Landhotel Fetzer

3 members of my team were booked to stay here overnight whilst on an international roadshow. The 3 members turned up to find that only 2 hotel rooms were actually booked (despite having confirmations for 3 hotel rooms). The hotel was unable to find a room for the 3rd traveller (the only female in the group) so all 3 team members decided to leave and stay at a different hotel elsewhere. The hotel still insisted on charging for the 2 rooms.

Such a friendly welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. The related restaurant was excellent, breakfast was delightful and the rooms were bright spacious and clean. A great location to explore the Rhine.

Beautiful place to stay with extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible!! If you want to eat at the restaurant inquire about reservation in advance.

Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt gehabt. Von der Reservierung, über das Check in, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Service. Einzigen Abzug gibt es für den Fußboden, der war leider nicht geputzt, dafür hat man Hauspantoletten zur Verfügung gehabt. Die 2. Nacht wurde spontan gebucht und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch das Zimmer der Vorbuchung für im Sommer konnte umgebucht werden, sodass wir nicht in den neuen Zimmern im Keller verbringen müssen.

The hotel was modern yet had the feel of a bed and breakfast due to the amazing family that manages it. The breakfasts were fabulous. We felt like we were in a village but only 45 mins (or less) from the Frankfurt airport. We enjoyed bird watching/walking along the river, tasting wine at the Ingelheimer Vinothek and day trips in/around the area. We would absolutely go back.

Very good experience. Our second visit to the hotel. The staff are very helpful; dog friendly which is a bonus. Good spacious room. We had a meal in the restaurant with friends. The food was delicious, sadly the evening was let down by attitude of the waitress. The waitress had poor interpersonal skills. We were surprised given it was our second visit and we had very good customer experience last time. Probably some training required in how to deal with customers.

Super Frühstück! Alles frisch, super Wurst, Käse ect. schon lange nicht mehr so gut Gefrühstück!. Zimmer schön groß, mit Balkon. Sauber und Ordentlich, gut zu erreichen mit Auto auch Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Etwas abgeschieden, aber gut mit Bus zu erreichen der mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren will. Freundliche, Service und Kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter. Auch beim Check Out haben wir sehr gelacht.

Von Anfang bis Ende fühlten wir uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen.

Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, Leider war der Spa-Bereich wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht benutzbar, Frühstück ist zu loben wegen der besonderen Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter

Es hat hier alles gestimmt: Schön eingerichtete, große Zimmer. Sehr freundlich behandelt durch die Familie Fetzer. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, ebenfalls das Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, könnten uns aber sehr gut vorstellen hier auch mehrere Tage zu verbringen.

Super freudlicher Empfang. Toll auch mit E-Bike. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradschuppen, mit Lademöglichkeit. Sehr zu empfehlen, das Restaurant Fetzer. Sehr leckeres Essen, gemütlicher Garten zum draußen sitzen. Auch hier muss man die herzliche und freundliche Art der Mitarbeiter auf jeden Fall erwähnen.

Sehr freundliches und angenehmes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit Sauna und umfangreichem Frühstückbuffet. Angeschlossenes Restaurant verwöhnt mit ausgewähltem Essen bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Family run business. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. A little off the beaten track but easily accessible from the autoroute and good parking. Would recommend a visit. Excellent cycling routes if that's your choice

The hotel is located at 2 km from the Motorway to Mainz. It is a recent and well maintained family house, with a free car park at the front. Our room (#5) was spacious, super clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Breakfast offer was fully satisfactory. Just across the road, the family who runs the hotel has a restaurant serving traditional food (sligthly over-priced).

Great small family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, nice breakfasts, very helpful staff and really great restaurant for dinner just 50 metres away. Perfect. Rooms are big, very comfortable, good shower, quiet and great nights sleep. And very reasonably priced too!!!......

We were looking for somewhere to stay on our way back to the ferry near Amsterdam from the Swiss Alps. What a find. Not only was the hotel perfect but the restaurant was outstanding. Value for money was excellent. If you are visiting the Rhine or like us just passing through don't miss out on a stay at this hotel.

Wow, Loved this Family run Hotel in a quiet little village surrounded by fields. So much more friendly than the large chain hotels. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to Tilo who kindly helped us up the stairs with our luggage as no lift. Tilo also translated the menu into English for us which was so helpful. Only thing for we British that was missing was a facility to make tea or coffee in the room. The restaurant was just across the road and the meals were really good. Would certainly stay here again if in this area. Well done Fetzers!
