1Fのバーが残念 ハッピーアワーにつられ入ったが コスパ悪い。

早餐特别美味，酒店干净，有商务酒店的氛围。公共浴室很大有上下2层，可以看小部份夜景。距火车站不远，在8-10分钟，距朝市更近。距红房子仓库也很近。交通还方便。

早餐进餐人数多时，服务员来不及收餐具，这不是什么问题，还是餐食好吃的缘故

Lovely hotel with onsen facilities, which is a mere 5 min walk to the seafood market and 10-15 min walk to the red brick warehouse district. The room with tatami beds was very comfortable for just lazing around after each trip to the onsen which is an absolute must! Amazing breakfast with huge variety, unlimited sashimi, sake and champagne!!! Great Genghis restaurant on site which is on the pricier side. Do check out the little cafe right at the entrance of the hotel onsen - limited menu but more affordable prices; sake is served here too, plus the seating area of the cafe comes with a view! Hotel staff spoke mostly Japanese but were generally polite and helpful.

Hotel parking comes as an extra but is quite limited - there is also parking across from the hotel which seems safe enough.

Onsen was great! Room and bed were awesome!

強いて言えば部屋からの眺望くらい。 あとは大満足でした。

The property was perfection. The location near water, morning fish market, and local attractions can’t be beat. The breakfast is the most insane breakfast I have EVER seen. Better than any 5 star restaurant I’ve ever stayed at. Being able to build your own kaisendon was one of the best things ever. The morning before we had gone to the fish market for kaisendon breakfast and this was very comparable. Everything super fresh, and abundant. Plus all the other great things like dim sum, curry, western options, everything just perfection. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The onsen was perfect, especially the one upstairs/outside. Magical. If you are into working out, the gym facility at this hotel has everything you need. A GREAT gym. Staff were soooo nice at all times. We were so sad to leave. Oh and the room from our view of Mt Hakodate, the fish market, the bay, and the ocean was such beautiful view to wake up to.

The location is great. It is a 5 minute walk from the Hakodate station. The breakfast is unbelievable. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and it was one of the experiences.

冷蔵庫の中に冷凍室機能が付いてると助かりました。あと、息子(高校生)からの意見でしたが、もう少しウェルカムドリンクサービスの時間を長く取って欲しいとの事でした。他は悪い所を見つけるほうが難しいと…｡息子談

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber und sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal! Persönlich fanden wir den Holzboden und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer sehr toll. Hervorheben muss man dass aussergewöhnliche Frühstück! Sehr viel Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker

While we stay there, we got experienced an earthquake, the information that was shared broadcasted was in Japanese We didn’t understand So we quiet panic… Better got someone who at least can speak English

トイレにドア又は引戸があると良い。

函館の朝市や金森倉庫などに近く便利。レジデンスタイプで洗濯機が部屋にあるのが良い。大浴場の温泉泉質も鉄分が豊富で気持ち良い。

チェックインの荷物を自分で部屋まで運び、カートも元の位置に自分で戻さなければならない点。

最高の朝食、素晴らしい風呂、ハプニングはあったがスタッフの対応もよかった！！

食事　の　メニュー　豊富過ぎます。 朝から　お酒　飲めて　幸せでした。娘家族の部屋　4人部屋で窓が広く　キッチン　ソファセット　洗濯乾燥機もあり　タワーマンションにいるようでした。孫達ご機嫌でした。

あんまり無かったなぁ〜　ドアにお掃除お願いカード　貼るのが　早すぎて　係の人に　困らせてしましました。　ごめんなさい。

Have stayed in this hotel multiple times: it is comfortable, in a great location and I love the onsen.

The most amazing breakfast; absolutely fabulous choice and quality. I travel a lot and this really impressed. Very good location – close to tourist attractions and not far from the station. Quirky bar with music box shows. Good onsen

מלון מפנק ביותר, מיקום מעולה, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומיוחדת מאוד, רק בשביל זה כדאי להגיע למלון, גם אם אשהה חודש במלון לא אספיק לטעום מכל מה שמגישים. אונסן נהדר ומרווח עם נוף מרהיב ומזנון קל שפונה לנוף המפרץ בקומה ה 14. שירותי ספא מפנקים. החדר מרווח ומאובזר מאוד . מסעדות טובות, וחנות מיוחדת. יש במלון כל מה שתחשבו עליו ובנוסף 7/11 קרוב מאוד.

Great stay for our family of 4. Like most Japanese hotels, cleanliness and attention to details are stunning! Our room was equipped with 4 futon beds, a very large table with kitchenette which is perfect if you want a simpler dinner ( breakfast buffet was included in our stay, highly recommended). They even have a teabag tray in the kitchen drawer! Also, next to the bed furthest from the window, between the wall and TV, there is a small nook ( for makeup ?) with a mirror on the wall and round stool and a hairdryer - there’s another one that is cordless in the bathroom- I have never seen a hotel provides 2 hairdryers except the ones with 2 bathrooms!! They also provide a loungewear that you can wear anywhere within the hotel and a pajama for sleep. The washer/dryer in room was a big surprise! Had we known this, wouldn’t have bothered with using laundry room at the hotel we were coming from:) Booking.com needs to include this in the room details, last time I checked it wasn’t there, unless i missed it :) The hotel is about 10 minute’s walk to the red brick house for shopping and another 10 minutes from there to Motomachi area where the churches, museums and former British consulate are. Just around the corner outside is a Familymart and Seicomart ( Hokkaido-only convenient store). Again, the room is so well equipped with kitchen supplies ( including a microwave and induction stovetop), you can enjoy a cozy family dinner in the comfort of your own room! Overall, it exceeded most of the 5-star hotels I have stayed at. I only wish I had planned a longer stay in Hakodate. God willing, would definitely want to come back!

My only suggestion for improvement is, installing a better ventilation system in the smoking booth? When I passed by it, I saw the booth full of smoke and definitely could smell it. Keio plaza hotel in Sapporo has also this kind of booth but I never smelled smoke there.

Good location 5 mins walk from the station and 7 mins walk from the water front area. Lovely hotel, lovely bright rooms with big windows.

The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in the price, wasn't good, felt like an all inclusive hotel breakfast. Would rather have had a slightly lower price with no breakfast option. We didn't go for breakfast on our second day. It did seem popular with other guests so probably just not to our taste.
