Leider fällt nur die Lage positiv ins Gewicht. Der Rest ist entspricht nicht dem Angebotenen. Die Villa sah eventuell mal vor Jahren gut aus. Leider sind schon überall spuren der Zeit zu sehen. 100€ pro Nacht wäre im Rahmen, so ist es deutlich zu teuer. Es gibt auf Koh Larn bessere Unterkünfte für ein angemessenen Preis.

Es ist deutlich überteuert und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Villa für 215,00€ / Nacht hatte ein Wasserschaden. Möbel wurden entfernt und das Zimmer konnte nicht getauscht werden. Durch eine Buchung mit Booking.com konnte es auch kein Geld zurück geben. Überall liegt Dreck rum, welcher nicht weg geräumt wurde.

Rommet. Delikat med hyggelige farger. God seng og 2 puter til hver. Noen av rommene har takterasse med jacuzzi. Vårt rom uten balkong. Veldig bra restaurant cirka 100 m fra hotellet. Topp kjøkken og service. Strand 1-200 m fra hotell.

Frokosten: mye men uvant. Frokost servert på brett på rommet. Ikke toast, kunne ikke velge.

De locatie is prima.

Het erg jonge personeel spreekt geen Engels, communicatie gaat via Google Translate. De accommodatie wordt slecht onderhouden. Er wordt alleen wat geveegd en geharkt terwijl alles een goede opknapbeurt kan gebruiken. Schoonmaak is onder de maat. Jammer, de locatie heeft veel potentieel!

bathroom & face wash sink chock. towel very old, dirty and strain. furniture broken. all chairs outside room lack maintenance and very dirty. overall a bad experience. never recommend

Once I finally got there it was very well decorated fantastic breakfasts and there were convenience markets across the street, a restaurant on sight and one next door

Hard to get to. There are no taxis and the resort advertises pick up from the ferry. I messaged them called them but still waited an hour until I was picked up. The island is absolutely filthy very sad but around the resort it was clean. I would never ever swim in the ocean or stay on the beach. Broken glass dead fish and turtles

There was a lot of insect it wasn’t clean the bedsheet had stain on it and the towels were terrible

The room was lovely, but door lock loose, safe combination did not work. Had to call maintenance twice to fix bath plug. There was limited food available and only beer if you wanted a drink. The food that was ordered not as described. In saying that the breakfast was good with plenty to eat, but cold when it arrived to us.

The island is a great place to stay. Location has a great view of Pattaya City. It was very private almost secluded. Motor bikes can be rented from the resort so you can get around the island.

The room was very basic. There was no verandah attached so we couldn't sit outside. No access to beach. While I appreciate having breakfast delivered to the room it was cold.

Staff was sometimes a little bit un responsive but the manager was very helpful

Shower was hot and cold, no food for foreign guests, didn’t see a pool 🏊, restaurant closed early and opened late. Staff was very polite and helpful though so I hope they improve their service to foreigners and maybe ask for suggestions

Just a really nice stay. We enjoyed the tub and our breakfasts were great! We rented a scooter and that was a blast. Unfortunately they were paving the road out front and it did make things for everyone a bit difficult but no big deal. The roads have to be worked on at sometime. We also enjoyed that the property was located on its own beach area with the pier. All in all a nice stay.

It was quiet at night and the view from our villa was nice

The staff were lovely, but communication with the staff was a real challenge both in English and even in Thai.

It’s a great resort and location.Other than that best location and rooms. Definitely must try resort. The room and roof top bath tub and view are unbeatable.

One suggestion is that they have better access from the street and also better front office look similar to the resort rooms. Front office and inroad are very run down. Also suggest them to have better resturant food items and maybe phonelines in room connecting to front desk. We have walk to front office to get anything. Also have more courteous English speaking office staff. The only English speaking person seemed very uptight and not at all friendly.

Near to ta yai beach .8 min walking. They provide free driving to city and ta yai beach all time, it was perfect offer. The atmosphere is amazing and alot of nice places to sit and enjoy both on morning and evning. Kind stuff and very helpful. Bed is comfortable.

The value for queen room doesn't match, shower and walls are not perfect looking. You can hear the noise outside easily.

It was very nice and aesthetic.

Nice property in a quiet location. Manager was the only person on the property who spoke English, but hey, if that’s one’s only complaint about a hotel in Thailand, it means everything else is good! Nice room with a beautiful Gulf View, nice large bathtub in the room, and breakfast is served to guests via room service. Overall a good experience! 🙏♥️🙏

The quality of the room was really basic- I thought from the photos/ price of booking I would be getting a bath and a hot tub but they were the other rooms. Breakfast was weird and basic. No fresh coffee, fake orange juice and face crab sandwiches!

If anything we were served breakfast in room. We would have preferred buffet like other guests.

The breakfast and food are good.

The jacuzzi at level 2 of villa should have more cover at the side for more privacy, as the other villas are too near to each other. We can see the people in the villa beside us clearly. Maybe cna have thier own jetty for speed boat to stop and drop customer directly at resort. Price could have be a little lower.

Honestly I didn't like anything there as they don't offer any service at all for the value for money totally over the top and over priced and not at all willing to compromise

Personally, I did not like the accommodation at all, you are actually surrounded by construction noise, the villa is not cleaned either, you get the same food every day and you are surrounded only by heaps of junk

The sunset room is nicely decorated and has a nice bathtub, a comfortable bed, and a smart TV with Netflix. and have a very big breakfast set

1. No privacy at all, very awkward view from the opposite room and the bridge Although there is a sea view, but also see the opposite room with clear glass and the people that walk on the bridge. Our room has clear glass, and the opposite room has clear glass too. Causing us to close the curtains all the time, not enjoying the view 2. Found many cockroaches in one night. The room area is very dirty. the room next to us takes food scraps out to the front of their room at night and there are no staff to collect any of their garbage, which attracts many cockroaches that finally they entered in our room 3. No night staff, no phone, can't contact reception at night We want staff to get rid of cockroaches and dump the garbage from the next room, but very difficult to contact

They placed us in the units which was there old room.. The room was absolutely terrible. Old. Rundown. Just was not worth the money I paid for. The photos of the hotel must be 10 years old, which they are using in booking.com and that is false advertising and I would like part payment money return to me please

In 10 years in thailand, the worst hotel. For the price , i was expecting somthing different. Have to change room 3 times !! room dirty, bad smeal, noisy, and there where event ant everywhere in the bed, , the hotel is not maintened, staff are young, not trained, no communiction, the breakfast is also a big joke. dont waste your money on that place

Beautiful room. We stayed in the expensive one and the view and the bathtub was very well worthy.

The staff at reception cannot speak English well. If is not because my gf is Thai, we would had had problems communicating.

Compared to the photos shown on the website the hotel is dirty run down and unwelcoming. I booked an ocean villa and out of my window was garbage dirty plates from night before broken furniture. The room was moody the ceiling had stained, the fan harden been cleaned for months . The entrance door was filthy with dirt. Stayed 3 days had to ask for room to be cleaned otherwise no service .suppose to have a roof top but just a concrete seat with rusty table and plain concrete floor. Windows not been cleaned for months. Website needs be updated with real photos as the ones online do not show the real story

Could use some upkeep and remodeling

My partner's and I experience was overall great. Our check-in and check-out was easy. The location of the hotel was peaceful. The main area of improvement would be cleanliness

Great location with ample space in the room we stayed in. I was a little dissatisfied with the restaurant and entertainment service hours, at 8 pm they roll up the sidewalks and go home.

Die Villa hatte eine super lage, war jedoch schon renovierungsbedürftig. Klimaanlage hatte einen defekt der jedoch kurzfristig behoben wurde. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausrechend. Der service war super, das personal sehr freundlich. Tipp: moped im hotel mieten, moderne maschiene und man ist mobil und kann die ganze Insel erforschen.

The environment was beautiful and breathtaking. Was a pity the Bar was closed. Dont miss out walking on the pier and lying in the hammock.

1 staff member spoke english, and clearly wasn't happy to do so. Water from taps in bathroom ran brown. Shower drain overflowed into toilet. Intermittent hot water. Cumstains on sheets. Hairs on pillows. So many better, cheaper places to stay on the island. Cafe/restaurant was closed the entire time. Charged double the listed price for drinks. Nice view though.

Clean and private. Beautiful view. Staffs are so helpful and they are nice.

I stayed in villa named Blue Ocean which is located as a beachfront, I really like the sea and the sun set view which you can see it from the room. Staffs are kind and nice, clean room and a beach bar is always good with a glass of cocktail.
