Der Glasdach-Iglu war gemütlich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem guten Doppelbett eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war schön und funktional. Sehr toll war auch der beheizte private Whirlpool direkt am Iglu! Im Restaurant von Rendeer Manor gab es ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet, das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung haben wir schöne Schnee-Spaziergänge unternommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, un peu en dehors du centre animé de Levi — exactement ce que nous recherchions pour être au calme. Les services sont de grande qualité, le petit-déjeuner et les repas étaient vraiment excellents. La propreté est irréprochable, et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée dehors.

Le seul petit bémol concerne la capacité de rangement dans les bungalows : un aménagement plus fonctionnel ou sur mesure serait un vrai plus.

Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft fühlt man sich direkt angekommen. Das gesamte Personal – vom Rezeptionisten bis zu den Kellnern – ist sehr bemüht, eine natürliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen und den Gästen mit viel Empathie zu begegnen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot tolle gesunde Alternativen, wie etwa Ingwer-Shots und fantastischen Lachs. Direkt vor der Unterkunft erstreckt sich ein Naturschutzgebiet. Dort kann man nicht nur lange Spaziergänge unternehmen, sondern auch Husky- und Rentierschlittenfahrten sowie vieles mehr erleben.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. If I could give this place 20stars I would give 10 for the accommodation and 10 for the restaurant. We spent there 2 night and celebrated my partners birthday, the staff was fantastic. I asked in advance if there would be possible to order a cake to surprise my boyfriend and the chef cooked a delicious one based on our preferences. We tried most of the items on the menu and we delighted with every single one. The jacuzzi heats up to 40degrees Celsius making it an excellent way to experience the night sky and the aurora. The igloo is outstanding, nothing like sleeping under the open sky or seeing the aurora from your bed. There are robes, inside and outside sleepers, everything you need for shower as well as a coffee machine and kettle. I am deeply happy we ended up choosing this location. It provided the perfect combination of fancy and cozy.

The only hiccup was that the jacuzzi was not heated properly for our arrival and we were unable to use it for 1/2 days of our stay. I’m still giving this 10 stars because when it got hot it was fantastic.

Der Rentierschlittenausflug war unserer Meinung zu teuer. Da wir ja selber im Hotel waren und nicht in Levi abgeholt werden mussten.

Sehr schöne Iglus mit eigenem Whirlpool. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischen leckeren Omelett. Wir bewohnten das Iglu zu 4 (3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Für 2 Nächte ist der Platz ausreichend.

The attention to the client was superb. The man at the reception was the kindest we have ever met and the place in general is worth every penny.

We had an amazing time at this magical place! The people were super nice and very hospitable. The igloo itself was like a fairytale. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a couple of times, ate at Kammi delicious food, and we were lucky to see the Aurora 3 times. The aurora alert from the app was super helpful! We will come back one day!

We loved the location and the amenities. The breakfast is delicious and staff is very kind, specially people in the restaurant.

It does not worth the money for what you get. Hot tub destroyed our swimming suits and got us redness in our skin. Snow is no clean so you cannot open the hot tub properly and having views. The cabin is so tiny and does not have 360 views. The main door is so small that tall people needs to be very careful to hit their heads. You need to pay for everything: skiing in a very small area, sauna, or feeding the reindeers. For what we paid for a night it should be included. For that price, you stay in another luxury and modern lodge with everything included. It was our anniversary and it was very disappointed.

Only two things! One - our first night they didn’t explain there’s a 3 drink max at dinner and that a large wine is classed as 3 drinks not one, so when I ordered a Diet Coke after they charged me for the wine as the extra drink (cheeky considering the wine was a lot more expensive then the coke and considering that was ordered after the wine should have only been charged for that) I did bring this to their attention but was shrugged off and I paid for the wine. Two - on our second night there was an event in the main restaurant so we had to go to the coffee cabin for dinner, which would have been cute and not a problem but this is not equipped for -30 dinning, all food was served on freezing cold plates, soups where ice cold, potato was burnt but raw. Really poor meal and ruined one of our meals that we paid a lot of money for.

Our stay at the igloo was lovely and the staff treated us with genuine warmth and friendliness. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with variety of options, you can try some traditional finish dishes.They have a small reindeer farm, where you can buy lichen from the reception to feed them. It was unique experience to interact with these gentle creatures.

Everything was perfect however the internet was a bit slow.

Wir hatten hier eine absolut wunderbare Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt – das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, modern und alles wirkt neu und extrem gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten genau die Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort entspannen kann. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den Whirlpool – perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen und einfach den Moment zu genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Alles frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch der Service insgesamt war top: schnell, professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Kurz gesagt: ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Einfach nur magisch ✨ Absolut empfehlenswert!

We stayed in the glass cabin and absolutely loved it. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus, especially during the colder weather. The cabins are thoughtfully arranged, giving you plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. And the breakfast was excellent, generous, and a great way to start the day. Watching the reindeer through the window in the breakfast room was a lovely extra touch and made the mornings even more special. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Понравилось абсолютно все 🙌Очень красиво и со вкусом все сделано ,комфортно ,новая мебель внутри все продумано до мелочей .Было очень тепло и особенно хочу отметить девочку с ресепшен не помню имени (светлая )она была очень вежливая и пыталась создать нам уют и т к у нас был ранний выезд привезла нам завтрак с вечера 🙏❤️очень крутое джакузи которое входит в стоимость и очень шикарная мягкая постель не могу не отметить 🙃размещение удобно от центра мин 15/20 ,отмечу что соотношение цена -качество соответствует🫶было здорово и хочется возвращаться .Рекомендую!!!одно из лучших мест в Леви однозначно 🙌

Igloo bellissimo. In totale sono una decina di igloo disposti su due file a diversa quota quindi hanno tutti ottima vista e molta privacy. Il miglior plus è la vasca idromassaggio all’esterno! Pulito e comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

I servizi offerti sono migliorabili per essere un hotel di lusso, ad esempio: non ti portano le valigie in igloo (il tragitto a piedi è lungo e nella neve); il parcheggio è abbastanza fuori mano; la colazione è servita al tavolo ed è quasi esclusivamente salata; non è incluso un servizio navetta da/per l’aeroporto o il centro di Levi quindi senza macchina gli spostamenti sono complicati (e costosi).

Fabulous place, spectacular views, phenomenal restaurant, helpful staff and great activities on the doorstep to keep you entertained. Overall a magical first class experience - we shall definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin, wonderfully warm hot tub even in -20, delicious breakfast and surroundings.

Not being able to adjust the heat to turn it down. In minus 20 weather the igloo was hot to sleep and no way of adjusting other than opening the door - but would absolutely book again as it was such a lovely place otherwise.

Beautiful location, scenic views with a great bar/restaurant within a short walk from the glass roof hut we stayed in. Fabulous private outdoor hot tub with everything you could possibly need to make your stay special.

The glass huts don’t have privacy glass so when you stand up by yourself bed/windows you can see your neighbours:-) Book in advance for any activities or there isn’t much to do.

The staff were fabulous, making us feel welcomed and at home even before we arrived, with suggestions on activities and helped in booking. Great recommendation by the manager for uniquely Lapland dishes at the in-house hotel too (e.g., bear, willow grouse, reindeer). Overall experience was seamless.

Our stay at Reindeer Manor in Levi was absolutely wonderful. The landscape is truly magical – peaceful, snowy, and exactly what you imagine Lapland to be. The igloo accommodation was amazing and very cozy, making the experience feel unique and special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and seeing reindeer right behind the house was an unforgettable highlight. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of, and the atmosphere felt calm and authentic.

The only small downside is the location: it’s not very central, and it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to reach Levi town center. Taxis can also be quite expensive. However, we personally prefer stunning nature and tranquility over a central location – and in that regard, Reindeer Manor is definitely the perfect choice.

Nous avons logé dans une cabine qui proposait un jacuzzi privé. L'établissement possède un enclos avec des rennes que nous pouvons nourrir. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et propose un plat à la carte et un buffet. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant qui proposait également de très bons plats. Remarque : c'est un endroit assez isolé. Idéalement, il faut louer une voiture.

Es un lugar mágico, de película. Los iglús, el camino hacia el desayuno con el entorno nevado... un lugar muy romántico y acogedor. Si vuelo a Laponia, repetiré seguro.

We had the most wonderful two days at Reindeer Manor. We arrived when it was already dark outside. The manor itself looked very beautiful with all the lights on. We felt the special atmosphere of this place first thing we left our car. Once inside, a very nice lady welcomed us. We took a seat next to the fireplace and got two very tasty welcome drinks. While we sat there, the nice lady told us all about the place. What a perfect & warm start to our vacation! Next, we made our way to our personal hut. We went in and were stunned. The place is just magical. The lighting inside is perfect, all the decoration and furniture are so cozy & nice looking. The view from the bed is stunning. We felt right at home the minute we set foot into it. Once unpacked our stuff, we slipped into our bathing suites & bath robes and made our way to our personal jacuzzi outside the hut. The jacuzzi was top notch, totally clean, very warm, easy to configure and had beautiful lights. Not to forget the stunning view from it. The food is served in the manor itself. When you sit down, you have a look directly into the reindeer shelter. It’s so nice to eat there and watch these beautiful animals. Inside it’s very cozy, nice decoration and furniture, and of course the beautiful fire place. Breakfast was way above standard, so delicious, half buffet half menu. For dinner, we had a 3 courses menu, it was soooo good! We enjoyed it very much, it’s a perfect fine dining experience. The service was throughout excellent. The stuff is very very friendly and highly skilled. The nice lady who welcomed us at the beginning of our stay even helped us organize some of our activities outside the manor. For us, it was one of the best two days and nights we ever experienced in our life’s. We saw the northern lights every night, either from our whirlpool or from our cozy bed inside. We will never forget this magical experience and want to thank the whole team for making our stay so special :-)!

Everything was great. The hotel is brand new, the breakfast was delicious and there were many varieties. Dinner also consists of several options and you feel like you are in a chef restaurant. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. We saw the northern lights and watched them from our igloo. All igloos have wonderful hot tub.

Staying at the Reindeer manor was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of our lives. Everything was perfect, with the best staff in the world! They made us feel less like guests but more like friends. Every single person we interacted with was so knowledgeable and kind. They helped us book husky safari (which is right next to the manor and an absolute must do activity) and told us all about their reindeer. We fed cute reindeer every morning and evening, which evoked a child in our souls. Every inch of the property is impeccably taken care of- the huts are newly built, extremely clean and cozy. Hot tub is also a nice touch and much appreciated. Another highlight was the food which contained locally sourced ingredients. We had to keep sending compliments to the chef who is a master of some of the most amazing meals we’ve ever had. All in all- if you have any doubts about this place- don’t- it is perfect!

We weren’t luckily enough to see aurora in the nights we stayed. However, we loved the property so much that we hope to come back again one day and hopefully experience the dance of the northern lights from our hut.

WOW! This place is amazing. You are in the middle of nature and forrest, and feeling at home from the moment you enter the place. It feels like family, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers excellent food, mostly local dishes which mean that if you want a normal steak you'll have to go in town or ask them in advance and I am sure they will get it for you. The igloos are great, good viewing and facilities with a private jacuzzi/spa for every unit. Reindeers on the premises and huskies 10 minutes walk. The auroras are perfectly visible from the premises as the lighting is good. Coffees (cappuccinos as well) are free in the main house for the guests, Wifi is not always strong but there is Wifi in the units. Compared to other similar places this is on the top of our list. Now staying at Arctic Skylight Lodge and such a deception after having stayed at Reindeer Manor... missing you all already

Higner bathroom door for a tall guy like me ;-) Lights in front of the units are too sensitive when watching the auroras from outside, but when you find the right place and don't move ;-) it's perfectly fine.

We really enjoyed our stay! The highlight was definitely the bed under the windows, allowing us to fall asleep while watching the Northern Lights and stars—an unforgettable experience. The whirlpool was another highlight, perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We also loved the adorable reindeer, which we even got to feed. We had a cozy campfire for making s’mores, and there was even an ice field available. Everything was just perfect!

However, for the price, we would have expected a more varied dinner menu. While the food was excellent, it could get repetitive if staying for multiple nights. Complimentary water in the rooms would also be a nice touch, considering the nearest supermarket (South Point) is a 10-minute drive away. Of course the tap water was very good though :-). Additionally, the motion sensor lights in the front rows (1-5) were a bit disruptive when inside the room, as they reflected and made it harder to fully enjoy the view of the lights (we stayed in hut 6 & 7).

Lovely structure decorated with a lovely scandinavian style. The rooms are perfectly structured to see the northern lights and the amazing wild view, it was a dream! The jacuzzi is a must even when cold, it’s very well heated and pleasant! The food was delicious, at fair prices, and all the staff was extremely kind. Highly recommended!

A beautiful accommodation, with incredibly friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Everything exceeded our expectations! I also went on a snowmobile hunting northern lights tour through them, and it was absolutely amazing!

Cozy, excellent food

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and excellent quality. The huts were clean and cosy.

The price was high for what you got, there was a hot tub outside each hut that was an additional 150 euro per day, for the price per night it should really be included. The heater clicked on and off and was noisy throughout the night. Te bathroom light comes on with a fan automatically when you open the door so was also a bit annoying throughout the night.

Absolutely gorgeous. The staff was just amazing, so friendly so accommodating and helpful. We did the snowmobiling which was excellent. The accommodation was fantastic too, so warm and comfortable. The food at the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast the next morning just beyond expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! One we will never forget.

Nothing perfect stay

The glass hut and outdoor hot tub were exceptional. Luxurious one night stay in a winter wonderland setting. The dinner and breakfast we had in the restaurant were delicious and cooked to perfection. Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming.

Shame the northern lights were not visible the night we stayed.

The property is very small and compact, it is the location that you are paying for, we booked this to try and see the northern lights. I do feel for the price the hot tub should be included not an added on of £125.

I and my wife stayed at this resort for 4 days and found the services rendered by all the staffs excellent and polite especially Henna . During one of the nights while having dinner at the resort restaurant, Henna ran all the way into the restaurant to inform us of the northern lights emerging.During our stays we booked two northern lights hunting tours from the Internet that results in no northern lights sighting but we were lucky to have witnessed a strong dancing northern lights in the resort . The only con is the resort is about 5 mins drive from the main road. We rented a car during our stay as we travelled everyday to Levi for all our activities and the pro is the ample free parking available in the resort . Will highly recommend this resort

We were blown away by the resort. Everything was excellent, the breakfast was superb. delicious. Henna, Suvi and Ruxandra looked after us with so much love! The whole stay was unforgettable. Aurora reindeer ride orginsed by the hotel was unforgettable.

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Das gesamte Team war einfach nur toll und so herzlich, man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Igloos sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, alles frisch zubereitet, ebenso die Heißgetränke. Wir konnten sogar die Nordlichter aus dem Igloo heraus sehen. Es sind auch Rentiere vor Ort, die man mit dem Hauseigenen Futter füttern kann. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ, wir haben super viel erfahren. Mit einem weinenden Auge haben wir die Unterkunft verlassen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für alles!
