Really enjoyed our stay at Lot 33 Boutique Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the honeymoon arrangement they prepared for us was really well done. T real star of the show was the bathroom! It was almost as big as the room itself, with a huge jacuzzi that was easily the main attraction. Honestly, the bathroom alone could rival some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Great little boutique hotel, and definitely a memorable stay!

L’emplacement proche d’une plage calme et pas bcp de monde, le personnel adorable et la chambre. Et la petite attention pr l’anniversaire de ma fille. Ils avaient décoré la chambre, c’était adorable de leur part.

It was a dream stay in the three bedroom “open air” appartement. Truly amazing, the best stay we had on our two weeks trip in Malaysia (and we had many excellent ones). Bedrooms; super spacious, excellent beds, beds have 5 star feeling, supreme service and staff. Outdoor living is fabulous, the outdoor bathroom is gigantic and features a jacuzzi. We loved it. Convenient location, amidst restaurants and coffee bars. And the staff is great. We had a medical problem in our group and the staff helped us in every way possible. Choose this for a family holiday in Langkawi.

C’est beau, très bien décoré. La piscine est jolie, notre chambre super spacieuse. Bref, tout le cadre est beau. Près de petits restos, etc.

Un peu loin de la plage, le petit chemin pour s’y rendre traversait un chantier de construction, c’était étrange. Et le manque d’ambiance, j’ai trouvé ça dommage, un magnifique resto, mais tjrs vide, ça faisait bizarre d’être tjrs seuls, donc on a préférés manger ailleurs pour la suite du séjour.

Stanza stupenda. Ristorante e bar con buoni piatti e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Staff cortese. Piscina molto bella, sempre in ombra. Meglio muoversi sempre con auto per raggiungere spiaggia/centro. Di giorno le temperature sono veramente alte e anche 1km a piedi risulta pesante

Abbiamo trovato scarpe e calze di ospiti precedenti dietro al letto.

Le fait que ce soit « trop » ouvert, à cause des moustiques Le jacuzzi inutilisable car fuit.

Les équipements et l'emplacement, pour une famille de 4 personnes la chambre est de très grande taille donc agréable. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. En revanche le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Il est très décevant. Il y a très peu de choix, voir pas du tout. J'avoue que cela nous a surpris. Je recommande cet hotel mais pour un court séjour.

Zoals geadverteerd. Erg schoon en ruime kamers. Lekker rustig weg van de drukte, fijn zwembad.

Mijn tip zou zijn bij de standaard kamers iets van een klein nachtlampje, het is nu groot licht of niets. Iets van kussens voor de strandbedden zou fijn zijn!

The big and spacious apartment unit. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The owner and workers were very friendly and helped carry our bags from the car and allowed us to check-in early once the rooms were ready. Positive and happy vibes

The two flight of stairs! I didn't do enough research. Not that convenient for the elderly. Should be okay for youngsters, though. And the bigger room did not have sufficient air conditioning. It was a bit warm and stuffy. Suggest to install a bigger and more suitable unit.

Nice big rooms with good decor in the hotel. Good swimming pool. And fairly decent location

That they don’t include breakfast in your booking even when your booking fees are so high. Especially if the breakfast they offer is basic.

The room we were in did not get much sunlight and used to get very hot due to the tin sheet on the balcony

Le personnel était très gentil et disponible, la piscine même si petite est très bien, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Loves the bathroom, enjoyed having my baths in the bath tub.

Sat down to have a late night ice cream/desserts sat down and ordered. Waited for a long time just to be informed that the desserts were no longer available.

One of the nicest hotels ive ever stayed in. Its the low season and I feel like I was the only guest so had the full pool area to myself, it was very relaxing

The staff working there was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and very modern. Large and spacious room.

We booked a hotel for four nights, but we had to change it after one night due to a musty, damp smell emanating from the air conditioning. As someone with asthma, I'm very sensitive to this, so after just one night at the hotel, I experienced significant discomfort (breathing problems and headaches). There were a lot of black dots around the air conditioning unit and it was quite dusty inside of it. The room had no windows, which probably made the situation worse. ….overall a very nice place but unfortunately I had to book a new hotel.

The room was massive with two big double beds and a massive bathroom with a giant hot tub.

When trying to book a massage i was told only males were available but that's fine.

Great service and clean environment. The family suite was very spacious and view was great. The bar and restaurant were excellent as well.

The swimming pool design could be further improved. The food at the restaurant could be improved as well.

Great hospitality, amazing room with the best bathroom! Nice pool, nice ambience, just in general such a great stay for my birthday! Got to stay whilst I waited for my flight and reception kept my bags for me whilst I chilled round the pool. The room was spacious and great coffee machine and balcony too. Honestly could not fault it, worth every ringgit.

Die Poolanlage und zum Teil auch die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist es gemütlich

5 min walk to beach and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and a 24/7 mart right at front. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was really welcoming and helpful. Staff decorated our room for the honeymoon which was a nice touch.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely staff and great location. Room always smelt fresh and looked clean! Hairdryer, safe and fridge provided. Big TV which had access to Netflix etc. room service was good.

The chocolate brownie was very dry 😂

Space, location, ambience

Not enough towel hanging space, difficult access to pools for older guests.

Decoración, ambiente y comodidad. Además, nuestra visita fue con motivo de luna de miel y tuvieron el detalle de decorar la habitación muy linda. Era extremadamente limpio y la piscina, entorno perfecto.

El grifo del lavabo estaba medio roto así como la pica.

Nettes, kleines Design-Hotel. Ich hatte das Familienzimmer. Dieses war sehr gross mit riesigem Bad. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber sehr schön, weil mit Sicht ins Grüne und mit genügeend Liegestühlen. Einige Restaurants und Strände liegen in Gehdistanz.

Die Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett und zwar so, dass die kalte Luft aufs Bett geblasen wurde. Gemäss Beschreibung hätte das Zimmer einen Balkon mit Sicht auf den Pool haben sollen, hatte es aber nicht.

Buena ubicación, buen ambiente, personal genial, limpieza muy buena.

Kleines Hotel, ca 200 m zum Strand. Sehr großes Zimmer. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Zimmer nach hinten (zum Pool) zu erhalten, sehr ruhig und ab Mittag schattig auf dem Balkon. Zu den Rezessionen über den Lärm der „Band“. Bei uns war es regelmäßig nur ein leiser Gitarrenspieler mit ruhiger Dinnermusik, sehr schön und nie störend . Und: ein SEHR freundlicher Rezeptiost!!

Einige kleinere Dinge im Zimmer müssten mal instandgesetzt werden. Der Weg zum Strand rund um eine große Baustelle ist nervig und staubig, ohnehin hat der Strand hier uns nicht begeistert: voller Jetski, Schirme etc. Empfehlung des Rezeptionisten: Strand im Norden Thanjung Rhu ist top. Halbe Stund mit Grab für 8-12 EUR, aber lohnt sich!

A questão de ter um bar com musica ao vivo mesmo ao pé dos quartos apanhou me totalmente de surpresa ... nunca conseguia adormecer antes da 0.00 o que foi bastante incomodativo. O facto do quarto não possuir luz de cabeceira .

Pokój przestronny, wielka łazienka z jacuzzi. Basen mały, ale wystarczający dla wszystkich gości hotelu. Obsługa zawsze pomocna. Hotel jest na uboczu, do centrum miasteczka jest ok. 15 minut spacerem, ale dla nas to był atut. Było cicho i spokojnie.

- Depozyt w wysokości 100RM (został zwrócony bez problemów) - Klimatyzacja znajduje się nad łóżkiem i ciężko było ją ustawić w taki sposób, żeby nie wiała zbyt mocno na twarze.

La presión de agua de la ducha. El tamaño de la habitación.

El baño era grande pero incómodo porque para llegar al inodoro había que pasar por la ducha y si estaba mojada había que pisar el agua. El placard y la caja fuerte estaban adentro del baño, por lo que toda la ropa quedaba húmeda cuando uno se duchaba. Los colchones eran duros e incómodos. La ubicación no era óptima. Había cerca algunos restaurantes pero los negocios estaban a 20 minutos caminando. Había una playa a cinco minutos caminando pero sobre esa playa desembocaba un gran desagüe de agua sucia, por lo que esa playa era sucia y olía mal. La piscina es de imposible uso para personas de cierta edad o con alguna limitación física porque para ingresar hay que saltar, ya que la escalera está floja. Lo peor de la estadía fue que a una persona de mi familia que estaba en otra habitación le robaron un perfume que había dejado en un estante de la habitación y el hotel no dio ningún tipo de respuesta frente a ese incidente.

Spacious room and bathroom, stylish and calm, easy place to relax. Quiet area of town. A highlight was watching monkeys resting in the tree opposite our balcony! Secluded pool and a short walk to the beach.

The only thing I would have wished for would be for breakfast to be included - and breakfast that we did purchase was okay, but quite basic.

Prachtige en ruime suite, fijne locatie. Badkamer was heerlijk, alles voelde heel luxe aan!

'S avonds rook de airco in de kinderslaapkamer erg naar frituur. Ook stond er een afzuiger aan waardoor er erg veel geluid was. Onze kinderen waren moe genoeg om in de geur en het geluid te slapen, maar dat had ik zelf niet gekund.

Staff is exceptional, makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Handled every situation very well. Huge room, even bigger bathroom, good rain shower. Got Malaysian sockets but can borrow European variant in the reception. Refrigerator is powerful enough to ice everything. Pool is nice in the shade for cooling down.

Nowhere to hang towels to dry (was solved immediately by staff, over the door hanger provided), or for easy reach from shower. Finding the right light switch is fun guessing game. Bedroom a bit too cramped due to furniture. Aircon blows on either side of bed, speed is not low enough. Windows have superb cosy views, but are very dirty, and can't be opened at all. Door has a gap to the hallway (you can peek into the room). Neighbours can be noisy, sounds from hallway go straight in. I'd suggest making this an adults only place!

Staff were trying their best to rectify the situation and were helpful and polite.

We checked into the hotel quite late yesterday and were assigned the only available room, which was located on the ground floor adjacent to the restaurant and public restrooms. The proximity to these areas meant that noise from the restaurant was clearly audible throughout our stay. Upon inspecting the bedding, we discovered dried blood stains on the sheets and a yellow stain on the bed cover. We promptly informed the concierge staff, who attempted to provide fresh linens. However, the replacement sheets also contained stains. Given the circumstances, we were deeply disappointed by the standards of a hotel with such high ratings. Unfortunately, this experience compromised our stay, and we found it necessary to rebook accommodation elsewhere for the remainder of our holiday.

Second time stay this hotel. Location nice. Hotel clean and comfortable.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable, even though it didn’t have a window, which we knew beforehand. The location is central, with lots of lovely cafés nearby. Much more relaxing than staying in Cenang, as there are fewer people around.

El baño, en concreto la ducha, tenia muy buena presión y estaba separada de la zona del inodoro y el lava manos, estaba limpio y era amplio.

La habitación, a pesar de ser amplia, no tenia ninguna ventana y la verdad que era muy agobiante. Además nos tocó una habitación al lado de la recepción del hotel y a las 8.00 de la mañana se escuchaba al resto de clientes hablando y no se podía descansar.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Es hatte alles, was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. In dieser Strasse gibt es viele Orte, an denen man Roller ausleihen kann.

Die Klimaanlage ist direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt an der Strasse und hörten die Autos vorbeifahren und die Leute in den Restaurants. Auch spielt jeden Tag Livemusik direkt im Restaurant darunter bis 23.00 Uhr.
