Reviewed Mar 27, 2026El lugar es increíble. Quisimos usar una barbacoa una noche y nos facilitaron todo para usarla (incluso leña y carbón). El desayuno el mejor que hemos probado (Todo casero!!! Una locura!!!). Los chicos unos genios.
Vimos delfines un día (durante una hora aprox), y quisimos verlos de nuevo al otro día pero deben haber estado durmiendo 😜

Biggest issue is the very steep road / driveway to the establishment. It would be difficult for any small auto, we had an suv.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Me gustó mucho el lugar, todo el entorno es maravilloso y bien preparado el sendero para poder ir a ver aves, la pieza estaba cómoda y precisa.
Lo único que es más complejo es el camino para llegar que está más o menos y requiere de un buen auto para poder hacerlo seguro.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026grande chambre confortable , vue dégagée, bonne literie. Super emplacement très isolé , mais c’est le but recherché.bon petit déjeuner complet dans la salle principale avec jolie vue sur la baie. Très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans ce refuge de « luxe » Personnel sympathique.
Salle d’eau wc très petite ( une porte à ouvrant en tirant serait déjà mieux) Le bruit des pontons en bois .accès un peu difficile car petit chemin pentu et caillouteux ( mais ça passe !)

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con una vista espectacular. Tienen miradores hacia el mar, donde hay una zona de avistamiento de aves. El personal también es muy amable, y conocen mucho la zona, el proyecto y están dispuestos a orientarte y entregar información que mejora la estadía en el refugio. Además, son solo 6 habitaciones, por lo que anda poca gente (menos ruido y más tranquilidad).
Sólo como sugerencia, podría haber más espacio para dejar las cosas, como un clóset o más ganchos.

El desayuno exquisito, la atencion de los anfitriones Catalina y Felipe fue excelente, gran carta de vinos, cervezas y picoteos para acompañar las noches donde reina la calma. Las piezas amplias, comodas y en un entorno muy tranquilo para descansar

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025El lugar es maravilloso para el descanso y la desconexión. Destaco la atención y amabilidad de Felipe siempre atento y gentil. Catalina y sus preparaciones culinarias, especialmente las quesadillas exquisitas para la tarde noche. El desayuno es muy completo. Se nota el cariño.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025Our three night stay was wonderful. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The setting was beautiful, with abundant birdlife and scenery. The breakfast one of the best we’ve had anywhere, and we did eat at their restaurant two nights and food was excellent. It is a little outside of the main road, but we easily made several day trips and great to come back in the evening to a true Refugio. I would say a car is necessary for this stay.

Not much we didn’t like … perhaps there should have been some warning about the crazy condition of the road to get there and some more direction - like a couple of tiny signs along the way into there. We did ok though.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2024This was the BEST hotel I stayed at on my 3 week trip in Chile! The view was unbeatable and the rooms were beautiful. Absolute luxury, peace and quiet, and the ladies working at reception were the most helpful and kind people I met on my trip. Both of them helped me booked future hotels, plan my open ended trip and were great to talk to. Didn’t get to try the dinner here but I’m sure it’s wonderful, as breakfast was great.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2023The views from the room are amazing! You get a front row seat to the wetland and the Michimahuida in the background. A truly unique view. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were very helpful, always asking how they could make our stay better. The breakfast was very good, with freshly home made bread & yogurt, fresh fruit and local cheese. Dinners were also very good! I would have loved to stay longer and I will definitely come back if visiting Chiloe.
It would have made things better if the shampoo and conditioner bottles had been labelled. The thermostat was not the easiest to use, but we managed.
