There were immediate maintenance issues such as a toilet that didn’t completely flush and the refrigerator that was both inoperable and dirty. The on-site restaurant had slow service (took one hour to serve a chicken sandwich and enchiladas at a time when there were only four tables occupied.) also, they had great difficulty preparing oatmeal.

Hay muchas que no estuvieron bien , Toallas muy sucias y gastadas Las cortinas de las ventanas no bajaban y me tocó dormir así y en la mañana el sol muy temprano ya me pegaba en la cara, Cruza un tren muy cerca del hotel que hace mucho ruido. El personal del hotel no sabe mucho mi desayuno era parte de mi paquete y me dijeron que no era así y me tocó comprar dos días desayuno cuando me dio por buscar les informé y ya me dieron el desayuno de un día sin pedir disculpas, un desayuno muy x. Pero lo peor de todo sucedió la última noche de mi estadía cuando tipo 3 am dejé la puerta del baño abierta y se empezó a sentir un mal olor que llenó toda la habitación, una peste tan horrible que no se fue por dos horas a cloacas o aguas sucias fue algo que nunca había experimentado. Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel en lo absoluto

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025The hotel is quiet, with a nice view of the mountains. Next to it is a big shopping mall and its around 15 min away from the downtown.
The breakfast is too simple and the staff doesn’t explain/ communicate much, but are still friendly. Wifi is open which doesn’t provide a lot of security.

Also they say the pool closes at 11pm but get kicked out at 10pm. All because their too lazy to go up at 11 to close.

Constant construction on the rooftop by the pool made it almost unusable throughout the day. Rooftop views are gorgeous however unusable with all the constructions going on. No fridge in the rooms, you serious?

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024The room was great all around. Couldn't ask for more. Also for a tourist the location is actually really good. You need a car anyways to move around the city. There's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around. As others have said, there's a superb taco place called "Carnitas Colinas" at a walking distance.
The reception is all over the place. Hectic. Either they are demanded too much or something else. Also, I know I'm a western tourist but I don't wanna get scammed in a Radisson. We all know it's hard but you would get more customers and tips by being fair. A lady at the reception desk told 4800 pesos for 2 nights more. In the payment terminal she put 5000 that I had to point out. Also I found out that for 2 nights I got 50% cheaper price from booking.com. With a little hassle I got my booking.com price.
