Piscine fermée ( eau verte ) , petit déjeuner (machine à boissons chaudes, sur 3 petits déjeuners a fonctionné 1 seule fois ) literie inconfortable , pas d'eau chaude dans le bungalow

Сподобався сам готель, його розташування, привітний персонал, чудовий пляж, який знаходиться в 100 метрах від апартаментів та доглянута територія. Дуже зручні шезлонги на пляжі, музика чудово підібрана. В готелі також є ресторан зі смачними стравами, що дуже зручно.

Не сподобались сніданки, вони були дуже простими, але головне - однакові кожного дня, без жодного різноманіття. Не сподобалось те, що басейн майже ніколи не працює, його постійно чистять, а в обід він зачиняється на пару годин. Колір води в басейні зелено-жовтий, хоча працівники запевняють що він чистий. І не сподобалось те, що ресторан при мінімальному дощику переміщається в столову, бо тенти пропускають краплі..

Petit bémol, l’eau de la piscine avait virée avec la canicule mais rien de grave avec la mer à 5 mètres

De accommodatie heeft een mooi groot zwembad en veel plekjes om lekker aan het zwembad of bij de zee op een ligbedje te liggen.

De accommodatie is bizar over-priced. Verder zijn veel van de faciliteiten gedateerd. Het voelt echt alsof je terug de tijd in gaat en er sinds de jaren 80 niks is veranderd aan de accommodatie. Verder waren wij niet te spreken over het ontbijt. Groene eieren, over de datum boter, weinig brood en over het algemeen voelde het echt alsof veel van het eten niet vers was.

Perfecta ubicación para visitar Palermo y alrededores. Alojamos en cabaña o bungalow muy cómodo. Baño moderno e impecable, con recambio de toallas. Solo revisar sello de puertas de la ducha porque igual el agua se salía un poco. Agregaría artículos mínimos de aseo para cocina. Desayuno rico, preciso para iniciar una jornada.

Miesto veľmi pekné, more čisté, ubytovanie v domčekoch, plážový servis v cene, môžte si ľahnúť kdekoľvek, nakoľko sú tam zóny pre lehátka, do mora sa ide po schodíkoch, lebo pobrežie je skalnaté. Bufet cez obed funguje a večerať sa dá v reštaurácii v hoteli.

Škoda, že sa nedalo ísť k moru večer, pláž je len do 19:00 hod, v domčekoch je klíma, bez toho sa tam nedá fungovať, ale izby boli tak orientované,že WC a kúpeľka bola v jednej izbe a druhej zase kuchyňa a klíma tiež len v jednej izbe. A čo bolo nepríjemnél v sprche sa nedala nastaviť voda, buď veľmi horúca alebo studená.

Ho persino chiamato i pompieri… La ragazza della reception ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutarci ma sono trascorsi 15/20 min circa prima di liberarci…Personale di sala colazione per nulla professionale anche alla luce del disagio che ci era stato causato… deplorevole l’atteggiamento per nulla orientato al cliente…

Piscina grande, muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Acesso ao mar para nadar também disponível.

Horários muito restritivos para uso da piscina e do acesso ao mar. Além de fecharem muito cedo, pedem-nos para sair 15 minutos antes da hora prevista. Por exemplo, na piscina temos de sair às 18h15 o que achamos muito cedo. No restaurante, só aceitam marcações para 19h30 e 21h30. Optamos por ir jantar às 21h30 mas quando chegamos às sobremesas disseram que não era possível pois a cozinha estava encerrada.

Jest to ośrodek wczasowy który oprócz zakwaterowania zapewnia wiele atrakcji. Duży basen, dostępność leżaków i parasoli, czystość na terenie obiektu i w domkach, zejścia do morza po skałkach (brak piaszczystej plaży), restauracja na terenie hotelu. Bliskość Mondello Beach - 15 minut spacerem (jedna z najładniejszych piaszczystych plaż na Sycylii). Wliczone w cenę hotelu kajaki, są korty tenisowe i boisko do siatkówki. Do centrum Palermo można dostać się autobusami miejskimi ok. 45 minut jazdy. Śniadania urozmaicone ale czasami przy końcu posiłku brakowało już produktów. Bungalow wraz z dolnym i górnym tarasem do własnej dyspozycji. Posiada dwa oddzielne pokoje, kuchnię (dobrze wyposażoną), łazienkę oraz dużą lodówkę. Wyposażenie domku jest praktyczne ale ma już swoje lata.

Bellissima struttura. Luogo molto tranquillo. Tuttavia vicino al centro. Grande biscina con il mare di fronte. Ristorante nel giardino. Parchegio chiuso con barriere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Veramenete da consigliare.

המיקום נחמד, יש חוף פרטי עם ים נקי. קרוב לסופרים. הצוות מאוד נחמד, עזר לנו כשהמזגן לא עבד. יש חוגי ספורט שגילינו עליהם לגמרי במקרה וחבל. פרנצ'סקה המדריכה מקסימה! בערב יש מסעדה שמגיעים אליה אנשים שלא מתארחים במלון, האוכל מאוד טעים והשירות מצוין! ערב אחד אפילו הייתה הופעה של זמרת עם גיטריסט ונהנינו מאוד. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה עם מגוון מאפים,נקניקים וגבינות

המלון הוא בעצם חלק ממתחם ענק שאליו מגיעים כל יום עשרות אנשים חיצוניים. זה לא מצויין באתר, אך זה מקום בילוי יומי למשפחות ובודדים שמשלמים על כניסה יומית ונהנים מכל המתחם. חוגים, בריכה, ים וכו'. המלון הוא רק חלק קטן מכל המתחם הזה. היינו בבונגלו, והתחושה היתה שהוא לא שופץ משנות ה -90. ריהוט כפרי שבור, מיטה מאוד לא נוחה,מטבח קטן מאוד, קרמיקות שבורות,מראה שבורה.. מבחוץ אגב הבונגלו מאוד יפה.. היו לנו נמלים בכל הבית, הצוות היה מאוד קשוב אבל חוץ מלתת לי ספריי שאני ארסס לא עזר כל כך.. גם אחרי הריסוס הנמלים נשארו. בבריכה נכנסים רק עם כובע בריכה! ויש הפסקה מוזרה בין 13-14.. בזמן הזה היינו הולכים לים. החוף הוא סלעים וצוקים חדים, כך שצריך להזהר, ונכנסים דרך סולם ישר למים עמוקים. באחד הלילות התעוררנו מזיקוקים חזקים כנראה מחוף סמוך, וגם ממוזיקה רועשת.. הילדים ממש התקשו לישון. לטעמי יקר מדי לסוג אירוח שכזה, זה לגמרי 3 כוכבים

Dated and tired. Staff offered the minimal amount of effort possible. The pool closes at 620pm but the lifeguard started 'closing down' at 550pm - making it very clear he wanted you gone. Had to wear swimming caps in the pool at €3 each. Minimal.shade by pool area. No help carrying bags. Restaurant was closed for evening meal. Bathroom had no ventilation and was very dated.

La struttura sul mare davvero bella, le camere nuove, noi avevamo quella vista mare, il personale e’ stato davvero gentile, soprattutto i camerieri e il pizzaiolo. La cucina e’ buona,soprattutto la pizza, consiglio di provarla, la colazione e’ abbondante.

La struttura non e’ vicina al centro DI Mondello, se non hai l’auto c’è difficoltà a spostarsi poiché Uber e i taxi funzionano male, e l’hotel non ha un transfert giornaliero disponibile per il centro di’ Mondello. Le bici sono disponibili fino alle 18. A piedi con una bambina non e’ fattibile. Consiglio dí migliorare le pulizie giornaliere

Hotel con muy buen desayuno, y sobre la playa con reposeras y sombrillas (y presta kayak y tablas de stand-up paddle sin costo) que hace mas confortable la estadía. Es de destacar también la comodidad del Bungalow!

We had a fantastic stay at La Marsa Vacances and would definitely recommend it. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in one of the updated bungalows, which was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The whole resort was well looked after, and we really enjoyed both the pool and the sea. The restaurant is very good, but I would definitely recommend booking as it can get busy. Also, something useful to know is that if you want to use the resort facilities outside of your check-in and check-out times, you will need to purchase a day pass. There is a really handy market just across the road which had pretty much everything we needed. The entrance is on the right-hand side, so it’s worth looking out for! A few tips if you’re visiting: • Pack swimming hats as they are required for the pool. • For swimming in the sea, I’d recommend taking a little floatie – we spent so much time just relaxing in the water! • A snorkel would also be great to bring as the sea is lovely to swim in. Overall, we had a brilliant stay. Great staff, great facilities, a lovely bungalow and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Sicilian sunshine. We would happily return

It was in beautiful location and close to the airport.

Not possible to enjoy the beach at the sunset or sunrise because the beach was closed from 7.pm until 9am. The playground was closed already at 6.30pm. and during the day it was too hot for kids to play there. So the only thing to do in the evening there was sitting at the restaurant (don’t order chicken there it smelled like a very old meat, but pizza was good). The bungalows are in very bad condition, the water was leaking from the toilet and nobody fixed it during our one week stay, the whole bathroom was just disgusting. Dishes in our kitchen were dirty when we arrived. AC only in one room, the paint was falling from the walls. I would never visit that place again. The staff seemed nice but like they did not really care much. It was just a big disappointment.

Man skulle have badehætte på i poolen, det bør de oplyse inden. Poolen var alt for varm. Kun få kunne tale engelsk, så man følte sig ikke særlig velkommen fx. i bar/restaurant mv. Selv om de gennem booking.com havde godkendt tidlig check ind, betød det kun, at vi kunne checke ind papirmæssigt. Altså værelset var ikke klar, så vi kunne sidde og vente i flere timer i 34 gr. varme... vi måtte dog gerne bade, men alt badetøj mv. var pakket ned, da vi forventet værelset var klar, fordi de have godkendt tidlig ankomst.

Fantastisch ligging van het park rechtstreeks aan de zee. Op 10 minuten afstand van Palermo! Heerlijk om hier een drankje te doen en goed te bereiken met de auto (of Uber). Ook het personeel was vriendelijk en er zat een uitgebreid ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over ons verblijf.

Druk in het weekend omdat het park algemeen toegankelijk is voor iedereen.

Veldig bra restaurant på stedet med veldig hyggelig personal og god billig mat . rikelig med solsenger , så det var alltid plass uansett hvor sent man dro ut. Effektiv aircondition på bungalow.

Hotellet har et sporty/ aktivt image , men frokosten var bare kaker og sukker. Lite frukt og dårlig proteinkilder, overraskende dårlig. Ingen treningsfasiliteter man kan bruke når det er for varmt ute, savner f.eks styrketrening. Få gode restauranter og butikker i nærheten. Atmosfæren på hotellet var generelt dårlig. Forventet bedre på grunn av god score på booking.com , ser senere at scoren på tripadvisor er mye dårligere ( og mer nær vår opplevelse). Som mange andre steder rundt Middelhavet må man også her putte dopapir i en bøtte ved siden av do.

L'eau de la piscine était très très chaude. Le bonnet de bain y est obligatoire, nous n'avions pas été informé.

Basen zamykany o godzinie 18.30, trochę za wcześnie ponieważ wejście na morze też zamykane wcześnie. Śniadania praktycznie bez warzyw, powtarzające się codziennie,bez urozmaiceń.

Super dejligt sted, vi har overnattet i bungalow, som var indrettet med selvstændig køkken, badeværelse, soveværelse samt stue (med opredning 2senge) udenfor var egen terrsse med solsejl samt solterrsse&solsenge på taget, fra tager er der smuk udsigt over bugten og klippevægge Lejlighed og området på pænt vedligeholdt samt renholdt. Resortområdet indeholder tennisbaner, futsal bane, beachvolleybane samt kæmpe pool.ligesom der er adgang til havet, via trapper og stiger. Der er mulighed for at låne kajak(1&2personers) og cykler. Der er livreddere tilstede ved pool og havet. Vild leg og larm er ikke accepteret, men rolig leg, boldspil og badedyr er tilladt. Der er rigeligt med solstole ved havet, på sol teressen samt ved poolområdet. Morgenmad består af æg, ost og diverse pålæg, yogurt, samt Brød, boller, toast, chrosiant, kager. Isvand, frugt juice samt kaffe. Frokostcafeen har et bredt udvalg af sandwich, pastaretter, granite, toast, is, slik og kolde drikkevarer Aften restauranten laver fantastisk lækre friskbagte pizzaer og andre retter(pasta, burgers, desserts) Personalet er alle venlige, serviceminded og imødekommende. Personalet snakker og forstår engelsk og er gode til at hjælpe, Området rundt om stedet indeholder offentlige strande, enkelte caféer og resturanter. Der er busforbindelse(lige udenfor døren) til palermo centrum og mondello. Der er smuk panorama udsigt til havet, klipperne og bugten. Uber til stazione centale ca 27euro Forum palermo ca 40 euro Centrum ca 22 euro Stedet kan klart anbefales.

The access to the sea, the number of sunbeds and sun facilities, the water sport facilities and restaurant were all great to have immediate access to.

Boendet ligger fint vid havet som är magiskt fint.

Boendet motsvarade inte våra förväntningar. Vi bodde i en bungalow som skulle ha havsutsikt. Vi förväntade oss att man skulle ha det från den fina terassen men istället var där ett stort svart staket för att avgränsa till en annan beach club. Havsutsikten är endast från takterrassen på bungalowen. Då där varken är parasoll el annat soltak går det under sommarmånaderna inte att vara där uppe pga av värmen. Som sagt, vi blev väldigt besvikna på detta. Invändigt var rummet i heller ingen höjdare. Både badrum o kök behöver fräschas upp. För att vara 4 stjärnor som de utger sig för att vara tyckte vi inte standarden var därefter… Utomhus poolen var typ 37 grader varm o alldeles full av alger på botten för den var helt hal. Känns inte i heller så fräscht. Frukost ok men mest kakor att äta.

JESLI SZUKASZ SPOKOJU: Na pewno super udogodnieniem jest lokalizacja, nie w samym centrum skąd jest 5 min maksymalnie do plaży w Modello oraz jakieś 40 min do samego centrum zatłoczonego Palermo. Wszystko było naprawdę w porządku z plusów: dobre śniadania, bardzo dobre kolację w tutejszej hotelowej restauracji, w ciągu dnia bar z jedzeniem i napojami i lodami, BARDZO miła obsługa, super duży basen dostępny dla gości hotelowych - duzo wolnych lezakow o kazdej godzinie (a mamy środek sezonu). WSZYSTKO SUPER Na PLUS: duzy dostepny parking

Czystość. Usytuowanie z widokiem na góry i morze. Bungalow z tarasem. Miła obsługa. Obiekt zamykany - bezpieczeństwo. Parking.

- El complejo muy grande, bonito y bien cuidado. - El apartamento en general muy bien. Me ha gustado mucho. - La piscina muy grande. - Nevera grande. - Personal muy amable. - Siempre hay tumbonas libres en el complejo.

- La cama hace mucho ruido al moverse. - El agua de la piscina está muy caliente así como el agua de los grifos y ducha de la habitación sale siempre caliente. - El balcón da para la zona de extracción de humos de la cocina, hace mucho calor y huele a fritanga. - Al haber solo un aparato de aire acondicionado en la habitación no se enfría lo suficiente la zona del comedor/cocina. - El desayuno es muy justito

The hotel was clean and our room seemed to be newly refurbished and was really nice. The hotel helped us book a taxi to Palermo airport. Decent breakfast and close to Mondello (about 20 min walk or can hire lime scooters)

Unfortunately if you wish to use the facilities before your room is ready on the day of check in they will charge you €20 per adult which we were not aware of and we arrived early in the morning. On top of this, you are also required to wear a swimming cap in the pool which was quite a strange rule. It felt like the hotel was set up for external day guests rather than catering and looking after its hotel guests.

Room was not bad, was clean. View and outs doors were lovely.

Wat erg fijn is, is dat er meer dan genoeg bedjes zijn. We waren net voor het hoogseizoen dus hoe het zit in het midden van het seizoen weet ik niet

De bedden en matrassen zijn erg oud en liggen niet comfortabel. Je betaald ook voor een parkeerplaats maar dit staat niet op kamernummer, in het weekend is het hotel erg druk met locale mensen en stond de parkeerplaats vol nadat wij terugkwamen van de supermarkt

Veoma ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, zaista su divni i predusretljivi. Bungalovi se čiste svaki dan. Žao nam je što smo tek poslednji dan koristili kupanje u moru kod smestaja, jer ulaz u vodu nije tako nepristupačan kao sto mi je izgledalo na početku. Bazen odrzavan i čist. Obavezne su kapice za plivanje, ali mozete da ih kupite na recepciji za 3 eura. Doručak dobar. Autobus broj 603 i 86 prolazi pored smestaja do Mondela i plaze.

Uveče nemate gde da prošetate, izuzev do Mondela, ali ni tamo nema nesto mnogo da se vidi. U apartmanu nema sredstva za čišćenje u kuhinji, ni jednog začina.

da Nebensaison, war das Gelände am Meer gesperrt, man durfte nicht einmal zum Hoteleigenen Strand laufen.

Locatie dicht bij haven Palermo. Zwembad en restaurant aanwezig met ruim appartement.

Hygiëne: bij binnenkomst lag er een dode kakkerlak en kurk op de vloer. Zwembad ging vroeg dicht waardoor niet te gebruiken bij latere aankomst

everything about the beach, food, closing times were communicated well: - awesome breakdast every day, filling and delectable, even the coffee machine had great coffee, and not the obvious powdered milk taste (for cappuccinos, latte coffees) - plenty of sunbeds, beach umbrellas - clean and comfortable entry into the sea, pool was also nice - staff was lively and effervescent at best, professional at worst - fun tennis matches - multiple announcements before beach and pool closings - room service every day, wasn't bothersome in the slightest - drier for washed clothes no very strict rules as to how you dress, what you do on the premises either (could stay out late into the night playing cards at the dining tables, we weren't sent away) p.s.: cute geckos on the walls!!

room was a bit of a let-down, we had two apartment rooms booked, they were quite different: - beds were uncomfortable (could feel the springs in the mattress) - cooking amenities were also not up to par (no sponge, no kitchen towel, weak induction heater), although the microwave was powerful - our room didn't have larger plates, the other one did - AC went as low as 16 degree Celsius but it was never below 20 if it was on the warmer side outside (due to poor insulation I assume), only felt chill after midnight) - power was only on when the room card was inserted (no AC while you are away), luckily the fridge and the freezer is operational regardless

Dommage, le lundi le restaurant est fermé et les heures pour la piscine à 18h00, c'est pas assez. Le check-in pour 15h00, c'est un peu tard.

Nice location, only 15 min walk from the main beach. Apartment was well equiped ! Iron, sewing kit, kitchen utensils, ice in the freezer! Room was very clean, modern, everything on a high standard. Lunch time food amazing - octopus freshly prepared - best we ever had! Personel was very kind,helpful and always smiling! Can higly recommned!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Micul dejun a fost în regulă. Hotelul este situat chiar pe malul mării, însă accesul în mare se face peste pietre, neexistând o plajă amenajată. Un plus îl reprezintă parcarea oferită gratuit.

Cazarea se face foarte târziu, abia la ora 15:00, iar decazarea este foarte devreme, la ora 10:00. Practic, beneficiezi de cameră doar 19 ore. În plus, dacă ajungi înainte de ora 15:00, nu doar că nu primești acces la cameră, dar trebuie să plătești un tarif suplimentar atât pentru adulți, cât și pentru copii, doar pentru a putea folosi facilitățile hotelului.

Ciekawy hotel, dostępna plaża skałkowa i dużo leżaków. Bardzo uprzejmy personel na śniadaniu. Duży basen, bungalowy wygodne. 7 min spaceru na plażę Mondello co jest dużym atutem. Restauracja hotelowa ze świetną pizzą.

Zdziwiły mnie zasady korzystania z niektórych udogodnienia inni- basenie nie wolno rzucać nawet płk. Zakaz spożywania napojów na leżakach ( nawet wody co jest juz przesadą). Personel mało pomocny ( 2 dni wył alarm.samochodowy bez reakcji). Mimo wszystko pobyt uznaje za udany

Horarios restrictivo , a las 18:30 ya no nos dejaron entrar en la piscina, Desayuno muy pobre en variedad , el día en el que compran bollos no te los ponen, los deben poner al dia siguiente, que ya estan duros, comer beicon es toda una batalla. El baño de la habitación, mediocre.

Beautiful location with well-maintained surroundings. Great entertainment, including water aerobics in the pool, and friendly staff at the bar.

The bungalows are old, and ants keep getting inside. The hotel is not very guest-friendly when it comes to departures. They even want to charge you for using the pool for a short time while you're waiting for your flight. It seems that making extra money is more important to them than ensuring their guests are satisfied. The receptionist even told us to wait in the reception area instead. We left feeling very disappointed.

Jedzenie świetne, duży plus za kort tenisowy i basen

Uredno i čisto. Bungalovi lijepo namješteni i opremljeni. Plaža u sklopu objekta i besplatne ležaljke. Dobre upute za samostalan ulazak ako dodes po noci.

Osoblje neljubazno. Htjeli smo ostati na plaži do 12.00 a odjava iz hotela bila u 10- tražili nas da platimo ulaznice za cijeli dan 15 eura po osobi. Pitali smo za fakturu na firmu - i to je bio problem jer nismo najavili kod rezervacije.

Notoryczne pomyłki przy zbieraniu zamówień w restauracji, rezerwacji kortów-na 1h umawiane różne osoby, dużo restrykcji na basenie które uniemożliwiają dobrą zabawę. Personel w większości przypadku nie był nastawiony przyjaźnie. Klubik dla dzieci zamykamy na klucz od wczesnych godzin wieczornych, mimo że to jedynie miejsce gdzie były huśtawki, zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci. Domki czyste choć wnętrze w starym stylu, łazienka najbardziej wymaga remontu. W naszym domku pełno mrówek w łazience.

Beautiful surroundings, a warm swimming pool, and excellent service. The reception staff were always helpful with any request. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide and varied selection. Convenient on-site lunch and dinner options, as well as a snack bar for refreshments during the day. In June, there were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available by the pool and on the terraces. A relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

mooi complex en luxe kamer, eigenlijk meer een appartement. geen strand direct aan het complex, maar wel een zwembad met heel veel ligbedden en ook aan de zeekant waar je met een trapje wel in kon om te zwemmen. vooral in het weekend komen hier veel lokale mensen om te recreëren.

Man fühlt sich nicht als willkommener Gast, sondern als reiner Kunde. Das liegt teilweise an ungeschultem, überfordertem und teilweise leicht arrogantem Personal. Bestellter Nachtisch am Abend wurde nicht serviert, stand aber auf der Rechnung. Er wurde anstandslos von der Rechnung genommen, aber ohne Entschuldigung, sondern nur mit einem mürrisches Grummeln weil wir ihn nach 30 Minuten warten nicht mehr wollten. Alkoholfreier Cocktail war an einem Abend ein Orangensaft mit Eis und einem anderen ein ungenießbarer Pfefferminzsirup-Drink auf Eis - dieser wurde auch anstandslos gegen einen Orangensaft mit Eis getauscht. Die Badeanlage, die Liegen und der Zugang zum Meer sind toll, können aber am Abreisetag nur gegen Bezahlung eines reduzierten Tagestickets genutzt werden - 15€ pro Erwachsener und 10€ je Kind. Bei uns ging es um 3 Stunden zwischen Checkout und Fahrt zum Flughafen - hätte uns 55€ gekostet - sorry … nein. Gastfreundschaft und Service fühlt sich anders an.

Schönes, neues Appartment. Obst zum Frühstück. Restaurant abends stimmungsvoll. Allerdings auch hier kein freundliches Personal ( ist mir normalerweise nicht so wichtig, aber hier waren sie ausgesprochen unfreundlich )

Das Hotel ist nicht ausgeschildert und daher schwer zu finden. Google maps ist nicht korrekt. Es handelt sich primär um ein öffentliches Schwimmbad, das überwiegend von Einheimischen besucht wird. Riesige Liegeflächen, eine Liege an der anderen. Badekappenpflicht im Pool. Sehr laut. Personal nicht freundlich außer in der Bar. Ständig laufende Musik in der Anlage. Keine reservierten Parkplätze für Gäste des Hotels. Am Sonntag war bei meiner Rückkehr nur nach langem Suchen ein Platz zu ergattern. Lage im Nirgendwo. Bus nach Palermo nicht zuverlässig, hab 1 Stunde gewartet. Scheußlicher Frühstücksraum, Brot ungenießbar. In Zimmer 22 sehr laut durch Küchenabzug zur Strasse hin. Kein eigener Balkon. Personal hat nie gegrüßt

Nice rooms, good concept with sun beds and umbrellas, plenty of space on the beach, good wifi, convenient location and lots of parking space, mostly kind staff (tall lady in the restaurant area and a guy at the reception desk were very nice), decent breakfast and OK cleaning service.

Everything is more tailored to external daily guests (day pass) than to its own clients, not so internationally oriented. On the first day we couldn't get into the room until 15:00 sharp (though there were not so many guests), breakfast only until 10:00, a bit awkward service at the bar and the pool area - staff acted like they see guests for the first time, no swimming without caps. Rooms itself are very good but beds not so comfortable. Restaurant outside is not related to the property and its guests, all in all a good place for a vacation itself but service in general could be much better.

We were lucky to get one of the refurbished bungalows which was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Great overall. Something to keep in mind is that there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear loud music between 11pm and 1/2am - not for everyone.

Already when we arrived at the reception the welcome was very cold and uninviting, ants everywhere even in the shower, and loud music and party till early morning the whole weekend, I didn’t sleep a thing. Also quite strange that you cannot swim without swimming cap in the pool. But food at restaurants was nice just with they offered more of variety of foods

Really convenient for arriving from a late flight, easy parking, friendly staff, great accommodation with everything you need in the kitchen. More facilities than I realised and the pool area was great. Plenty of space and a lovely breeze die to it being next to the ocean.

Bardzo ładny ośrodek, świeżo wyremontowany bungalow, wszystko nowe. Taras na dachu. Czyściutko, codziennie zabierane śmieci, co 2-3 dni wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Super basen, bardzo dużo leżaków, piękne widoki. Ośrodek przy samym morzu, plaża skalista. W niewielkiej odległości ok.10-15 spacerem centrum Mondello z piaszczystą plażą.

1. Recepcja: - po przyjeździe ok.godz.22 pracownik poinformował nas, że kuchnia jest już zamknięta i nie ma możliwości, żebyśmy coś jeszcze zjedl w hotelowej restauracji. Jak się jednak okazało była to nieprawda. - po wymeldowaniu, nie ma możliwości pozostania w ośrodku (na basenie czy na plaży), Pani z recepcji dzwoniła kilkukrotnie, aby się upewnić, czy na pewno opuściliśmy ośrodek. 2. Śniadania choć smaczne to codziennie to samo, duża część dań zimna (pizzerinki, naleśniki). Bardzo mało warzyw.

Viesnīca ir kā pludmales klubs, kur it īpaši brīvdienās un svētku dienas ierodas viesi, pārsvarā vietējie iedzīvotāji, kas nenakšņo viesnīcā, bet izmanto piedāvāto servisu - baseinu un pludmali. Pludmale nav tāda kā Mondelo smilšaina, bet gan akmeņu un ieeja jūrā ir aprīkota. Līdz Palermo centram 25 minūtes ar automašīnu.

Kondicionieris numuriņos atrodas 1,5 m attālumā no gultas un pūš tieši uz gultu. Mēs aizklājām to ar lielo dvieli, lai guļot mati neplīvotu :))) Virtuvē tomēr vajadzētu būt vismaz 1 trauku mazgāšanas švammītei, trauku mazgāšanas līdzeklim, nu un protams, vīna glāzēm. Numuriņos, kas atrodas galvenajā ēkā, nav privāta ārtelpa tas ir koridors/galerija, pa kuru pārvietojas viesi uz saviem numuriņiem. Tāpēc ieteiktu izvēlēties tos numuriņus, kas atrodas bungalo mājiņās.

Pagare 10€ a persona per l'usufrutto della piscina e altri 10€ a persona per la colazione in struttura in quanto siamo arrivati al mattino e la consegna delle chiavi era alle 15 del pomeriggio . Mai successo!! La struttura chiude alle ore 18 il varco per andare al mare , quindi per andare al mare bisogna uscire dalla struttura .
