מלון מצויין חדר דיי גדול עם שתי מיטות זוגיות, מקלחת מרווחת יחסית, מרפסת קטנה, נקי, מסודר ותמיד זמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה. בריכת שחיה על הגג נקי ומסודר בקיצור אחלה מלון.

מיקום יחסית מרוחק למי שאין קטנוע להתנייד.

The location

Variety in breakfast

Location away from beach. Rooms were clean.It is opposite Indian restaurant (we were a family of 10) very bad experience with the morning breakfast. With so many Indians in the hotel there was no Indian food except Bread butter for vegetarians and omelet for non vegetarians. If anyone booking from India book only room without breakfast and better have it at Indian restaurant.

Our process with Sofia,Aommie,frame,Aii and jo was excellent.Their hospitality was also very good. Over all check in process was extremely smooth and pleasant

Bad reception staff

Staff in the reception are very bad specially Aomme & 1 gay staff. It's not a 4 star hotel and not following the international standard. Found many small insects and cockroaches even in the breakfast table.

พนักงานดูแลความสะอาดได้ดีมาก ห้องพักสวยงามมีการตกแต่งห้องพักที่ดีกว่าเดิมมาก บ่งบอกความหรูหรา พนักงานต้อนรับให้คำแนะนำอย่างดี รปภ. อำนวยความสะดวกในการโบกรถและสถานที่จอดรถ ฉันไปในช่วงเวลาที่ที่จอดรถในโรงแรม แต่โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถสำรองที่ใหญ่มาก พนักงานดูแลความสะอาดชื่อโรส ดูแลทำความสะอาดได้ดี

Very bad experience. The rooms are very small and the lobby looks like a hospital. Even if you ask for a tea bag, they refuse saying that we don’t provide. Very disservice environment, feels like a shady hotel. Indians should avoid this hotel as they are writing in Hindi language deliberately to ruin the reputation and its racist.

Very good, clean budget friendly 4 star hotel with gym & swimming pool. Staff are very helpfull ,& cooperative specially Champion, Golf, Meong, Sofiya & Frame. All major attractions are close to the hotel,. Staff are well behaved ,soft spoken . Everytime I visit Pattaya , this will be the number 1 hotel in my priority list.

Very bad service, breakfast not options for vegetarian only breads available, they claim money for every one . I have not recommended to stay here .

The room was nice and comfortable. Pool looked inviting, but did not get a chance to use it.

90-95 % av gästerna var indier, och det var kaos i matsalen vid frukost varje dag. Gästerna tog av maten och stod sedan där och åt och på väg till sina bord. De åt med fingrarna och gick sedan och kände med handen på äggen om de var varma. De trängde sig i kön, la in bröd med smör i brödrosten och var allmänt stökiga i matsalen. Det var lätt att tappa matlusten. Man skulle behöva ha någon på plats som ser över detta och säger till dom om man vill ha kvar några gäster förutom indierna.

เป็นที่น่าตกใจเช็ดอินแล้วรับกุจแจแล้ว แต่พนักงานเข้าไปในห้องโดยที่ไม่มีการแจ้งก่อนให้ทราบ รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยมาก ถามพนักงานฟร้อนท์ก็ได้แค่คำขอโทษที่ไม่รับรู้ถึงความเข้าใจในเรื่องความปลอดภัย

Glow...as name as hotel is ..... excellent service, neat and clean, good staff Specially Champion and Annie given pleasant service , hotel at good location, very for family also very highly recommended hotel for other Russo I will give only five star reviews if if there is more than five star I will be put in the review thanks glow.

Not cleanest or easiest rooms to clean , hairs still in shower , and dust units age old , rooms showers need updating so easy clean as ply wood and crooks n crannies everywhere, blow coolers too not air con units , staff nice
