Fabulous property away from hustle of town but close to everything. Beautiful location, small but thoughtful and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is amazing, and the family running the business goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You need a car or other vehicle to stay here.

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Théodora et ses parents, des personnes d'une gentillesse, d'une générosité et hospitalité sans pareille. L'emplacement est parfait, au calme avec une magnifique vue sur le village, il permet d'accéder facilement à tous les lieux d'intérêts de l'Ile, on s'y sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et tout est fait maison, une grande attention est portée au confort et à la propreté des lieux. Nous avons également été parfaitement bien conseillés sur le choix des activités, restaurants, plages, location de scooter et location de bateau. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Everything !!! The view, the rooms, the pool, the location but especially the staff!! They went absolutely above and beyond, constantly checking if we needed anything (drinks, towels, ect). My partner and I have been travelling through Europe and by far this is the freshest breakfast you will eat on your stay. This place had such a personal touch to it and we already want to go back!! One thing I’d recommend for travellers is to make sure you have a hire car or ATV as it’s right up on the mountain and walking down to the centre could take an hour but with an ATV it only took us 10 minutes or less to get to the port and 10 minutes or less to get to Plaka.

Nous avons passer un super séjour ! 🤩 Le lieux est très calme avec une vue imprenable sur la mer , et le reste de l’île. Très agréable de ce lever le matin avec ce cadre de rêve! Isolé dans les hauteurs mais à la fois très proches de tout. (En ATV : 6 min du port / 7 min de Plaka/ 5 min des plages mythique du nord, 2 min d’un petit super marcher ) Le lieux est très soigné , les chambres sont très propres , ménage fait tous les jours ainsi que renouvellement des serviettes et literie confortable) Le personnel qui travail en famille est d’une extrême gentillesse qui nous avaient loué un quad sur l’île pour notre séjour qui a était livré sur place à notre arrivé via un agence de confiance. Nous avons passé 6 nuits sur places, c’était parfait et nous aurions pas hésiter à prolonger ! L’établissement est à taille humaine , il y a seulement 6 chambres repartie en petites maisonnettes avec un extérieur préventif , ce qui garanti la tranquillité. Le lieux est également très jolie , maison principal en pierre et maisonnette toute blanche typique des Cyclades. Piscine avec vue sur la mer et l’île ! Nous recommandons ++++++ ! Nous aurions pas pu trouver mieux !

Attention au renouvèlement des joints dans la douche au vu du niveau de gamme d’hôtel.

L'accueil de Théodora et de ses parents est formidable. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits, et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous ayons eu durant nos vacances avec des plats vraiment faits maison. La piscine est très agréable. C'est un petit hôtel où il n'y a que 6 chambres, donc c'est très calme. Toutefois, la localisation de l'hôtel est un peu éloigné des villages, il vaut mieux être véhiculé et on est un peu au milieu de nulle part. c'est parfait si l'on veut de la tranquilité.

Theodora e seus pais são super atenciosos , cuidadosos , amáveis e prestativos. A localização é muito boa tanto para ir à Plaka quanto para ir às praias. O lugar é muito bem cuidado e percebe-se, concebido e mantido com amorosidade. O café da manhã é uma delícia!

It was so quiet and peaceful. The family who ran it were lovely and really went above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The daily home made breakfasts were to die for. The location was great and views were gorgeous.

Terrific place to rest and rejuvenate in Milos. Very peaceful and private location with fantastic views, large and very clean rooms but most noticeable is the amazing hospitality from the Lithos family. Such kind friendly hosts, full of great recommendations from where to eat and where to swim. Theodora and her family went above and beyond to ensure your stay is magical. We had a sailing day cancelled due to bad weather, when they heard they contacted the operator (turns out they are good family friends) and supported us in securing a spot for a couple of days later. We do recommend you ask Lithos family about a full day sail tour with Ark Sailing as that too was an incredible day and we are so fortunate we didn’t miss out. We will defiantly be recommending Lithos to friends and family who wish to visit Milo’s seeking to leave far more relaxed than when they arrived.

The breakfast was great. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

The only thing that was even close to an issue was finding the hotel for the first time. But even then it was not that bad.

This stay was the most wonderful and beautiful stay we have ever had. The property was absolutely stunning and in the best location. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious full of homemade vegetables, eggs, pastries, delicious coffees. However what made the stay a once and a lifetime trip was the family. Eleni and nikos were so kind to us and it truly felt like we were part of their family. They ensured we were taken care of at every part of our trip. From local recommendations, to packing us lunch, to gifting us fresh herbs and gifts from the garden, it truly couldn’t get any better. We felt so lucky to stay at this amazing place and will definitely be back. Milos was our favorite island but a huge part of that was the kindness and love from the Lithos family. We will never forget this magical trip!

Very beautiful little hotel and a warm welcome from Theodora and her family who take care to every patrons who come to their hotel like you are part of the family too. Really yummy breakfast served every morning. Not to far from Adamantas, but you need a car for sure for the island.

EVERYTHING about our stay was perfection! Theodora greeted us with a cold drink, escorted us to our room, made sure we had everything we need from the time we arrived until we departed. She and her family shared their favorite bottle of local wine with us, treated us to sparkling water by the pool, and even treated my husband with the first aid kit when he took a bad fall at a local beach. The breakfast here is homemade and insanely delicious! Eating poolside every morning was something we looked forward to. We also took advantage of the very reasonably priced laundry service which we needed while island hopping. We could not have asked for more caring and friendly service. Lithos luxury resort is absolutely a dream stay. At the top of a hill with stunning views of the sea and port below. The value and quality of the resort is top notch! 5 ⭐️

The owners are a wonderful family. Very attentive and helpful when it comes to making you feel welcome or supported with any questions you might have in regards to activities within the island. Also they provide delicious Greek breakfast every morning.

The location was perfect, close to the main port but secluded enough for some peace and privacy. The breakfast was out of this world, lots of homemade goods. Family run business that puts lots of thought and caring into it. Theodora was very helpful in arranging transportation as well rentals. Highly recommend!

Lithos Luxury Rooms exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was fabulous, the bed was comfortable, the pool area was lovely and the breakfast sensational. The star of the show is Theodora, the wonderful daughter who has excellent english, having taken herself to special classes while waiting to go to University. She is an absolute delight. Thank you.

Extremely Friendly Family .We arrived at the property abit later but were still welcomed with kindness 😊 The Hotel absolutely stunning , has everything you need and very clean . Located on a hill that overlooks Milos ( great for photos ) We loved the Hospitality , the cleanliness and ofcourse the location . We left my wife belongings there as we were in a rush for our morning flight . And was nice enough to ask us if you’d like to get it posted . As we left this morning we were greeted by the mother and father “Saying good bye to us and even gave us breakfast ☺️ things like this is what makes us happy 🫶🏽

Finding it on the 1st day wasn’t hard but wasn’t easy . This place would be perfect if they put a Sign at the Front saying up the hill is to Lithos luxury . When we got there we drove down to a warehouse car park which is actually in front

Fantastic hotel own by the sweetest family - so friendly and helpful! Helped us with booking a scooter and even helped us get to Adamas!! The hotel is nice, clean and calm with a beautiful view over Adamas and really good breakfast.

You need to have means of transport, since the hotel is to far to walk.

We loved everything about lithos luxury rooms , Theodora and her family were so hospitable and couldn't do enough for us! Delicious breakfast and fabulous views, the rooms were very modern and comfortable! Great location we cant wait to return.

Most importantly, the family themselves. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The location is a 5 min drive from the town center,l on top of a hill, so you have great views, peace and quiet but easy to get to other parts of the island. We prefer this than staying in the center which can be too loud. The facilities are super clean, and you have everything you need for a great stay.

Breakfast every day was delicious, wonderful views and great pool. The staff was also so helpful and gave us great recommendations of what to do on the island and where to eat.

This was a very central location on the island of Milos but you will need a car to get to the sites and beaches. Nothing was much more than a 10 minute drive but walking would have been nearly impossible. If you can do a rental car, this place is great. And the hotel was very helpful in arranging a car for us!

Theodora and her Mamma were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfasts were great. Location and veiw were good.

The property is in a quiet part of Milos and run by a family. The family are extremely helpful, hospitable and kind offering transfers themselves where possible. When cancelled flights or ferries halted our travels, the family took it upon themselves to make us feel as comfortable and supported as possible and helped us by whatever means they could to ensure we could continue our travels. Loved loved loved this place and its people! 10/10 stay.

Our family had a fabulous stay here. Thank you to the whole Lithos Room team for ensuring our stay was perfect! From the freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee in the morning to the freshly made spanokopita made daily. Dear Lithos team, this was such a small detail that you did not overlook as I was craving it the minute we arrived. It was so fresh and this small touch was truly appreciated! The rooms are fresh and new, modern but cozy design. The sheets and towels are changed daily. This is a very clean property (the entire place from the rooms to the common areas). Also, the rooms are adorned outside with plants/herbs which I absolutely loved!! For the ladies worried about whether to bring your hair dryer or not, don’t! You don’t need to! Theirs was fantastic (this is coming from someone who is picky and debates whether to stuff my carry on with a space consuming hairdryer or not!). Perfect location to stay if you want to be centrally located on the island by the best bakery in Milos (we thought Mouratos Bakery was wonderful!).

Everything was great . The Room was perfect, cozy with a great view and small terrace. The Poll and poll area was very nice . The Breakfast was amazing !! Small buffet with everything and you can order as well , including in the breakfast . Eggs and everything you need . But the best was the people the hole family is involved, and everyone do at her best . The Mamma manager the kitchen at best . Dad was in Service and everything who was needed , and the Daughter make reception desk staff . Lovely people working hard . Making our experience very personal and Great . Breakfast was very good and complete, prepared by mom. The view and the pool are nice, but as the hotel is located in a high place, we had the end of the season and the wind (beginning of October) and couldn't enjoy the pool. The staff (family) is very friendly and we were warmly welcomed for our honeymoon.

Milos has many beaches and, as we spent most of our time outside the hotel, so for us it was not worth paying for the pool and the view.

We loved everything about the place from its location ( beautiful view on the village/port) and sunrise from our room; the room itself; clean, modern, comfortable with a nice private balcony; the hosts are amazing, they treated us like family, always ready to help, with a smile, the homemade breakfast is amazing, fresh orange juice, fruits, pastries, etc; the hosts accommodated us when we had to leave early for a tour; they offered snacks and drinks in the evening; the couple who owns and runs the place with their amazing teenager girl Theodora and the aunt are all so nice, available and friendly

Slightly far from the port however we rented an ATV for the few days we were there which was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Lithos. Just up the hill from Adamas (rent a car or the taxis will extort €20 for a 3 minute ride.) Comfy room and wonderful food, but the staff is what makes this property so special. A sweet, charming family, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Our last day on the island they insisted on packing us a lunch to take on the ferry. They could not have been more lovely and accommodating to us. Would highly recommend.

Small family run hotel , amazing people . From the friendly father , to the lovely Mom, smart daughter and beautiful cousin. They treat you like family . We loved it there . You need a car to access the property but you need a car I. Milos anyway and the roads are easy to drive . Trust me , I am not the best driver . Tbis place is amazing .

Absolutely Sensational Stay in a Boutique Hotel in Milos. The host family - Theodora, Eleni and Foti are very welcoming and provide exceptional hospitality - from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfast was amazing every day with lots of local specialties. The Hotel location Is very private and intimate. You do need a car to enjoy Milos.

Everything was perfect, the pool area was peaceful, stylish and had amazing views. The location was perfect for driving to all of the different beaches and towns. The hosts were wonderful, they couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very nice and had everything we needed. The rooms were gorgeous and the balconies were perfect for the late evening sun. There was a car park for our hire car. The hosts were also very helpful with helping us arrange our car drop off and other questions we had, they even helped us order a pizza on our last night and gave us a pack up for our ferry journey home! So very kind. The hotel rooms were very modern and clean. This hotel deserves a 4* rating! And 10/10 on booking.com

No complaints, the hotel was so quiet we played music from a speaker around the pool area but if we would have asked for music I am sure the family would have gone over and above to do this for us.

Where to start. Our stay at Lithos was simply unforgettable. This place is not only beautiful, but Theodora and her family are lovely. Together they run the most wonderful place we have stayed in for some time! Our room was perfect and the tranquility of Lithos was exactly what we were looking for. We were blown away by breakfast every morning - a gorgeous spread of food (Greek of course), fresh orange juice and delicious coffee. The hospitality was amazing and Theodora was so helpful in getting us a rental car at a good price and gave us wonderful advice for which beaches to visit and recommended wonderful, local restaurants. We were very sad to have to leave and can only recommend staying here when visiting Milos.

The property is in an extremely quiet location central to Plaka and Adamantas although not walking distance, cabs are easy to call. The family hospitality is so beautiful and we would highly recommend this property.

So friendly, a wonderfully managed and run luxury boutique resort. Breakfast first class, rooms and mattresses amazing, and just that little touch of family care to make it personal and lovely. Georgia was amazingly helpful in booking us into ‘fully subscribed’ tours and was just a lovely host throughout. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Set at the top of the hill overlooking Adamas and although a bit far out of town, the tranquility was worth it. Lovely family run accommodation. Outstanding service particularly from Georgia who was so efficient and happy to help. The homemade pastries were the best I’ve ever had.

Loved absolutely everything about this place. Georgia, Eleni and the whole family go to every effort to take care of the property and to make you feel welcome. The room was incredibly clean, the whole place is peaceful, pretty and I miss it already! Breakfast was plentiful and the best we’ve had in Greece, so much choice and something different each day. The location is great and although it’s easier to get a taxi, you can walk down to the port or walk to Mandraki (turn right and walk along the country paths, it’s beautiful). Loved how quiet it is, loved that’s it’s adults only, loved that everyone treated the place respectfully. On the couple of days we stayed by the pool, loved that we had it to ourselves! I still think the highlight for me were the owners, I could happily sit with Eleni all day to attempt more Greek, Georgia gave us many tips on places to go and they really took care of us. We had a wonderful stay here during our 4 days in Milos. The staff were so lovely and helpful and made great local recommendations. Great facilities and delicious breakfast!

Not an issue for us, but it is best to have a hire vehicle of some kind to ensure ease of access around the island.

The view over the hill to the sea was gorgeous! The breakfast assortment was lovely and the owners were very kind and helpful. The beds were comfy and the showers were cute with the classic Greek island style. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfectly central without being overcrowded. The owners also were very helpful via messaging and organised very reasonable transfers from the port and to the airport.

It was a super convenient location as I rented a car, but without a vehicle it might be a little difficult/cumbersome to get around.

This is a family run hotel, it was excellent! It's in a great location with a gorgeous view. The pool is very nice and the homemade breakfast was so delicious! The host was always there to assist us and give us nice recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality we were shown was phenomenal. These ladies we're so welcoming on the day we arrived. We arrived before check-in and were happy to just leave our things but they set us off to the beach with cold water, towels, and a chilly bag while they took our bags to our room - all complimentary. And the breakfast by the pool was the perfect way to start our days - make sure you try their homemade Koufeto!!!!

Lithos was everything we hoped for and more! Perfectly situated above Adamas, the island's port town, with only 6 absolutely spotless rooms and plenty of parking space for your car, it was an amazing choice for us. Theodora and her family where warm, patient and so very helpful with everything! The breakfast was the best we had in all of Greece. So fresh and lots of variety. All in all a perfect hotel, definitely 5 stars!!!

If I could rate higher-I would. the hospitality I received here was next level. I didn’t want to leave. they happily gave me many suggestions on where to eat, bus schedules, taxi driver recommendations, they covered every base I required and really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The pool was pure bliss! The morning I left I didn’t have time for breakfast, so they quickly prepared me a bag of breakfast, snacks and a juice. If you are considering staying here - just do it! you will not regret it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! As I drove to the ferry I had a little cry to myself as I just did not want to leave Lithos. I hope more than ever I will be able to return here some day in the future.
