War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Allerdings hätte für diesen Preis die Auswahl beim Buffett etwas größer sein können sowie ein Service, der die Koffer zum Chalet bringt.

Perfect, highly recommended

The only thing about this hotel that stood out was the glass roof, not even the room itself. It was cheaply furnished and the cabins themselves looked a little cheap… caulking used to cover up misaligned joints and stuff. We had a 4 drawer ikea Malm dresser in ours and it just reminded me of my teenage bedroom… not at all what I expected for a $800 night room. Also you can’t drive up to your cabin so you have to carry your bags through the snow from the car park, although there are wooden sleighs you can load up your luggage on and push to the cabins. Also each cabin only has 15 minutes of hot water and then you have to wait 30 minutes to get hot water again. Staff was lovely, very kind and chatty :) food was ok, nothing spectacular but it was good! Really was NOT the experience I was expecting.

This is the perfect choice if visiting Lapland. It’s the best place to see the Northern Lights from the comfort of your room. We had the best sightings at the resort. The activities are very processionally organised. The staff and service were excellent.

Alles in allem leider ein Misslungender Aufenthalt. Aurora Cabin ist klein, aber zum „schlafen“ reicht es aus. Der Speisesaal allerdings eine Katastrophe. Alles sehr eng, sehr voll und Vorallem Laut. Unendlich viele Kinder, die schreiend durch die Tische laufen. Das essen eher schlecht als recht. Auswahl sehr mau. Getränke muss man, obwohl Halbpension selber bezahlen. Orangensaft war eher Wasser als Saft. Muss sagen, für den Preis hab ich mir etwas besseres vorgestellt.

If you are looking for the ultimate resort for your Northern Lights expedition this is it. All the Lapland experience in 1 place. The "igloos" are well designed and has all the creature comforts you need for you to stay comfortable. Onsite Reindeer experience, Snowmobile adventure, and of course Northern Lights Hunting. Dog Sledding and their very own Santa experience also available. The staff are eager to assist and very helpful. Lastly... YESS the Northern Lights are visible from this resort (weather permitting)

We LOVED this place! Everything was better than expected. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel cabins were so freaking beautiful!!!! Just like the pictures. We cant wait to stay here again. It was an incredible experience.

Nice resort with Amazing Breakfast and Dinner. Only problem is the distance to carry luggage from reception to room have quite a distance.

Stayed here with my partner for 6 days, and we had the best time. The staff are amazing and will try to cater to any requests and overall very friendly. Simple things like making conversation with guests goes a long way making us feel welcome. The cabins are lovely on a clear night you can fall to sleep with a sky full of stars due to the lack of light pollution on the area. Finally the dinner options were amazing, proper home cooked dinners with a showing of finlands foods, we stayed for 6 days and didn’t get a repeat of any food for dinner. Will most definitely return.

The whole place was magical! Accommodation was very clean and the reception staffs were friendly and helpful!

totally love this place, it's so magical. it snowed heavily when i stayed there. the cabin was beautifully furnished and modern, clean and super comfortable. the floor was heated, even in the bathroom. the bed was super comfortable, that i slept so well. wish i stayed longer. the dinner buffet was very tasty, plenty of vegetarian and meat-free options for me. i skipped breakfast. Shuttle service to Levi town was something i needed since i didn't drive. most places in Lapland only catered to those driving, so this hotel was perfect for me.

The cabin was great and the interior was excellent. Nice view. If the the sky is clear, you will have a nice view to the stars and to the nothern lights. It‘s clean. The activities are great. Food was awesome.

Amazing experience. We stayed one night here and one at another glass igloo place nearby to try two different places, but I wish we stayed both nights here. The place is great, the igloos are quite far apart and are private. The place feels like out in the wilderness, surrounded by trees and forest. The hotel reception area is also excellent, very cozy with very good food. The activities are also right there, excellent also to walk around. The glass igloos do not have as much glass window as some others at other places, but the glass window is more than plenty large, and the igloo provides excellent balance between view and privacy. If you see the aurora you anyway want to go outside for proper view. We were lucky we could see the aurora both outside and inside. If I go back, I will certainly stay here again.

Absolutely amazing little cabin with beautiful view (please install some curtains though, I couldn’t sleep anymore after 6am) and great restaurant, loved dinner and breakfast!

The stay in the Aurora Cabin has been amazing for the view and the opportunity to assist at the aurora borealis from the bed...and just that! the cabin itself is dusty due to no cleaning(but I could go over..I cleaned myself), although the village is a beauty in the snowy forest! The atmosphere is good, the people in charge of the activities are great!!love them! the only major pain we got on our stay, a real absurd thing, was that no one could take us to the 3min-by-car-nearby-bus-station, we wanted to pay of course for the ride even if it is literally just 3 minutes down the road and they own multiple vehicles we had to WALK in a snow storm 1.6km with our luggages to the bus station....for this I would not feel to come back! really disappointing

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed many of the activities offered, as well as the relaxing times too. Beautiful setting. Cabins are a bit rustic, but that didn’t matter as we were out and about most of the day. There were a large number of families with young children, which imho added to our enjoyment as we could share their joy in the snow and Santa. Highly recommended if you aren’t looking for a quiet modern venue.

Private & quiet area. Suitable for everyone who are looking to take a rest from stress or having a big chance to see northern light.

Die Hütten sind sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Das große Dachfenster ließ sich beheizen, sodass man immer einen tollen Blick in den Himmel hatte. Aufgrund der Schneelast auf dem Dach unserer Hütte, ließ sich die Tür nur mit roher Gewalt öffnen. Da diese Tür die einzige Möglichkeit ist die Hütte zu verlassen, ist dieser Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten das Personal mehrfach ansprechen bis das Problem nachhaltig gelöst wurde. Aus unserer Sicht sollte das Personal zur Sicherheit der Gäste das Problem ernst nehmen und grundsätzlich regelmäßig bei allen Hütten vorab überprüfen.

We loved our stay at Northern Lights Village Levi! Although we couldn't see the northern lights, the location is private, the bed was super comfy and we could see an abundance of stars from our room! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing stay in a very cozy and beautiful glass igloo. Very warm welcome and hot meal even we arrived so late and missed the dinner. The room is warm and bed is very comfortable. We love to be back and hope to see Aurora there next time.

Great cabins which really are as good as they look online: comfortable, modern and a great view of the aurora from your bed! Food was good, as were the staff (both hotel and activities). My only "complaint" would be that the sauna / hot tub was not included in the price: for a hotel as expensive as this I would have expected that to be free (not €100 per visit!). Also, could do with some additional eco-friendly waste bins in the cabins to allow separation of recyclables. Otherwise excellent and will definitely visit again :-)

Just a perfect stay door to door. Comfortable, warm and gorgeous.

das Hotel ist erst wenig Jahre alt und alles in Top Zustand. Die Aurora Cabins sind zwar recht klein aber sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die großen Fenster sind beheizbar falls es schneit, man hat ein Tablet an der Wand welches u. a. bimmelt wenn sie Northern Lights zu sehen sind uvm. das Essen im Hauptgebäude war durchweg sehr lecker und der Kaminbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Direkt auf dem Gelände werden diverse Aktivitäten wie u. a. Rentier-Schlittentour, Husky-Schlittentour, Schneemobil-Tour, Langlauf-Kurs, Schneeschuhwanderung.

Beautifully located in the middle of a typical lapland forest, secluded from everyone else (Levi Center 17km). Well designed and heated Aurora Cabins. Amazing view die to the half roof beeing held in glass which allows to spent time in the warm and cozy bed whilest watching the northern lights. Not much space for winter gear (you‘ll need several layers here -20/-30degrees cellcius) only one dresser available. I would have loved to know from the beginning how much the sauna and the hot tub would cost, which we only got to hear on our last day by a guest who was paying her sauna and hot tub. I prefer to be informed before spending money, how much it will cost. But this didn‘t change the private sauna and hot tub experience which helps you recover from the cold day and experienes. Great winter experiences such as husky rides or snowmobile tours can be booked (with very friendly, passionate and experiences guides, through the tablet in your room or you can use it to get in touch with the reception. Which by the way is always friendly and very helpful. Half-board is recommended because of the distance to other places. The à la carte menu was unfortunately not available due to covid restrictions. I missed choosing a burger and fries for dinner or even something else. The buffet has a good choice, but could still be more vast considering the level of hotel you‘re staying in. More typical lapland cuisine would have been appreciated to get the full load of the experience.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location with very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus relates to the lack of reinforcement of Covid-19 measures when it comes to buffet dining - hygiene should be the first priority and the hotel should try to ensure that guests follow basic rules.

Hyvä sijainti omassa rauhassa. Todella mukava palvelu ja hyviä aktiviteetteja (todella hyvä opas). Upeat puitteet. Myös ruoat todella maittavia ja monipuolisia.

The first day the sky was clear and we could see the northern lights. The place is amazing, the food it was pretty good. I’m so satisfied.

Yövyimme yhden yön perheen kanssa. Kokemus oli todella mieluinen. Mökit olivat todella siistit ja hienot. Ruokailu ja aamupala olivat otettu rajoitusten mukaisesti huomioon. Perheen pienimmälle oli pulkkamäki ja lumikengät käyttöön. Matkan kruunasi illalla nähdyt revontulet.

Hyvin oli kaikki hoidettu korona rajoituksista huolimatta. Mahtava kokemus oli ja revontulet kruunasi yön.

Siisti, tosi puhdas. Kauniisti ja ylellisesti sisustettu. Kaikki toimi tosi hyvin. Ihana henkilökunta. Hyvä, hyvin hoidettu 3 km latu vieressä. Ihana jacuzzi.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä majoitusalue. Paljon aktiviteetteja tarjolla. Yksityisyyttä voisi parantaa, koska pimeällä lasiseinäisiin huoneisiin näkee sisälle helposti.

We had a great time during our two night stay at the village Levi. The hotel was in a beautiful area and was about a 30 minute drive from the Kittilä airport. The buffet style breakfast and dinner was delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t see any Northern lights during our trip but we would definitely go back.

It was almost a dream come true, to sleep in a cabin to watch stars and aurora. But weather was bad for 2 nights we stayed... new and nice resort just opened at Levi. courteous staff, good location away from the crowd. Food is just average and expect there is more variety.

Beautiful cabins. Wonderfully friendly staff. Lovely sauna. Breakfast was great. Dinner included in our package also great. Showcases Finnish food but also standard food also. Overall excellent and would stay again. Few minor design flaws in cabins but overall I think it is fantastic Icing on the cake is that we saw the Northern Lights on our last night and still able to see it through the glass roof. Mind blowing!

Definitely a magical experience for our family! We were very blessed to witness an active aurora display during our stay.

Beautiful lodge. The cabin layout was tough. There was nowhere near the door to take off snow boots.

Place really was amazing. Almost magical. Everything so organised. Did the snowmobile northern light search one evening which was brilliant even if it was too cloudy to see the light. That really didn’t matter. Huskie safari brilliant. Just an amazing stay. The staff at the resort were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
