Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Very central hotel, easy to go everywhere in Sanremo by foot. It's a little bit dated building but clean, comfortable with good wifi and AC. The breakfast were OK, you can sit indoors or outdoors. The host was very friendly and took the time to recommend places and explain us everything.
There is no place to park next to the hotel, you have to stop in front of the gate with the warning lights on to load or unload the car. There is an underground parking (10' by foot) next to the railway station for 25€/day (it does not look very safe but I parked there and did not get any problem).

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Дуже гарний і затишний сімейний готель, старовинна та дуже доглянута будівля. Дуже чисто. Пʼять хвилин до залізничного вокзалу, 10 -до пляжу. Співвідношення ціна-якість ідеальне. Сніданок невеликий і дещо одноманітний, але всі продукти високої якості.
Готель стоїть на площі, де рух транспорту не припиняється ні в день, ні в ночі, але в Санремо взагалі дуже галасно. Та при зачинених вікнах і кондиціонері цілком нормально.

Non c'era la possibilità di stendere ad asciugare i teli mare e i costumi dopo la spiaggia poiché la stanza che ci è capitata si affacciava con le finestre su una tettoia.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, and in our opinion the price-quality ratio is just right. One of our favorite things was the beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or simply sit quietly and reflect, especially after visiting the nearby Alfred Nobel Villa, which is well worth seeing. In fact, not only the villa but also all the main attractions of Sanremo are within comfortable walking distance, making the location very convenient. We would also like to mention the receptionist, who was very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that he speaks a little Swedish because his grandmother (mormor) is from Sweden. That made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Sanremo.

Camere poco insonorizzate, durante la notte sentito il vicino russare.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Fantastic little hotel, just a few minutes walk to the train station and a nice stroll, about 10 to 15 minutes, along a nice street, or seafront, to the town centre. Lovely family-run place, in a gorgeous building with a nice garden to the front. Breakfast had everything I needed, fresh bread, cereal, cheeses, ham etc. Small well-stocked supermarket close by.
I had no issues but the bathroom in the single bedroom might be a little tight for the larger person. However, perfectly fine for a few nights.

Camera semplice ma con tutto quello che occorre compresa aria condizionata. Bagno nuovo, doccia molto spaziosa. Buona colazione servita in giardino, hanno fornito anche prodotti senza glutine per me che sono celiaca. Struttura datata ma pulita. Consigliatissimo.

Camera piccola ma con tutto l'occorrente e bagno molto grande con una bella doccia spaziosa. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione semplice ma buona. Titolare gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli per i ristoranti.
L'hotel non dispone di parcheggio (ma nelle vicinanze ce ne sono a pagamento) ne' di area per scarico bagagli ( essendo l'hotel situato su una rotonda).

Les portes fenêtres en double vitrage sont très efficaces dans la chambre. La chambre est correcte, lit confortable, et la salle de douche fonctionnelle. Charme désuet. Personnel très agréable.
J'aurais aimé quelques fruits ou salade de fruits frais au petit déjeuner., par ailleurs correct. J'aurais aimé pouvoir éteindre la lumière bleue clignotante derrière la télévision.... Éclairage permanent !!!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro e ai principali punti di interesse. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è molto caratteristico e ha sicuramente un grande potenziale.
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione e di alcuni interventi di ammodernamento. Diversi dettagli trasmettono una sensazione di poca cura, come infissi molto datati e deteriorati e alcune riparazioni che appaiono provvisorie. Anche l’insonorizzazione potrebbe essere migliorata, poiché il rumore proveniente dalla strada si percepisce facilmente nelle camere. La colazione ha una scelta molto limitata con poca varietà e prodotti non sempre reintegrati una volta terminati. Anche i prodotti da bagno forniti sono davvero essenziali e in quantità molto ridotta. Nel complesso, la struttura ha delle potenzialità grazie alla posizione e al contesto in cui si trova, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiori investimenti e attenzione ai dettagli per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat dadurch aber eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist mehr als nett. Und die Lage perfekt. Es gibt einen eigenen kleinen Garten. Dort das Frühstück einzunehmen oder einfach nur zu sitzen ist wunderbar. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Kreisverkehr mit viel Verkehrslärm Tag und Nacht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr einfach und das Hotel wirkt insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Very nice staff. Comfortable bed. The best stay I had in my days traveling around the French Rivera and north of Italy. Very good breakfast and coffee in the morning. The fact of the owner taking care of the place and greeting you makes the difference.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Hôtel d'époque mais calme, agréable petit jardin arboré pour prendre le petit déjeuner chambre très correcte pour le prix Seul bémol, il n'y à pas de parking à proximité et le parking de la gare est hors de prix 18€ la nuit) Je suis arrivé en retard et la personne qui remet les clés des chambres et revenue exprès pour moi Encore merci
Le manque de parking, impossible de se garer dans les rues à proximité

Reviewed May 30, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation was simple, clean, and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was the warm welcome from the host. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend interesting places to visit in the area, which helped us make the most of our trip. His local knowledge and hospitality were greatly appreciated. The location is also great, very close to the train station. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and authentic experience.
