Άνετο διαμέρισμα για τετραμελής οικογένεια. Ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Κεντρικό σημείο για προορισμούς όπως Μάταλα και γύρω περιοχές για επίσκεψη. Ηταν ολα πολύ όμορφα.

Très bon accueil, l'hôte nous a conseillé un excellent restaurant. Le logement est de bonne taille avec une belle terrasse et une piscine grande et entretenue commune avec les autres logements.

Die Lage, der Pool und der freundlich Empfang. Es herrschte absolute Ruhe. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr sauber und wunderschön gestaltet.

Die Bilder zu den Zimmern sind etwas irreführend, erst nachträglich vor Ort erkennt man die Unterschiede, welche einen erwarten können. Der Fairness halber, wäre es gut direkt zu sehen was man bucht, andere Anbieter schaffen das auch. Erwartet haben wir 2 Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick und Terrasse wie (zu 95%) gezeigt. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hatte nur hochliegende Fenster aus denen man überhaupt nicht hinausblicken konnte, sehr Finster und nicht einladend. Die Betten haben keine gute Qualität für den Preis. Sie waren leider sehr sehr weich und unbequem, durch den einteiligen Lattenrost in der Mitte durchhängend und am Rand sehr hart. Das Metallbett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung Wir konnten alle 3 keinen gute Schlaf finden.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt, das ganze Areal macht einen sehr einladenden Eindruck. Besonders gefallen haben mir die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge – einfach traumhaft! Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und über eine Schotterstrasse erreichbar, dafür ist es wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Ideal für alle, die Entspannung in schöner Umgebung suchen.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Es hatte alles was es braucht in der Unterkunft. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es Raki und viele verschiedene Früchte. Ich konnte mir jeden morgen einen frischen Smoothie zubereiten. Ruhige Lage, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand, etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It is a wonderful location with very clean, spacious, well equipped rooms. The host Voula is very attentive to the guests. They thought about everything you might need.

You may choose softer lightening for the rooms, instead of white. A resting, relaxing place in the garden for guests to enjoy the great view and the enviornment

Super ruhig mit toller Aussicht.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Gebirge, wunderschöne Anlage mit mehreren separaten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Ferienhäusern/-wohnungen, jeweils mit Terrasse/Balkon, sehr großer Pool und extra Kinderpool, großer Grillplatz, viel Grün. Die offiziellen Fotos geben das sehr zurückhaltend wieder. Für uns viel schöner als erwartet. Äußerst sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, super Service, regelmäßige Zwischenreinigung. Der herrliche Strand der Kommos Bucht ist mit dem Auto von hier aus gut zu erreichen, ebenso die schönen umliegenden Orte mit sehr guten Restaurants (Kentrikon!), Cafés/Bars und sonstiger Infrastruktur wie Kamilari, Sivas, Pitsidia, Kalamaki … und auch Matala. Wandermöglichkeiten sowie Festos, Gortys und das Gebirge sind nicht weit.

We were the first booking for the season, so felt like we had a the whole place to ourselves. The property, and our villa, were incredible and the views out to the ocean were amazing. Loved our villa and was perfect size for our family. Appreciated the fresh fruit. Our host was there to greet us and communication throughout our entire stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, and it felt so relaxing to enjoy the sun in the Cretan hillside. Only wished we stayed longer!

You have to drive to get anything. I was surprised there was no bar area even just for a few hours of an evening

The property is situated on a hill with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains, conceived as a small village with several houses made of stone and a central courtyard with a swimming pool. The apartment we occupied was nice and clean with all the needed utensils to cook. The host was very nice in guiding us to the next village to buy groceries, and in indicating a very good fish restaurant on the beach (Taverna Aristodimos). Festos palace is 15 minutes away (11 Km) and that was the principal reason we made the trip (it is better to go in the afternoon, but not to late, in lack of visitors they close earlier). A few kilometers away is the Kalamaki beach, by strong winds impossible to swim because there are some stones and you can get hurt.

Arriving we experienced some difficulty in finding the location, as Google maps did not recognize the address given on Booking. The property is accessible on a dirt road not very good. We could not enjoy the site and the place due to very strong winds all our stay. Even if our apartment came with a private pool, it was not usable, being uncleaned. The access to the apartment was made by a big set of exterior steps witch by not choosing a unit with private pool we could have avoided. As we arrived late, we drove to buy groceries next morning. There were fruits and water (and Raki) in the apartment, but not a snack or something to eat due to the remote location. Due to the wind, there were hauling sounds, and we had to let all the doors inside open and even with all widows closed you could still hear the wind.

The only small thing worth mentioning is the road up to the property. Rocky, dusty and bumpy slow ride.

The access road is a bit challenging (narrow, steep, unpaved...) but the fantastic view and quiet environment obtained in return makes you forget about this.

An oasis of peace and quiet. Beautiful view and excelent pool. Only few appartments in Area. Vuola was the best accommodation owner a ever had. She waited for us long after midnight because our plane was delayed.

The whole place is beautiful, well-organized, super clean. The view overlooking the pool and the sea was enchanting. You could hear the waves at night. Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was very convenient for a family with kids. The hosts were also very kind.

Anlage Top, Appartement sauber und gut ausgestattet. Beim buchen der Deluxe-Appartement werden Bilder gezeigt die die Annahme hervorrufen das sich diese im oberen Stockwerk befinden. Jedoch erhielten wir ein düsteres App. im Erdgeschoß mit weniger Helligkeit und weniger Aussicht.

Wow - and I really do mean wow. This beautiful, select group of apartments and villas have a wonderful location over the charming resort of Kalamaki with breathtaking views across the bay to Ag Galini. Our two bed, two bath apartment was furnished to a high standard and was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff who visited every second day of our stay. Any minor problems were dealt with immediately and efficiently and I really cannot find fault with the place. Thanks to the lovely sisters Voula and Despina who took such good care of us and were always on hand with friendly tips and advice. We will be back.

We loved it there, we spent 10 days there. And plan to likely return. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the apartment was spacious, clean, cleaning service every 2nd day. The pool was beautiful and nice, a kids pool also. Loved waking up to the view of the sea and mountains!
