המיטה הנוספת (הספה שהפכה למיטה שניה) לא הייתה נוחה. חסר בחדר כורסא או כיסא נוסף.

המזרונים לא היו כל כך נוחים - המסרן קצת שרע במרכזו בשתי היחידות שלקחנו.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025מקום יפה ופסטורלי, ממש תענוג לבלות שם בחופשה, היינו שם בחג הסוכות וממש נהנינו, גם הילדים ממש נהנו, מקום נקי ומאובזר, הכל חדש ויפה, ההרגשה היתה מאוד נעימה, והבעלים ממש נחמד ואדיב, יש מענה בכל זמן, מתאים לזוגות, משפחות, ילדים וחברים. מומלץ ממש, נחזור שוב.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024Great quiet hotel in the Old City Beersheva. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are a lot of restaurants and breakfast places around. The room and facilities are perfect. The manager was immediately available on the phone or WhatsApp to help. The street parking near the hotel is paid parking from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; I would recommend downloading one of the parking apps (e.g., Pango). You would need an entry code for both the outside and inside doors. Please contact management either before arrival or by using the phone number printed on the door.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2023The hotel is nice and clean. But not advertised a king bed and a sofabed, and only the king bed was made up. I’m sure I could have gotten linens for the sofabed but I should it have had to go through the hassle. The hotel advertises itself as suites but really is one big room. There are cubbies for clothing and a coat rack if you need to hang anything. It’s no suite, just a room and not even a dresser or better if they wanted to. All they have to do is buy an armoire. The room is filled with Knick knacks, which are unnecessary.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2023This is a good place to lay your head and great for someone with a local work project. For us it had a perfect location for us visiting relatives 100m away. Rooms comfortable and clean.
Its virtues are its vice. It is fine for the below but it is not a destination and not a hotel in the sense I regard them but to be fair I was not looking for one. While outside it does have hammocks and a jacuzzi - never saw anyone though - artificial grass is certainly a turn off for me. As said below,, completely fine as a place to lay one's head but that is it.

It is a beautiful, boutique hotel, that served it´s purpose for our stay, since we were traveling with a rented car... the room had everything in perfect conditions, really clean and beautifully arranged and decorated, It is perfect for friends traveling together or families, The store on the other side of the street was really good too, The bathroom was nice, but the shower spece a bit tight, Really comfortable beds and sofa bed, spacious and well thought distribution, also well done with the many windows it had for ventilation, Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, the outer machine for coffee, tea and fruits really nice! Parking space just outside the hotel was perfect!
I think it is important to clarify in your site and in BOOKING that there "IS NO RECEPTION" as it is like an "AIRBNB" THANK GOD we had wifi from the rental car company and could communicate with you guys, but if not, it would have been hard to go in... so just a tip, send this instructions prior "guest stays"
