Lovely stay in the heart of yogyakarta. Very helpful staff regarding the planning of actvities. Already my second stay there in 1 year and I would not go anywhere else!!

Le personnel vous accueille chaleureusement dans ce lieu magnifique qui offre le calme nécessaire pour se reposer. Le lieu profite de deux piscines et offre un excellent petit-déjeuner tous les jours. Nous recommandons vivement !

Ubicación muy buena, personal agradable y tiene piscina

El techo del baño es abierto a la calle por lo que estaba lleno de mosquitos. Hay una mezquita al lado que te despierta a las 4:30, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas. Desayuno escaso, no ofrecen bebidas ni cafés, si quieres un café tienes que hacértelo de filtro.

L’emplacement du logement est idéal, un super accueil de la part de tout le monde avec des conseils pour votre séjour. Toute l’équipe est au petit soin que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Mention spéciale pour notre chauffeur Setyo qui nous a accompagné pour notre excursion et retour à l’aéroport.

The people are so helpful and kind. The place is amazing, close to a lot of restaurants. Ideal place to stay in Yogjakarta.

Das Personal war mega hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Toller pool und eine sehr schöne Anlage. Auch das Viertel ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage, nettes Personal. Ein toller, idyllischer Ort.

Es un hotel pequeñito, en una calle sin tráfico, interior, por lo que no se escuchaba ruído, salvo de las llamadas de oración de una mezquita cercana, lógico y normal en esa ciudad. Su decoración es coqueta y muy natural. Nuestra habitación era bonita, sencilla, moderna y bien decorada, pero al ser interior me pareció algo oscura. Todo estaba muy limpio. La ubicación, aunque algo alejada de la zona más turística de la ciudad, era buena porque estaba cerca de zona de tiendas y restaurantes de moda, con muy buen ambiente popular y turístico. La piscina es muy bonita y es un plus para el hotel.

Solo tiene un perchero para colgar la ropa. Si se pasa más de un día, considero necesario un pequeño armario o más perchas.

La struttura è molto bella e pulita. L'area della piscina è perfetta per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Posizione ottima, sia abbastanza vicina al centro (è possibile raggiungere il Kraton con una passeggiata) sia vicino a Prawirotaman che è una via tranquilla con ristoranti e negozietti. Lo staff è gentile e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare la gita ai templi Borobudur e Prambanan, indicandoci dove acquistare i biglietti, senza cercare di imporci un tour pre-organizzato. Una menzione speciale al driver che ci ha accompagnato, SeTyo, che è stato fantastico.

Nella stanza Unique dove abbiamo alloggiato il motore del condizionatore è posizionato nel bagno esterno che diventa troppo caldo quando l'aria condizionata è accesa. Sarebbe utile mettere uno specchio anche nel bagno esterno.

La struttura è bellissima e le piscine con le piante attorno sono molto rilassanti

Attenzione che la nostra camera aveva il soffitto del bagno con le pareti in alto aperte per cui sono entrati un paio di gechi

We loved everything about Nextdoor — so much so that we stayed twice during our trip, in two different rooms! It really is a peaceful little oasis in the heart of Yogya, tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet within easy walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. Both of the rooms we stayed in were very clean and comfortable, with strong hot showers, and quickly felt like a home away from home. We particularly loved the breakfasts, which changed each day and included different local dishes and varieties of roti. After a busy day exploring Yogya, coming back to Nextdoor and relaxing by one of the two pools was the perfect way to unwind. The real standout, though, has to be the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm and friendly and went above and beyond to help with activities, drivers and recommendations for both local and Western restaurants. We stayed in two of the original rooms and were very happy with both. Next time, we might try one of the newer rooms just for something different — although there was absolutely nothing wrong with the older ones. We’re already planning to return to Yogya in 2027, and Nextdoor will definitely be our home away from home again.

Me encantó, la estancia está muy bien, y el personal te ayuda en todo. En nuestro caso teníamos el tren a las 1:30 am y no dejaron quedarnos hasta las 24:00 pagando un poco más de la mitad de la noche. Además, cuando nos fuimos nos dieron la cena para llevar, nos sorprendió muchísimo. Cuando llegamos la chica nos explicó con un mapa los puntos interesantes y los restaurantes de alrededor. Reservamos con ellos el traslado del aeropuerto hasta la estancia y al día siguiente los dos templos más famosos con nuestro conductor Christian, un encanto. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido y como salimos antes pues nos lo dieron para llevar, un acierto total. 100% recomendado. Y sin olvidarnos que como éramos 3 nos dieron una habitación más grande sin ningún coste, para que estuviésemos más cómodos.

We loved everything about our stay at Nextdoor. It really felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of Yogya, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a strong, hot shower — always appreciated after a full day exploring! We particularly loved the breakfasts, which changed each day and included different local dishes and varieties of roti. It was such a lovely way to start the morning. After a busy day of sightseeing, coming back to Nextdoor and relaxing by one of the two pools was exactly what we needed. The real standout, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to help us, whether it was arranging activities and drivers or recommending both local and Western restaurants. A special mention has to go to Jasmine, who went out of her way to help me find some medication I had run short of. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any luck finding it, but it certainly wasn’t through lack of trying on her part, and I really appreciated her help. We’re already planning to return to Yogya in 2027, and there’s no question where we’ll be staying — Nextdoor will absolutely be our first choice again.

Il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner n' est pas bon et pas de choix,le café n est pas très bon non plus!

A little expensive compare to other same level places that I stayed in Bali.

Alloggio bellissimo, curato nei dettagli. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza che aveva proprio di fronte la sua piscina esclusiva circondata ma numerose piante e con un piccolo frigo bar dove potersi rifornire di bevande a pagamento chiedendole allo staff. La zona colazione è molto ampia e, in caso di partenza la mattina presto, viene preparata in una box da portare via. Tutto il complesso di appartamenti é in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante. Lo staff è molto gentile e ci ha aiutato trovando un autista che ci accompagnasse tutto il giorno a visitare i luoghi di nostro interesse.

- literie très confortable, propre, hôtel calme car en retrait de la rue principale - 2 piscines très agréables, l'extérieur est très beau, fleuri et paisible, on s'y sent très bien - super accueil, personnel très sympathique et serviable - bon petit déjeuner (mais pourrait être plus copieux). Merci à l'équipe d'avoir trouvé des dadar gulung pour ma fille qui avait très envie d'en goûter 🥰🙏 - thé, café et eau potable en libre service - plusieurs endroits pour manger à proximité Nous reviendrions sans hésiter!

- contrairement à ce qui était écrit dans Booking quand nous avons réservé, la chambre familiale a 2 lits doubles C'est un détail mais c'est moins pratique pour 1 couple avec 2 enfants - chambre familiale assez petite, peu de rangements - pour le même prix, d'autres hôtels proposent un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. Ici, c'est 1 assiette à choisir parmi 3 ou 4 choix. C'est très bon mais pas très copieux, et certaines options sont nettement moins copieuses que d'autres.

Wat een mooi plekje! Vlakbij een leuk straatje met restaurantjes (& heerlijke ijstentjes!). Personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn zwembad en lekker ontbijt! We kregen zelfs een ontbijtpakketje mee toen we vroeg naar de Borobudur gingen.

Wij hadden de familiekamer maar die was voor ons aan de krappe kant (helemaal met extra bed).

In generale non soddisfa i miei livelli di pulizia ma i miei sono molto elevati, quindi per il prezzo, la posizione e il personale posso chiudere un occhio. Ovviamente si parla di un homestay nella natura quindi è normale trovare insetti e zanzare.

Sembra un’oasi immersa nella città. La struttura è davvero bella e suggestiva e i ragazzi dello staff gentili e disponibili. Un luogo che rende il viaggio ancora più speciale.

È vicino a delle moschee quindi di notte potrai essere svegliato dalle loro preghiere. Se hai il sonno leggero meglio avere dei tappi a portata.

Nous étions dans une chambre triple avec une salle de bains minuscule (douche juste a côté des toilettes) On nous a changé de chambre. Problème de fuite dans la salle de bain en pleine nuit, inondation et odeurs d'égouts. Très cher par rapport aux prestations...mauvais rapport qualité prix

Ein echtes Highlight. Wundervoll gestaltete Anlage mit vielen kleinen kunstvoll gestalteten Ecken. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Oase in der trubeligen Stadt.Trotzdem nicht weit entfernt von den belebten Straßen. Eine Dachterrasse ermöglicht ungestörte Yogastunden. Leckeres Frühstück. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Proche du quartier animé de Prawirotaman mais au calme. Personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Chambre très propre et climatisée. Jardin et piscine agréables et bien entretenus. Transfert impeccable depuis l'aéroport.

Pas de salle de bains séparée dans la chambre familiale. Il manque quelques transats autour de la piscine.

Une remarque qui ne concerne que moi. Les matelas sont un peu dur mais ce n’est que ma perception.

Het personeel is supervriendelijk. We hebben hier 6 dagen verbleven en we hebben ons heel erg welkom gevoeld. Alles was op en top geregeld. We hadden een planning elke dag en we kregen een chauffeur toegewezen: Hernawan. Hij heeft ons hele dagen rondgereden, alles geregeld zoals tickets en guides bij bezienswaardigheden en bracht ons naar allerlei local plekjes. Het was echt super!

Geweldige locatie! Heel mooi zwembad, mooie tuin, super vriendelijk personeel. De locatie ligt ook goed. Daarnaast beschikken ze tot een hele vriendelijke gide en driver. Satil nam ons mee, wat erg flexibel en je voelt je meteen thuis!

Het is een leuke villa met een klein zwembad. Je mag ook gebruik maken van het andere zwembad maar onze kinderen vonden het privé badje leuker. De villa heeft 1 kamer met 3 tweepersoonsbedden en een klein kamertje met een klein tweepersoonsbed. Ik gok 120 breed.

De villa ligt aan een drukke weg. Je hoort heel de dag en vooral ‘s nachts scooters en auto’s voorbij rijden en toeteren. Ook word je om 4:30 wakker van de megafoon die oproept voor het gebed in de moskee. Dit duurt bijna 30 min. Overdag stoort dit geluid minder. De oordopjes die je ontvangt helpen helaas niet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und die Anlage sehr sauber. Das Frühstück was liebevoll zubereitet.

Es waren zu wenig Ablagen im Zimmer. Der Mueziem war extrem laut.

De locatie was goed. Veel was op loopafstand.

De kamer was erg krap en ondanks de vroege boeking, was de locatie van de kamer verreweg een van de minste binnen het hotel.

Heel fijn verblijf op centrale plek vlakbij heel veel restaurantjes. Mooie tuin en zwembaden, leuk ingerichte ruime kamers. We verbleven er 4 nachten en hebben alles via de accommodatie geregeld. Veel dank aan Setyo voor de top begeleiding van onze tours en de ritten naar en van het station.

Très bel endroit qui invite à la détente, le jardin est magnifique. Bon emplacement, à 1/2 heure du centre mais ce n’était pas dérangeant car situé dans un quartier calme. Chambre un peu sombre mais belle salle de douche, la deuxième chambre à l’étage était plus lumineuse et disposait d’une terrasse mais salle de douche un peu petite. Personnel très accueillant et proposant de bons plans.

Déjeuner un peu léger, l’une des salles de bain était très petite, problème d’eau chaude mais rapidement réglé. Insonorisation mauvaise.

This hotel is a lovely oasis. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff are extremely helpful and hospitable. They helped me set up drivers to visit the temples. It's in the perfect location to access restaurants and everything in the town. Highly recommend!

Petit havre de paix dans Yogyakarta à deux pas de quelques warungs. Le personnel est au petit soin, le cadre est paisible tout était parfait.

Prachtige plek midden in de stad , paradijsje !

De herrie op straat vanuit Villa Tik. Als je een lichte slaper bent , is dit niet fijn. Wij hebben ook 1 nacht de kamers van Nextdoor gehad en die zijn voortreffelijk. Geen geluid gehoord .

De rust, de inrichting, het personeel, het zwembad, alles was perfect om onze reis in Indonesië te starten.

Questo hotel è fantastico, posizione ottima, staff gentile e premuroso che parla un buon inglese, due piscine stupende e molti angolini per rilassarsi. (Non tutte le camere danno sulla piscina)

La nostra camera era carina ma se ci fossero state le zanzariere avremmo potuto avere un po’ più di aria tenendo le finestre aperte. C’è comunque l’aria condizionata. Essendo la nostra camera vicino all’uscita si sentivano molto i rumori delle persone che partivano al mattino presto!

Tutte le persone alla reception sono meravigliose, piene di consigli, amichevoli, ironiche, professionali, sempre pronte ad aiutarti. Le camere sono curate, letti comodissimi, immerso nel verde, una oasi di pace

Mooi hotel, met knusse hoekjes. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Je kan ter plaatse een scooter huren of massage bestellen (komen op de kamer). Water, thee en koffie is de hele dag gratis ter beschikking. Goed bed.

Vloer op het terras en rond het zwembad is zeer vuil (zwarte voeten). Na 3 dagen was ook de kamervloer vol zwart stof of roet.

A perfect oasis and even prettier than the photos. The staff were incredibly helpful and we loved the option of take away breakfast for early starts. The hotel arranged for Sesa (driver & local uni student) to take Prambanan and he was so lovely and knowledgable that he became our local tour guide for three days. Great cafes and restaurants nearby too.
