Reviewed Oct 15, 2023War für eine Nacht okay, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber Frühstück auch am Wochenende nur bis 10 Uhr. Einfahrt zum Hotel war nicht eindeutig zu erkennen, begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen

Reviewed Apr 19, 2019Pleasant hotel with excellent service Spent a couple of nights - room and facilities were functional practical and clean, quiet rooms. Breakfast enjoyable - the breakfast service was good, courteous and helpful. The service level was excellent as I speak only a little German. I managed to lose a set of house keys - after an initial call the hotel did call back to say they had not found them. I was very pleased and surprised to receive an email the following day from the hotel with a photo of the lost keys found in the car park - the hotel has forwarded free of charge - well done and thank you very much

Reviewed Feb 27, 2019It was my birthday on Monday and the hotel gave me a beautiful surprise birthday cake and a reserved talk. Now that is customer service at its highest. Thank you to all the staff at the Ardey Hotel.
