Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Cadre calme et élégant. Personnel discret, toujours à l'écoute et aimable. Petit déjeuner compris qui est varié et copieux, dans un salon spacieux. Chambre plutôt jolie, nous n'avons pas eu de bruits ou de désagrément. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Peu encore être amélioré mais séjour agréable. Merci à l'équipe.
Parfum d'ambiance peut-être trop présent, petit souci technique sur la climatisation mais le personnel a été à l'écoute et notre séjour a été trop court pour voir si le problème a été corrigé.

j'ai réservé via booking, à mon arrivé l'équipe n'ont pas trouvé ma réservation et m'ont fait patienter 2 heures sachant que j'étais hyper fatigué et je ne voulais que me reposer.

Funktion der Aircondition war mehr als mangelhaft, keine Kühlung und kaum Luftumwälzung. Zudem hat die Reinigungskraft das Fenster tagsüber auf Kipp gestellt , so dass die Wärme tagsüber gut in Zimmer eindringen konnte.

Des réceptionnistes très agréables et réactives aux personnes chargées de l’entretien. En plus il est idéalement situé à 2 pas littéralement de la gare de kénitra. Je vous le conseille avec plaisir !

Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi réussi, avec des produits frais et variés qui permettent de bien commencer la journée. On apprécie particulièrement l'atmosphère paisible du lieu, qui invite naturellement au repos. L'accueil est discret et efficace, rendant le séjour fluide et plaisant du début à la fin. C'est une adresse simple et charmante, parfaitement située pour profiter de la ville.

בתמונה של החדרים כולם מופיע מתקן קפה. (נכון שלא מופיע בפירוט הדברים שבחדר) אבל כן בכל התמונות. לא היה מתקן לחימום מים לא היה כוסות כלל בחדר. רק בקבוק מים קטן ללא כוס. קבלתי קומקום בבוקר שלמחרת. נכנסו לחדר מבלי לדפוק. לא היה נעים.

Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de grande qualité, et il est possible de commander des plats spéciaux auprès du personnel très attentionné du restaurant. Le décor en marbre noir et blanc, évoquant des touches de piano, qui orne différentes parties de l'hôtel, lui confère un charme artistique particulier. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la magnifique gare de Kénitra. Je remercie l'hôtel pour l'accueil chaleureux dans ma chambre, avec une assiette d'amandes, une assiette de noix et des pommes. Un geste aimable de leur part.
J'ai essayé de me souvenir d'une chose, mais je n'y suis pas parvenu. Tout allait bien. Peut-être l'absence de douchette dans la salle de bain

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Gutes und sauberes Hotel mit guter Zimmerausstattung in zentraler Lage welches von vielen ausländischen Geschäftsreisenden bewohnt wird. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Es gibt leider keinen Hotelparkplatz, sondern nur einige wenige Stellplätze an der Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Eingang. Sollten diese belegt sein, gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche in der belebten Innenstadt von Kenitra etwas schwierig.

Il.servizio al.ristorante, troppo tempo di attesa dall'ordinazione all'arrivo del piatto. Mancano i tovaglioli Colazione: i tavoli non sono puliti, trovi piatti, bicchieri della persona precedente. Mancano i tovaglioli La.pulizia non è ottimale per un 4 stelle. Serve più personale.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, ist perfekt. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel für einen Besuch in Kenitra!
