The room wasn't spacious, but old and dark, not really enjoyable - Hard to watch TV - TV screens was in not in front of the bed but on the side . The balcony was really small ! Bathroom also was very very small , cramped and uncomfortable Not good value for money .

The only problem I had was that you didn’t let them know I changed the checkout date that you approved and they were going to charge me for the extra day. I showed them your confirmation and they accepted it but said you should have let them know. Other than that, all was good.

The fire suppression sprinkler dripped continuously for the two days we were there and the air handling system was very noisy. Our sleep was interrupted by both for the two nights we were there.

The bathroom is a little small and could use some updates.

For the price, you’re better off at the Hutchinson resort. They charge resort fees and it’s not a resort. They are a hotel. The pool amenities and bar are outdated and there is no restaurant on site. Coffee was from a machine and was not good. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was disappointed the first night. Bringing my family and grandkids with us for their grandparents' funeral services, that my oldest grandson had to be terrified by a huge huntsman spider in the bathroom after showering. Within inches of him when opening the towel to dry off. Steve was very accommodating and moved them to a new room immediately. Thank you, Steve. Grateful that did not ruin our whole stay.

Bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Our balcony was very sturdy and clean I loved the see through glass. The beach was super clean. Only thing was I wish they provided beach chairs that you didn’t have to pay for. Parking was easy and very cheap. Great restaurants I. The area. Hotel staff was very friendly and outgoing would definitely return
