El desayuno me pareció limitado y con poca variedad, incluso en comparación con otros hoteles City Express en los que me he hospedado.

Anteriormente contaban con un garrafón dispensador de Agua para rellenar termos y botellas pero desde hace un par de años ya no cuentan con ello. Creo que era mucho mejor sistema que el que tienen actualmente de utilizar botellitas de plástico de un solo uso.

la atención recibida por las chicas de recepción no fue la mejor, pudieron haber sido amigables y pudieron haberme dicho buenas tardes, la chica solo se me quedó viendo y yo tuve que ser quién inició la conversación, siento que siempre espero eso de un hotel, el demás personal súper amigable, desde la camarera, el personal del restaurante, el gerente del restaurante, todos ellos excelentes, solo las chicas de recepción de los dos últimos hoteles city express donde me he hospedado, no se han portado amigables, quizás por eso mi comentario.

Treid to call them several times. They dont answer. 5 days later they reply on my mail why they dont answer. There is no fridge in the room, I use medicine that need to be stored. I asked receptionist to store it. But on the form you have to sign it says no medicine allowed. The phone in tge room is not working. I walked to kitchen to order thee with milk and suger. They brought it upstairs. With no sugar and milk. I walked down to ask for it. Then they brought only milk to the room and forgot sugar again… the reception doesnt speak english at all… I had free breakfast included. They made special rule that you only get it free before 9.00. After 9.00 you have to pay. I Arrived 1.5 hours before check in. The room was ready but they didnt wanted to give it. I had to wait until 15.00 excact.

The fact the the check in process took so long and to be told that they didn’t have our room ready ( check in is at 3) we arrived at the hotel at 5:30 another 40+ minutes to wait to check in and only to be told the room wasn’t ready . Luckily there was a cafe in the same plaza that we were able to wait at ( lobby was full of luggage and other people waiting for rooms)

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025When I booked the room, I paid for the top option, thinking that I would get a room with a front view, but it didn't work that way. According to the reservation, breakfast was included; however, when I went down for breakfast, the options were limited. If I wanted eggs or real breakfast food, I was charged each day. Cleanliness in the room was good, the halls and other places were average. The hotel needs some remodeling; the elevators are small. In terms of service, the personnel were good.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025Reservé y pagué desde antes una habitación con cama tamaño King size y cuando llegué ya me habían asignado una habitación con dos camas queen dada a la “disponibilidad “. Una de las razones por la que elegí el hotel era por la “disponibilidad “ de la cama king ya que iba con mi hija de 2 años y nos tocaba dormir juntas. De haber sabido antes que me cambiarían de cama a dos queens no hubiera reservado en ese hotel.
