Reviewed Sep 17, 2026

Cleanliness. The hotel charges each guestroom 1,500 yen per night for full-scale daily housekeeping. Or they provide limited cleaning services, including changing bath towels and cleaning the room bins. You have to wait a few minutes for the lift to go up or down during breakfast, check-in, and check-out peak hours. Third parties delivering and housekeeping staff using guest lifts and pushing trolleys in the guest lifts make the congestion situation worse.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Stayed for slightly more than a week in this hotel and can't find any complaints. Took the residential twin room with the kitchenette for the extra space since having an active 3 year old, space is important. Cleanliness were good enough and with the option to change the towels daily. Shower is amazing. Would definitely recommend to families since the rooms have the convenience of washer dryer and the kitchenette (if you were to choose this room type). Note: The hotel is really close to the Tenjin-Minami station (Exit 6 bout 3 mins walk) and to those looking for elevator (accessibility for strollers) to this station, look for Exit 2 which is beside the Daimaru departmental store (about 6-8 mins walk from the hotel).
Can't think of anything to be honest.
