De kamer, het hele hotel, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend en gevarieerd ontbijt en de ligging t.o.v. het strand en de restaurants.

Wij zaten in het Z blok en dat grenst aan de tuin van een groot restaurant. Dit is geopend tot 01.00 uur en zorgt voor enige geluidsoverlast, zeker wanneer er live optredens zijn (1 of 2 keer p.w.).

Very comfortable and clean room, just as shown in the pictures. Quiet location but close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely lady at reception. The complimentary olive oil was a lovely touch. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside was that the pools didn’t look particularly inviting. Overall, a great stay!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Αυτό όμως που μας άρεσε πολύ ήταν η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση απ' όλους,ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι,πολλά μπράβο!!!!! Οι κύριες στο πρωινό και η κοπέλα στη reception με απίστευτη ευγενενεια και προθυμία!!σίγουρα θα σας ξαναεπισκεπτω

Personnel très serviable et professionnel, chambre avec literie confortable, climatisation efficace, bonne insonorisation, grande salle de bain avec douche agréable. Nous avons passé quelques heures dans l'hotel après avoir rendu la chambre, et nous avons profité des belles installations : grande piscine, salle de sport, billard, playstation, restaurant snack de bonne qualité...

pas de place de parking (mais on peut trouver des places aux alentours), sinon RAS

מלון דירות ממש ממש נחמד ונעים, צוות סופר מקצועי ועוזר. החדרים יפים ונעימים, שתי בריכות, היינו באוגוסט ולא הרגשנו צפיפות בכלל. המלון ממוקם מרחק הליכה מהים בצד אחד ומרחק הליכה לרחוב הראשי בצד השני. הרבה טברנות, חנויות, חברות השכרת רכב קרובות מאוד. היה ערב אחד במלון של ריקודים עממים והיה מאוד נחמד. מרחק נסיעה קצר מריתנמו העיר ומאוד מקומות יפים ברכב כמו אגם קורסאו. בערך שעה נסיעה מהשדה בהרקליון.

מיקום מעולה! קרוב ל חוף למסעדות ו חנויות, שעה נסיעה ל חניה או לירקליון צעד השני. צוות מקסים!!! בנות בקבלה מריה ו מריאנה היו מקסימות כל שאלה בקשה היו עוזרות עם רצון ו חיוך.צוות של חדר אוכל ו משק מלון נקי חמוד לא גדול שתי בריכות בינוניות ( היה תמיד מקום של מיטה שיזוף)חדר כושר שולחן סנוקר ו פלייסטיישן, חניה של מלון,חדרים יפים נוחים עם מטבחון קטן ו מרפסת.קיבלנו גם מתנה בקבוק שמן זית בעזיבה ❤️ ממליצה בחום

L’hotel è molto bello, accogliente e pulitissimo. Le ragazze della reception gentilissime e sempre disponibili. La colazione varia e abbondante. 3 piscine, sala biliardo con PlayStation, sauna e palestra super attrezzata! Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il giorno della partenza avevamo il volo molto tardi e ci hanno permesso di stare in hotel in piscina e usufruire di tutta la struttura. Abbiamo potuto anche fare la doccia nelle docce di servizio che erano super pulite e davvero belle.

L’unica cosa che suggerirei è ampliare la scelta della colazione dolce con alimenti senza lattosio, io sono intollerante e ho mangiato quasi sempre le stesse cose a colazione perché la maggior parte delle cose conteneva lattosio.

Hotel is in good location (near to the beach and the main street is also close). Rooms are spacious and clean and well equipped. Hotel are is nice and pool areas also very good. Breakfast was delicious. Parking in front of the hotel (lot´s of space) I would especially like to thank the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms in the Z building are a bit noisy as they are located next to the restaurant in paralleel street.

Une excellente nuit Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Mary Hôtel & Mary Royal Suites. Très bel établissement, avec une chambre magnifique, propre et très confortable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel particulièrement agréable et professionnel. et agréable les équipements de l'hôtel sont tops (piscine, bar, salle de jeux, sauna...etc). Même pour un court séjour, nous avons vraiment apprécié l’expérience. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

L’accueil, le sourire et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, les deux piscines avec transats toujours disponibles, la propreté de l’établissement, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, lits King size confortables, sa situation géographique, juste à côté de la plage, plein de restaurants et de services de locomotion à proximité, le côté familial, calme et chaleureux de cet établissement. Parfait en tout point. Merci à tous les gens qui y travaillent pour les 10 jours merveilleux et reposants que nous avons passé chez vous 🇫🇷🇬🇷

Faut partir et aller sur les plages

L’emplacement idéal, au nord de l’île a environ 1 heure en voiture de l’aéroport et à moins de 8 km de Rethymon. Établissement familial 😊et composé de deux piscines, se situant par ailleurs à 200 m de la plage Le personnel et la propriétaire sont aux petits soins et proches de leurs clients. Je n’étais pas vraiment fan de l’expresso de la machine en libre service au petit déjeuner. L’équipe de l’hôtel et sa propriétaire m’ont souvent offert un double et véritable expresso d’une vraie machine à. Café et j insiste sur le mot offert. Par ailleurs et un jour avant le départ nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir devant notre porte une jolie bouteille d huile d olive. Ce sont tous ces gestes et services qui font la différence, un emplacement idéal, un accès à la route principale rapide. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et ne changez rien ( sauf le café à la machine en libre accès)😅

-the split level was cleaner then Marriott hotel - the bed was the one of the most comfortable beds ever, also very big - love the air-con in this weather - air con the the lobby so, you can have a coffee during the day; around here no proper air con daytime to enjoy lunch etc at taverns, but they mostly have a fan which is not good enough in these temperatures ; we came back here when we wanted a bite during the day - great location - friendly staff - good coffee - 2 pools, plus one for babies - always sun lounges available, respectful guests - generally very quiet, relaxing place - we will return

- all cleaner could do to speak a little English - at times, music a bit loud from next door restaurant, until 12 am or so.

Tolles Hotel, wir waren Anfang August mit zwei Kindern dort und es hat uns super gefallen, sehr netter Service, super Zimmer, schöne Pools und leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Der Strand ist einfach fussläufig zu erreichen und es gibt mehr als ausreichend Parkplätze, in der Umgebung gibt es vieles Restaurants und Take Away‘s. Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά. Ευγενικό προσωπικό πάντα με χαμόγελο. Άνετο parking μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Εξαιρετικής ποιότητας πρωινό με εναλλαγές σε κάποια είδη από μέρα σε μέρα. Η πρόσβαση από την εθνική είναι πολύ εύκολη. Γενικά ήσυχη περιοχή

Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était spacieuse, 2 belles piscines (mais pas mal de monde). Assez bien situé (plage à 5min à pied, petit centre ville à 2/3minutes à pied)

Le petit déjeuner très redondant de manger tous les jours la même chose Si vous venez en couple je vous conseille plutôt de prendre un hôtel adults only, il y a beaucoup beaucoup d’enfants dans cet hôtel..

Il y a un côté très moderne et joli, je pense que c’est le côté chambres supérieures, et puis un côté vieillot (un bâtiment plus ancien) pour les appartements classiques …dans les photos ça peut porter à confusion….je pense que ça mérite d’être plus transparent

The accommodations were very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. We arrived early, but they still welcomed us and gave us our room ahead of schedule. Breakfast was great, and the room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The pools were nice, and the beach was very close by. We’ll definitely be back next time.

Double bed was just two single beds connected to each other. Room was not ready by 3pm checkin, only about 20 min later.

Si tratta di una struttura molto curata, personalizzata, a partire dalla colazione, spesso con cibo diverso, preparata con cura e con torte e dolci preparati dallo staff. Notevole in un mondo governato dalle catene alberghiere e da stand che fanno somigliare tutti gli alberghi. Fiori, piante aromatiche in giardino, un bel bar, piscine pulite. Veramente bene

Il paese in cui si trova è comodo xche permette di raggiungere i punti interessanti dell’isola, ma è un paese piccolo e nn particolarmente bello

Nous avons passé une seule nuit (2 adultes avec 2 ados de 14 et 16 ans). L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est vraiment acceuillant. Nous avions un appartement duplex, vraiment confortable, qui donnait sur la piscine.Très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux.

Ubytování ma moc dobrou polohu. Blízko moře cca 250metru a centrum města- restaurace také 200metru. Obchod je 300metru. V hotelu vaří a je tam bar. Bazény čistě a v ideální teplotě. U more je placena pláž- lehátka a slunečníky za 10€ a je tam bar s občerstvením. Na pláži jsou sprchy a wc. Parkování je před hotelem zdarma.

Sehr freundliches Personal, kleines aber abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, Nähe zum Strand und Restaurants war perfekt! Es gibt 2 Pools und sogar ein Becken für Babys

Einzig unsere Lage des Zimmers war etwas schlecht da wir davor die Hotelbar hatten und es am Abend etwas lauter wurde, mit Baby etwas blöd aber sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln

A fantastic place. We are very happy with our stay-we were there for only two nights, but it was better than another 4-star hotel we stayed at afterwards in other part of Crete. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was quiet, and relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious. We got welcome drinks & at the end, we received a lovely gift and a thank-you letter for our stay, which was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this place to everyone. ✨

Our stay at Mary Hotel exceeded our expecations! The Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in, throughout the entire stay. The place was calm, relaxing and very well located, 3 minutes from the beach. Rooms were nice, modern and clean. Will make sure to come back!

Great hotel with great staff We just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Overall it was very good, but there are a couple of important things families should know. What we loved: · Brand new, very clean apartments – we had a two-bedroom unit with a kitchen, so we could cook anything we wanted for the children. · Excellent location – close to many nice restaurants, the sea, and the on-site pools are great for both small kids and adults. · Direct pool access from our apartment – very convenient. · Friendly and helpful staff – they listened to our wishes and helped us throughout our stay. A note about the sea entrance (for families): Right by the apartments, the sea entrance has large, sharp rocks. You will need special rubber/water shoes. Because of this, we drove to a sandy beach in Rethymno instead. Important safety warning – hot water: The hot water in the apartment comes out extremely hot – almost boiling. when we first arrived, it was turned to the hot water and our child turned it and got a minor burn on the hand. We reported this to the hotel, and they said they would take note of it. Please be very careful with the hot water tap and check the direction before letting children use it. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay, but future guests – especially families – should be aware of the hot water and rocky beach entrance.

Schoon, heel vriendelijke mensen, elke dag royaal nieuwe handdoeken en schoonmaak. Een attentie bij vertrek. Altijd oprecht vragen hoe je dag is/was. Zelden zo’n fijn verblijf gehad!! Ook een gym die echt top was!!

Fantastic. Big room with light coloured furnishing a bit different to standered rooms and big. Lovely pool areas well looked after. Really relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was fabulous- owner talked us thibreakfast buffet with homemade jams and cake - all really delicious. This is a lovely welcoming relaxing place to stay I wish we could have stayed longer

Sehr freundliches, serviceorientiertes Personal. Schöne Poolbar, große ruhige Zimmer, Parkplätze für unsere Motorräder direkt vor dem Haus, klasse Frühstück. Der Chef hat sich persönlich um eine Lösung für mein Reifenproblem(Nagel) gekümmert und einen Kontakt zu einer guten Werkstatt vermittelt, die ihn am Samstag noch vulkanisiert hat.

Odamız her gün temizlendi ve odanın içindeki eşyalarla ister odada yemek yapabilirsiniz veya konumu sayesinde çok kolay bir şekilde dışarıda kaliteli yerlerde yemek bulabilirsiniz. Havuz harikaydı. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı olmaya çalışan insanlardı. Eğer tekrar retyhmno’ya gidecek olursak kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz. Ayrıca check-out yapmadan önce verdikleri hediye de ayrıca güzeldi.
