molti non usufruiti visto che ancora non eravamo in stagione estiva), appartamenti puliti e comodi per famiglie. Struttura adatti a bambini. Sala colazione fantastica, cosi come i prodotti offerti. Unica cosa da sapere è che stanno allargando il villaggio con altri alloggi, quindi la mattina ci sarà un po di rumore, polvere e passaggio di mezzi pesanti.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auf dem Gelände ein neuer Komplex gebaut, der Pool war noch geschlossen und das Apartment leider sehr dunkel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit sehr, sehr nettem Personal. Super nah zu verschiedenen Städte wie Pisa oder Livorno. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Top für Familien.

La posizione è comodissima per visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. La location è davvero accogliente e molto curata, dotata di ogni confort.
