Everything was amazing! I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and we had such a great time. The hotel is brand new and super clean. The staff is very friendly and everyone is ready to help you any time, with a big smile! Adam helped us arranging our visits to the temples, we had an amazing guide and an amazing driver. Plus a super nice sunset boat ride with feluca. Breakfast was included in the price and the restaurant offers you a very delicious meal. I can’t recommend this place enough! Adam is doing a great job in keeping this place special and making sure every guest has a great stay. Please please don’t look any further when looking for a place in Luxor! 100% recommended!! Thank you Adam for a great stay!!

We loved the peaceful and tranquillity of the place. ❤️The view of the Nile was amazing every morning and our room and free breakfast was perfect. Very comfy and clean. Also the hospitality of all the staff Adam, Sabry and Abnulnassa was very warm and made our stay in Luxor one not to forget. WiFi was great. If you need anything ask Adam he will sort out your dream stay in Luxor!

I was greatly surprised at the attention to detail regarding my week’s stay. The staff went out of their way for a warm welcome and couldn’t do enough for me. Nothing is too much trouble.The hotel is clean and tidy with my room cleaned daily. The room itself is modern with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The WiFi was efficient and worked well.

L'emplacement (à 200, du ferry-boat public - 25livre ) -Un accueil très professionnel de standing bien supérieur aux d'établissement de ce même standing (cocktail fait sur l'instant gratuit de bienvenue, valise portée en chambre, proposition des différents activités sur Louxor) On s'aperçoit de suite qu'il y à un retour d'expérience professionnelle dans de grands hôtel à l'étranger par le manager, et qu'il applique cette qualité à cet établissement !! -La disponibilités et le sens de toujours vouloir bien faire, personnel en chemise/pantalon et de bien renseigner (Merci beaucoup à Adam, au Maître d'hôtel toujours très classe et gentil, et au managers !) -La propreté et la modernité (très récent voir neuf !!) de la décoration intérieure et du mobilier, ascenseur, partie commune ! - la chambre/salle de bain très bien entretenue, ses équipements (frigo, armoires, etc) , totalement à l'image des photos , et ... ça terrasse vraiment spacieuse avec une vue direct incroyable sur le temple d'Amon et sur le Nil !! -une chose encore, le calme incroyable du quartier et ses installations modernes et récentes, pas d'enfants Turbulent en extérieur toute la journée, et pas de circulation non plus ☺️ - Le petit déjeuner très riche (fromage, charcuterie, croissant, brioche, toast, yaourt fromage frais, omelette, salade de fruits, etc etc etc...!!!) et de qualité somptueux en chambre !!! -une épicerie à 20m, et des petit restaurants etc...sur le l'avenue. (A signaler plusieurs distributeurs, un bureau de change moderne, est une banque MISR à moins de 200m)

Sérieusement, il faut chercher pour trouver, .... éventuellement rajouter un rideau en extérieur pour le soleil si ...vous déjeuner vers 10/11h comme Moi 😂 A signaler que mon voyage était en été !!

Adam und sein Team waren besonders aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr flexibel sind sie auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen und haben uns auch mit kleinen Extra-Aufmerksamkeiten (wie Begrüßungskaffee oder Obstteller) verwöhnt. Die Aussicht auf den Luxor-Tempel ist unschlagbar und das Boot, das uns auf die andere Seite des Nils gebracht hat direkt vor der Tür. Adam hat uns geholfen sowohl die Hinfahrt als auch die Rückfahrt mit dem Boot zu organisieren. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr sehr lecker und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the owner, who is such a kind, caring and wonderful person. He was always ready to help us with anything we needed and regularly asked how we were doing. His hospitality really made us feel at home. Our room was really clean and had a beautiful view of Luxor. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention also goes to the gentleman who serves breakfast. He was incredibly kind, attentive to details and always made sure everything was perfect. Honestly, this was the best accommodation we stayed at during our entire trip to Egypt. The conditions are excellent, but what really makes this place special is the people and their genuine hospitality. I can definitely recommend staying here. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and truly wonderful service, this is an excellent choice.

Soggiorno molto piacevole nella tranquilla West Bank di Luxor. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale, la struttura molto pulita e ben curata, la vista sul Nilo e la colazione preparata con molta dedizione. I ragazzi del Nile Castle sono stati sempre presenti e disponibili, pronti a dare una mano in caso di bisogno, una bottiglia d’acqua per rinfrescarsi e una parola gentile per accoglierti. Consigliatissimo!

酒店在西岸的河边离帝王谷比较近，对面就是卢克索神庙，如果想去东岸也很方便走路十分钟就能到西岸公共码头坐船25埃镑，或者门口的帆船50埃镑也能过去。老板非常健谈，住的也很舒服，房间很新，推荐👍

Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique. L'endroit était moderne et propre, comparable à un hôtel sans devoir payer un prix trop élevé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. C'est une des meilleures places où nous avons séjourné. Si vous cherchez une place où habiter, n'hésitez surtout pas! Le fils du propriétaire nous a même donné des sandwichs pour la route lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful — it far exceeded all our expectations! The young man on duty greeted us with a refreshing mango welcome drink at check‑in. While we waited, he turned on the air‑cooling fan to help us beat the heat. Every member of staff is warm‑hearted and chatty, always ready to help with anything we needed. There is a proper modern elevator (not an old‑fashioned vintage one), and they kindly helped carry our luggage up to our room. When we asked for extra bottled water, it was provided without hesitation. They really paid attention to our needs, and we are so grateful. Our room came with a balcony overlooking the Nile. Directly across on the east bank stands the Winter Palace Hotel, and just diagonally opposite is the Luxor Temple. With little white‑sailed boats drifting along the river, the view is breathtaking, giving us a genuine five‑star riverside experience. The room was spotlessly clean and generously spacious. If it had not been so hot, we could have sat out on the balcony for much longer. Adam was incredibly friendly. We chatted about family and football. He kept telling us to “treat this as your second home”, and he truly meant it. We felt completely at home during our stay. We headed out early in the morning and only got back around midday, well after the official breakfast hours. Even so, Adam arranged fresh breakfast for us. We ordered an omelette and bread, served with pita bread. Filling the salty, lightly spiced pita with the omelette tasted amazing. The eggs had that rich, deep flavour of free‑range farm eggs — absolutely delicious! This hotel washed away all our travel fatigue. It offers unbeatable value for money, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. A huge thank‑you to every single member of the team.

Tesis hem yeni hemde manzara olarak mükemmeldi. Otel sahibi Adam çok kibar ve misafirperverdi. Otele ilk girişte içecek ikramında bulundu. Bizi her gördüğünde her şeyin iyi olup olmadığını ve bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordu. Bunlara ek olarak girişte odamızı upgrade etti. 4. Katta kocaman balkonu olan kocaman bir odada konakladık. Oda tertemizdi özellikle banyo. Odada ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı. Kettle, kahve, çay, şişe su, peçete ve daha sayamadıklarım. Klima iyi çalışıyordu hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Wifi çekiyordu. Minibar yeterince soğutuyordu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Öncesinde yine içecek ikramı ardından çay/kahve eşliğinde kahvaltı geldi. Tost ve omlet seçeneği soruldu. Ek olarak Kruvasan, peynir çeşidi, reçel, salatalık, muz gibi şeyler vardı. Yeterliydi. Otel konumuda güzeldi. Gezilecek tarihi mekanlara araçla yakın mesafede. Tekneyle taksiden uygun fiyata otele ulaşabiliyorduk. Veya yine aynı yolla otelden tam luksor müzesi veya luksor tapınağının önündeki iskelede inebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca sakin sahil kasabası gibi bir bölgede olması büyük avantajdı.Yanında bakkal, yerel yemek dükkanları, hediyelik dükkanlar vardı. Ve fiyatları uygundu. Biz akşam yemeklerine de yürüyerek gidebildik ve çok memnun kaldık. 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde büyük bir park,gezi alanı vardı akşam burda vakit geçirdik. Bir kadın olarak kendimi güvende hissettiğim bir lokasyondu. Personeller sıcak kanlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Her sorumuza ve ihtiyacımıza bıkmadan cevap verdiler. Eşim buranın yöresel kıyafetinden istedi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş onu kendi motoruyla merkezde yerel bir dükkana götürdü ve yardımcı oldu. Bunu yaparken bahşiş bile istemedi. Tüm ailemize burayı önerdik. İyi ve huzurlu bir konaklama için mükemmel bir otel.

This place is excellent , very clean and neat the staffs are very supportive . They breakfast provided was also good . It’s next to Niel boat station has a beautiful view of Niel from the rooms . The walking area infront of the hotel is beautiful during the evening . There are also lot of nice restaurants nearby . This place has good wifi connectivity as well . Highly recommend at Luxor West Bank . The Adam especially is taking care of everything got the guest .

Mohammed and his family made this the best holiday ever. The service was excellent especially Adam and Mustafa. They made me feel like I was part of the family. The hotel is newly refurbished and you can tell. The views are amazing. From my room on the top floor you can see the opposite bank and the Nile for miles. The gents organised all my excursions including the Valley of the Kings, Queens and Workers, Luxor and Karnak temple. My guide Hadji was highly knowledgeable, caring and funny. The felucca ride with Cpt Ahmed was amazing. So I took it out again the next day but this time at night. Will be going to Luxor again and will definitely be staying at the Nile Castle.

Spacious room, very clean, great view over the Nile and towards Luxor temple. Large, comfortable bed. Got a free room upgrade because it was very quiet! Great value for money. Location is well-suited for tours on the west bank, and the public ferry to the city is a 5-minute walk away (or you can take a motorboat). Staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours and transfers, especially Adam was always available and willing to help. Breakfast was great, good variety (eggs, bread, fresh juice, yoghurt, rice pudding). Food in the restaurant was among the best I've had in my stay in Egypt!

Only a minor issue: the room had several gaps around the door and window, leading to bad insulation (room heats up quickly without AC on) and mosquitos were able to enter the room.

We've stayed a few times before the renovations and loved it. Right on the West bank (the quiet side of the Nile) overlooking the Nile. With the renovations - WOW! European standard rooms/bathrooms. Every room has a balcony. The property has a LIFT! We love this place so much, we extended our stay (again!). Peaceful environment. Wonderful owner, Mo. Fabulous staff - Mustafa in the restaurant; the VERY elegant older gentleman serving breakfast, the reception staff - very helpful to book trips and give information; the cleaners. Very good breakfast included. The restaurant is also open for purchase meals/drinks/dinner in an elegant, peaceful, air conditioned environment. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Wonderful value for money.

The rooms were amazing - very spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Muhammad was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a room with an awesome balcony overlooking the Nile, which was a great surprise. The hotel is located right on the riverbank, so the views are beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. We never felt hesitant to ask for help, and they were always happy to assist. We also booked a hot air balloon ride and a private Luxor tour through the hotel, and both were excellent experiences. The breakfast was quite simple, but everything served was fresh and of good quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

The hotel has an on-site restaurant, which is quite expensive, and honestly the food didn’t feel worth the price. However, there are several good restaurants nearby that are a much better option. One drawback during our stay was that the lift wasn’t working, which made moving around the hotel a bit less comfortable.

Hay variedad de restaurantes en la zona y también el hotel cuenta con un muy buen restaurante. Nos permitieron hacer uso de la habitación hasta última hora de la tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía a la noche. Muy limpio. Las instalaciones impecables. Muy atento todo el personal. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall standard of the hotel was very high. The location was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Adam, who was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. i have been here for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything is perfect, all the hotel receptionist took care me very well, especially Adam, really nice, kind and enthusiasm. The service is good also. I had a wonderful stay at Nile Castle. The hotel itself was very good, clean, comfortable and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Adam. He was always incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His hospitality really made the trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor and would happily stay here again.

It was a very quite and excellent place right by the nile river and amazing sunrise view with beautiful views on the lights of east bank at night and there is plenty of motorboats cheap and practical and the public ferry is really cheap as well and near the hotel

Obiekt znajduje się przy promenadzie na Zachodnim Brzegu. Przeszedł niedawno gruntowną modernizację. W obiekcie znajduje się winda. Pokoje są nowoczesne i dobrze urządzone. W naszym pokoju mieliśmy taras, który sprzyjał relaksowi z widokiem na Nil. Pokoje, pościel, łazienka - czyste. Łóżka wygodne. W pokoju klimatyzacja, TV, lodówka i czajnik. Na dachu ogólnodostępny taras. Śniadania są restauracji hotelowej, która oferuje też obiady, ale w okolicy jest też sporo innych miejsc, gdzie można zjeść.

Do poprawy transfery i przejazdy lokalne. Ceny są zbliżone do cen w agencjach turystycznych, ale jakość jest znacząco niższa. Kompletną porażką był transfer powrotny na lotnisko, gdzie kierowca przyjechał rozgrzanym i niezbyt czystym samochodem. Przed wjazdem na teren lotniska, zasugerował żebyśmy wysiedli wcześniej i przeszli kawałek pieszo. Ostatecznie - po krótkiej dyskusji - podjechał pod terminal. Wrażenia na koniec nieprzyjemne. Nie zapomnijcie zabrać czegoś na komary, bo w maju było ich całkiem sporo.

We had an extremly pleasant stay at Nile Castle ! The location is amazing, view on the Nile, quiet surroundings, clean and comfortable room, we even had an free of charge upgrade room. All the staff is super nice and at your service when you need it. The place also offers you several trip, easy way to visit this wonderful city, with rich history ! A big thanks to Adam, a young and brilliant host, i hope to see you again ;)

Everything was so perfect in this hotel.. We were in honeymoon and they made upgrade for a beautiful room with Nile view and they arranged the bed with flowers and they brought us fruits in the room. Our terrace was soooo big and we had Nile view.. And the sunset also was so beautiful.. In the evening we had all the terrace for us and we could enjoy the tranquility of the Nile. Beautifully perfect. The location was on the Nile Cornishe so we found a lot of restaurants to eat in the evening, but the hotel also has its own restaurant and the prices are good. In the morning we had breakfast included, continental breakfast: omelette, cheese and cucumbers, butter, rice with milk, yogurt and fruits. They also gave us mango fresh juice and coffe or tea. Fair enough for the price we have paid. The room was sooo big and clean and modern style, but the Nile view and the terrace made everything more perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone this hotel, the price is more then nice for the services that they provide. We will be back again! 💛

Malheureusement quelques manquants qui permettraient d'améliorer grandement la prestation de l'hôtel et qui sont importants pour les vacances: •Comme notre chambre, qui était du coté d'une marre, ce qui veut dire beaucoup de moustiques , et pas de moustiquaire! •Aucune climatisation ou ventilateur dans la chambre. 》Du coup dévorés et chaud! ●Grande chambre et sdb mais juste penser ajouter quelques détails et se sera top pour un meilleur confort .

Nile Castle is a wonderful choice of hotel on the West Bank of Luxor. Away from the hassle and noise of the East bank and perfectly situated for Valley of the Kings etc. so friendly, so clean and could not be more helpful. Wonderful rooms with views straight onto the Nile to spend the heat of the afternoon watching the boat traffic and the temple across the water.

I stayed here with my husband (on our 10 year anniversary trip) for 6 days on the West Bank of Luxor, and it was such a wonderful experience. Mohamed and the staff were incredibly responsive, kind, welcoming and generous with their time. Every morning we enjoyed lovely breakfasts with fresh juice, eggs, toast, yogurt, and more. (On a day when we had an early tour, the staff came in early for us so we could have breakfast, and another day they made us a 'to go' box. Amazing service really.) They helped arrange an excellent tour and could accommodate just about anything we needed like hotel pickup, trips to the main sights, felucca rides, boat taxis, and more. The rooms have been newly renovated, and we especially loved spending quiet time relaxing on our balcony watching the boats drift down the Nile. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of Mohamed really (and his Scottish accent!). Even some of the local vendors we met while walking through the streets spoke highly of his kindness and reputation. We truly felt cared for during our stay and are already hoping to come back again next year, inshallah.

美しい景色が見えるのでバルコニールームがおすすめです。 朝早くツアーに出なければいけなかったので朝ごはんをキャンセルする旨を伝えるとアダムがランチパックを作ってくれました。 外の騒がしい客引きに疲れ、ホテルに帰るともう出たくないくらいでした。 クーラーもしっかり効いていて、部屋もリノベーションしてあるようでとても綺麗で快適でした。

La habitación era increiblemente grande, las camas muy cómodas. Si bien el centro está del otro lado del río, es MUY simple cruzar con los botes que te llevan y traen. Sinceramente le hospedaje es muy lindo y cómodo, volvería a este lugar.

Como la mayoría de los hospedajes en Egipto, no hay asensores. Nos tocó una habitación en el 4to piso (creo que es el último). Mas allá de esto, el hospedaje es realmente lindo, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado.

Excellent!!! Amazing people and services they provided and made our trip really joyful👍 ! The view is amazing! The hotel is very new and clean and even though we experienced the problem with the hot and cold water when we shower and they provides immediate solutions! Especially thank you Nasser who worked in the restaurant for his kindness and care.

We heard the escalator will be working after one day when we check in but it never works. I don't know when will it work but if you have knee problems I recommend you call the hotel before you book. The stairs are quite steep!

Tolles Hotel. Lage sehr gut. Serviceteam, beim Chef angefangen, super freundlich und wunderbare Gastgeber. Alles im Haus ist neu/ renoviert. Ich hab mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Strongly recommended! Great location on the west bank, quiet place, lots of shops and cafes around. Huge clean room with a view of the Nile, delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. They gave me a more comfortable room with a balcony without extra charge

Başta konaklamamızı Batı ve Doğu Yakası olarak planlamıştık, ancak Nile Castle’daki ilk gecemizden çok memnun kalınca planımızı değiştirip 3 geceyi de Batı Yakası’nda geçirdik. Batı Yakası; daha sakin, manzarası güzel ve Doğu Yakası’na sadece 10–15 dakikada ulaşılabilmesiyle bizim için çok daha keyifliydi. Otel yeni ve oldukça temiz. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitli, çalışanlar ise her konuda çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Özellikle Omar’a, samimiyeti ve her an destek olması sayesinde kendimizi evimizde hissettirdiği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Sık seyahat eden bir çift olarak otelin genelinden çok memnun kaldık. Sadece asansör ve internetle ilgili küçük sorunlar vardı, ancak otelin yeni olması ve bölgesel altyapı nedeniyle bunun kısa sürede çözüleceğini düşünüyoruz. Mısır’a seyahat ediyorsanız Luksor’u mutlaka rotanıza ekleyin. Konaklama için Nile Castle’ı kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz; transfer dahil her konuda Omar’dan destek almanızı öneririz.

Wi-Fi bağlantısında bazı sorunlar vardı; bunun büyük ihtimalle bölgesel altyapıdan kaynaklandığını düşünüyoruz. Ayrıca asansör de muhtemelen otelin yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olması nedeniyle henüz hizmete alınmamıştı.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Especially Ahmed and Yasyn, their kindness made all the difference. We also booked tours through the hotel, and everything was seamless and really enjoyable. We would happily stay l next time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The hotel is brand new , the staff are all very friendly and helpful , our room had a balcony onto the nile with an outstanding view snd was very comfortable ,its easy to get about using private nile taxi boats , breakfast was lovely , served by the wonderful Nassr , we had a lovely 4 days here

10/10 Hotel. Friendly staff, good host, clean building and room, good breakfast, great location in West Bank. For west bank its definitely one of the more premium hotels, worth the price. They were always offering us water, tea, juice, etc. You need to cross to East Bank for main attractions but it is just a 5 minute motorboat for very cheap. Definitely recommend.

We were greeted by amazing people the hotel is beautiful and clean. Beautiful view of the river Nile. Mohammed organized everything both the transport and tours in Luxor and Cairo. We had the best experience there. All praise for him and the hotel employees

É um hotel que parece ter sido remodelado há pouco tempo com uma vista direta para o East Bank de Luxor. Quarto enorme e impecável, e funcionários de topo em termos de simpatia e ajuda. O Amre foi um dos que nos ajudou no que precisámos, e ajuda quem quer passar de barco para o outro lado pelo preço mais justo. Se um dia voltar, sem dúvida que voltaria a este hotel. Pequeno-almoço também muito bom.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et se soucient vraiment de savoir si tout va bien, nous avions réservé une chambre sans vue sur le Nil et le directeur nous a gentiment proposé un surclassement afin de pouvoir profiter de la vue sans frais supplémentaires. La nourriture est très bonne surtout le chicken curry tajine que je recommande. L’emplacement est bien plus calme que sur la rive en face, et on peut traverser en bateau et pour pas très chère ce qui est interessant. De plus les départ en felouque se trouvent aussi sur cette rive.

One of the cleanest hotels we stayed at in Egypt, with an excellent breakfast (make sure to ask for the fresh mango juice!). The hotel manager was always willing to help us with anything we needed and was able to arrange transportation and a hot air balloon ride at some of the best prices we found compared to online platforms. The staff was extremely polite and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Le problème est l odeur d égout dans la salle de bain qui gâche malheureusement la qualité de l hotel qui est très bien. Personnel jeunes est très bien très sympathique.

房间里都很新很干净环境确实不错，感觉是目前在埃及住到最像酒店的地方，性价比很高，早餐也很好就餐环境和河景（酒店的项目一个都不要参加，例如机场20刀和打车200埃镑区别…

如果忽略308没有热水，换到204房间里又没沙发，2楼窗景都是房子和垃圾外。因为多住一天，前一晚没洗澡就没管热水的事，第二天一早出去玩反馈308没有热水的情况，这边的效率就是拖，说你回来就修好了，一身汗必须要洗澡发现还是没热水，拉扯半天终于换房，经理还问我开心吗（很难开心）

Newly renovated with fresh clean rooms. Omar and the team were always on hand to help, even when we had a problem with the room on the first night, they were swift resolve the issue. Also the free breakfast is better than what you’ll find in most places.
