Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Set up was made to fulfill your needs. The bathroom shower, toilet and all were homey or motely. It offers more than just a pod to sleep in. I did not know you could store a big bag for free. So did not have to pay to store my bag at that place.
For me personally having to go up stairs was unexpected and a problem because I had a really big heavy suitcase. (I don't know if it was Terminal 2 or 1 that had the stiars). I know I booked in one but ended up at first mistakenly checking in at wrong terminal, which did not have stairs, so really shocked when I got to other terminal to find that there were stairs.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Super convenient and decently clean, a very good option if you’re traveling alone and have a long layover and need to rest. The capsule areas were pretty quiet though there was loud creaking when people climbed into upper capsules (I was on a lower capsule). Also there was a faint dirty sock aroma in my capsule. it disappeared with the air conditioning on but made me wonder about cleanliness. bathrooms were very clean. everything was easy to use. i can’t say the bed was terribly comfortable but it was flat and worked well enough to get a few hours of rest.
i didn’t like the dirty sock smell (light smell) in the capsule. Also I wish they could somehow make it less loud when people climb up to upper capsules.

The pod walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors every move. There are stairs up to the property which is challenging with luggage. It is outside the terminal which requires you to go out and come back through security

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Me gusta el lugar: los baños están limpios, las instalaciones limpias, el personal atento y amable. El aire acondicionado es un poco limitado pero funciona.
Para las personas que puedan tener problemas de movilidad les será difícil acceder a las cápsulas. El aire acondicionado podría estar mejor, y en algunas cápsulas los controles para la luz y el A/C no funcionan muy bien.

The mattress wasn't that comfortable and neither was the pillow - but bearable for a one-night stay. The plug next to the bed didn't work however which was more irritating, but the staff kindly charged my laptop behind reception.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La limpieza, la ubicación, dan unas calcetas para andar sin zapatos dentro de las instalaciones, tiene servicio de café, agua caliente en regaderas, shampoo y jabón liquido, las toallas bien limpias, me gusto el orden, también que hay silencio, se puede descansar. Se puede regular la luz de la capsula y el aire, no se siente encerrado.
Que había una lámpara con falso contacto en la capsula (117). El espacio de la regadera es reducido, pero maniobras y si te bañas bien.

The pillow was as hard as a rock. The fan was very loud, even with the earplugs provided; without the fan, it was too hot. Also, a long walk from the cubicle to the bathrooms in the middle of the night.

The common area is also very spacious, providing plenty of room to organize your luggage. キャビンについて / About the cabin 某有名宇宙映画の世界観を思わせるユニークなキャビンで、映画好きの方には特に楽しめるデザインだと思います。 The cabin has a unique design reminiscent of a famous space movie, which will likely appeal to film fans. キャビン内にはコンセントがあり、デバイスの充電にも困りませんでした。 There is a power outlet inside the cabin, so charging devices was not a problem. スタッフについて / About the staff スタッフは特別に愛想が良いという印象ではありませんでしたが、必要な対応はしてもらえたため、特に問題はありませんでした。 The staff were not particularly friendly, but they provided the necessary assistance, so I had no issues with the service.
館内は土足禁止ですが、スリッパではなく靴下が支給されます。靴はスーツケースとともにロッカールームへ収納する仕組みのため、土足エリアと土足禁止エリアの境界が分かりにくいと感じました。 また、支給された靴下のままバスルームへ行く必要があり、衛生面が気になりました。入口付近に靴箱を設置し、館内用のスリッパを用意すると、より衛生的で使いやすくなると思います。 Wi-Fiの電波が弱く、滞在中はモバイル回線を利用していました。通信環境の改善を期待します。 Shoes are not allowed inside the property, but guests are provided with socks rather than slippers. Shoes must be stored in the locker room together with suitcases, which makes the boundary between the shoe-wearing and shoe-free areas somewhat unclear. Guests also need to wear the provided socks when going to the bathroom, which raised some hygiene concerns. Installing a shoe rack near the entrance and providing indoor slippers would make the property more hygienic and convenient. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so I had to use my mobile data during my stay. I hope the internet connection will be improved.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Great location - there are options in T1 & T2 - for a quick overnight stay directly at the airport an much cheaper than the other airport hotels.
Due to the cabin concept, its quite cramped - and for longer legs (above 1,9 m height) it gets a bit tight. I did not understand what the "Deluxe" Option offered more - we had that and it was just a plain cabin without a screen or added functions (secondary light was not working).

Que la almohada que proveen no es tan cómoda. Si no llevo mis propios audífonos no podría usar el televisor, sería bueno que lo comunicaran.el espacio en los lockers es muy estrecho y si alguien mas está en la zona me toca esperar hasta que se desocupe y yo pueda acceder a mis cosas.

Leave arrivals via large glass sliding doors, turn right head to the end then past wings restaurant though glass doors down a slope turning right and look up. Not easy to spot. It’s up the first concrete staircase to reception.
Not early to find for first timers. Pillow to foam and not great.

The hostel is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Keep this in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, as you’ll need to carry it up the stairs.

El único detalle para mi gusto fue la almohada (muy delgada), y derivado de las obras que estaban realizándose en esos días en las instalaciones de la terminal no había agua en el edificio, con lo cual no podían usarse los baños.

Reservé con TV y me metieron en una caja cerrada que daba claustrofobia. Les pague la cabina más cara y me mintieron diciendo que "la más cara era sin confort pero con mejor colchón". La "más confortable era la más económica..." Como mentira, bastante berreta.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Front desk agent was very helpful and kind, I ended up in the wrong hotel in a different terminal and he moved my reservation there and helped me with instructions to get to the other terminal in the morning. Good option to relax and get a nap in if you have a long layover.
Hotel sent me the wrong directions and instructions on how to a find the location, I was booked in terminal 2 and they sent instructions for terminal 1 by mistake. The location is very challenging to find as there are no signs throughout the airport.
