Inexpensive and friendly staff. Parking was cheap.

One night we had some sort of weird smell coming from the ventilation system and we had to call the fire department.

Everything went smoothly during the check-in and check-out. Apartment was clean.

Its a good well staffed place and the cleaners and reception are a great team and positive about activities

Laundry room should be working in both zones and lounge area could be bigger for reading the kitchenette could do with updating but it is fine and a double mattress topper is better over the two single beds.

It was a weird area for two girls to be at at night and we didn’t see any staff around all the days we were there

The kitchen facilities are good. We cooked and ate, no problem. There are towels and iron in the room. The staff helped me to get an hair dryer.

1) Location is super far to center, 1 hour with metro. You have to use a bus to get to the metro. 2) The bathroom smelled awful. We couldn’t stay in it more than 3 minutes in the first day. The mold in the bathroom facilities were huge, that’s why it smelled so bad.

Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung wenn man frühzeitig bucht. Parken ist grausam, nur mit app und Anmeldung Bezahlung möglich. Keine Ansprechperson und das Hotel ist nicht hilfreich. Rezeption ist nur wehrend meine Arbeitszeiten besetzt (Also gar nicht) Da es bei mir berufsbedingt immer kurzfristig ist empfehle ich auf andere Seiten zu schauen und nicht bei Hotels.com Da habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht das bei Kurzfristigen Entscheidungen Hotels.com eher ein Preistreiber ist.

Das Hotel ist Top Die Parkplätze nerven mit app Installieren und bezahlen. Aber die Parkplatzpreise sind fair. Blöd ist nur wenn man Kurzfristig über Hotels.com Bucht werden die Preise sehr viel teurer als auf anderen Seiten. Deshalb nutze ich nicht mehr so oft die Hotels.com für Spontane Übernachtungen allerdings vereise ich beruflich fast immer Spontan.

Schlechter Check in gehabt kein pin für Schlüssel Kasten bekommen 4stunden warten niemanden erreicht

It is a perfect palce for work trips. You have your on pentry to make food. There is a quite good gym and 2 restaurants in the building, It is quiet. big parking

No reception when arriving after 5 pm, you had to figure out the keys in the box and that the code is in your e-mail. Downstairs there was nothing indicating that the reception is on the 4th floor.

Nice spacious place , good value for your money.

Heating wasn't turned on even though it started to get chilly during night ,but other than that it was ok.

The hotel meets high quality standards. The room had everything that was listed on the website. It was very quiet, perfectly clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has a great location. A short walk across the park to the lake. 2 minutes by bus/car or 10-15 minutes by foot to the nearest metro station and 30 minutes by metro to Gamla Stan. The nearest supermarket "Willy" is a 5-minute walk away. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We really liked it.

The check-in was a little problematic

This was my first time in stockholm and did not realize how far out from the city it was. Taxi ride cost me $71 from downtown. Otherwise a nice hotel

The rooms were wide, there is a kitchenette and dishes. It was clean. The beds are comfortable.A good hotel for a short stay. A car is a must. It is far from public transport.

Bad location, bad front desk service, bad cleaning. Too far outside the city, you have to take a car to get to the city. It is located in an industrial area with nothing around it. Okay for a business trip but don’t book it for romantic getaway. We booked 2 nights via a booking website, arriving on a national holiday “Kristi Himmelfarts dag” and the reception was closed with a sign that we could call a service with a fee of 1000 sek extra. We called our booking company who called the hotel and we could pick up our room key in a box outside the reception, but they gave us the wrong box number. Thanks to a very kind cleaning lady we found the correct box and finally got into our room. We received no e-mail containing the above mentioned or that we had to collect our key in the box. The room was okay standard, beds was nice and it looked clean. However we found a long hair in one of the towels not ours. Also when we were sleeping at 7:30 in the morning a cleaning lady came into our room after a small knock on the door. She left quickly when I got up, but it’s too early for cleaning and only after a small knock on the door. There was also a small humming noise in the room all the time that was getting annoying after some time.
