Home2 Suites By Hilton Orlando Near Universal

Nada, excelente

The breakfast was good. Not a bad variety at all. The location was great as well, close to the main road. The place was clean in general and there was available parking spots for the car. The room itself had almost everything we needed and it was clean.

The shower was a bit too small. The kitchen lacked an electric kettle. The mattress was a bit soft for my preference. It would have been nice if the staff did some introduction to the facilities (gym and pool) upon checking in because they didn't.

The breakfast was top tier. Fresh breakfast everyday, different choices, delicious. The room was very clean and convenient. The staff was very nice!!

Nothing.

Parfait !

Always love staying at this property, always clean and the staff is amazing.

Had some issues with the air conditioner this time

Bardzo czysto, bardzo wygodne duże łóżka. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Bezpłatny autobus do Universal.

Everything

Only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom door didn’t have a good handle to open and close the door

Everything

The breakfast was variable and very good

While we are there the pool was closed, and another thing the sofa bed was broken for the rest of the hotel very good

The staff were friendly and approachable. The 24 hour coffee and the breakfast was nice. Although we didn't use it, it was nice to have laundry facilities available. Parking was free. Many food choices nearby.

We did use the gym and the pool. They both could use a really good cleaning. The pull out couch in our room has seen much better days. The cushions were sunken in and something chewed on one arm. The light bulbs were dead in 2 lamps, the room was never cleaned the whole week we stayed there. The fridge was leaking on the floor. The dishwasher had something all over the front of it.

The location and the atmosphere was nice.

Confortable, cómodo y buen servicio

Nada. Todo excelente

I love the cleanness of the property and how well the staff treated us.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property

Convenient location, nice breakfast, clean and all facilities as advertised.

Nothing all was good.

Great customer service, the hotel was clean, the breakfast had different selections to choose from and very tasty. The room was comfy. Overall very satisfied.

N/A great hotel, I would recommend

Very disrespectful stuff discrimination with my wife really really bad never again I would book this again really really bad. Staff is no good disrespectful no consideration towards customers.

Disrespectful customers really, really bad stuff really bad, especially nighttime

Location, breakfast, clean room

We stayed before a lot in this chain in different states. In this location, the bed was not comfortable I don't know why, could not sleep really nice. Other than that, it's was very good

Todo impecable

We booked for a full size fridge freezer as we came to Orlando to buy meats!!!

It was all good!

Location, breakfast, ability to use the shuttle at the sister location, Homewood Suites, across the street, the amenities in the room, the staff, etc.

I forgot to mention this to the ladies at the desk, but the windows blinds was a little worn out, wouldn't stay completely in the side track. Thus letting in a little light.

The accessibility to the parks and to many other attractions.

Most of the staff was serious and looked mad with the exception of a couple of them.

Excelente ubicación cerca a Universal y a la International Dr, desayuno abundante y variado (carnes, huevos, waffles, frutas (bananos y naranjas), café, leche, cereales, etc.

Location, space, cleanliness,breakfast!

Very Clean!

No complaints!

The location is perfect we can take the free universal shuttle bus! And the efficiency is really high ! The breakfast is brilliant! And there are lots of deliveries nearby.

Staff at check in not nice. Room with too much noise from the ac that started at 5 am

Our hotel was close to the universal studios and our room was clean however there was one personel which works at night and she has black hair with piercings but i forget her name (but it was catherine or something like that) and she has rude behaviours we are not from USA and our first language is not english so we are asking questions to gurantee some informations but that personel constantly rude to us and dont wiling to help us

That we had to leave. LOL we love it here! Will be back!

This hotel is in the perfect spot. Close to a ton of stores and is always comfortable and very clean. I come here every year and I’ve never had a complaint.

Inmejorable hotel

Nada

The hotel’s location is excellent. The entire hotel was very well maintained and clean. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient. The whole staff was very attentive, but I would like to highlight the service provided by the receptionist Tereza, who truly showed care and attention to us at all times.

.

Superou minhas expectativas.

Com certeza numa próxima viagem a Orlando me hospedarei neste hotel.

Limpieza. Parking incluido. Desayuno variado. Servicio de habitación diario. 10 de 10

N/A

Excelente

Todo perfecto

Very good location, also the hotel doesn't charge to receive packages.

The shower pressure was very weak, also no EV chargers in the parking lot.
