Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt

The hotel is very well located, close to both the city centre and a lovely park. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is large and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a very good selection and high-quality food. The hotel is also very pet-friendly — the staff are welcoming, open-minded and genuinely happy to accommodate guests travelling with animals. We had a really lovely stay and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would happily recommend this hotel, especially to anyone looking for a convenient location, a comfortable room, a great breakfast, and a genuinely welcoming place to stay with a pet.

Nothing

Wszystko 😊 piękny apartament, doskonale,śniadania,miła obsługa

allgemein alles gut

Ansonsten alles tipptop!“

A great hotel for an overnight stay outside the city, with convenient access to the airport. It’s a basic hotel, suitable for a short stay, but nothing more than that. hotel restaurant is very delicious, with excellent service.

**Nothing.**

bardzo wygodny i czysty pokój, dobre śniadanie, duży, bezpłatny parking, cisza i spokój, można zwiedzić starówkę Wiener Neustadt

We needed an accessible room with a shower for my mother who's in a wheelchair, but got the one with a bath instead. It was manageable but challenging

Pomimo, że duża to w naszym przypadku kłopot. Moim zdaniem powinny być dwie mniejsze. To jedyne co można by poprawić. Moim zdaniem.

Rummet stort och fräscht. Härliga sängar. Väldigt god frukost. Trevlig lounge. Utmärkt bar och restaurang. Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Bardzo dobre, wyszukane

Menu dla dzieci w restauracji

alles perfect

A pótágy viszont iszonyat kényelmetlen.

Összességében elégedettek voltunk a szállással!

A folyosó és a szoba padlószőnyegéből állott szag áradt, valószínůleg a meleg miatt, ám ez jó vegyszerekkel könnyen kiküszöbölhető lenne. A szellőztetés átmenetileg segített.

Pyszne śniadania, cisza w pokoju, żelazko i deska do prasowania, duże wygodne łóżko

W tych czasach to juz standard.

Location is great

Large rooms, comfortable beds and bathrooms, clean, nice staff

Room was very clean and spacious, very well equipped, I appreciated the ironing machine. Very nice selection for breakfast.

Bett, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück, Fitnessraum

Everything was perfect and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the parking facilities and the restaurant.

The only thing I would have preferred was to have independent control of the air conditioning in my room. However, I have to say that the receptionist was very helpful and quickly solved the issue by adjusting it centrally.

Alles perfekt.

Gerne wieder.

Sehr preiswertes Zimmer für 1 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder, tolles Frühstück

Friendly staff, good location and breakfast.

Additional bed was not prepared when we arrived and I had to it in the middle of the night on my own. I found NAILS on the table next to my bed!!!! Bed sheet looked like it had been used before.

Świetny hotel. Trudno się przyczepić do czegoś. Rozmiar pokoju odpowiedni. Darmowy parking z 4 ładowarkami EV. Bogate śniadanie. W pokoju ekspres do kawy, żelazko, suszarka.

Wszystko super!

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Clean room , laundry room and gym.

We booked a family room with a connecting door, but upon arrival, we were given two adjacent rooms without a door. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn't work in either of them. The staff then split us into separate, non-adjacent rooms—where the AC didn't work either. Unfortunately, we were forced to pack and move three separate times. The air in the rooms was completely stagnant and suffocating, turning our stay into a nightmare of sweltering heat and sleeplessness. We specifically chose a hotel with air conditioning knowing the weather would be extremely hot (39°C / 102°F), but this completely failed to meet basic standards. While the rooms themselves were clean, and the gym and laundry room were comfortable, the staff was unhelpful throughout the ordeal. As a resolution, management eventually offered a 15% discount. In our opinion, this is not how a professional hotel should operate.

Freundlicher Personal … gutes Essen …. Sauber….

-

Very convenient location and close to the park. Quiet neighborhood and surroundings.

Not precise information about total cost on booking.com vs info at the check-in, i.e. taxes. No sheets and blankets for the sofa, provided at request by very kind receptionist.

Lokalizacja

Klima zle działała a byly upały

Alles

Modern interiors; a typical business hotel. An interesting location in a small park, very close to the town center.

Everything was fine.

Komfortowy przestronny pokój, czysto, nowocześnie, darmowy parking przy samym hotelu, blisko autostrady.

Śniadania mało urozmaicone, poza tym wszystko ok

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Clean and modern

Nothing

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. A bathtub in the bathroom.

No complaints, all good.

Całodobowa obsługa w recepcji. Winda.Wygodne łóżka. Wanna w łazience

Die Lage und der Service!

Hotel ma wiele plusów. Zacznijmy od idealnej lokalizacji. W samym centrum miasteczka, przy parku z dużym placem zabaw. Komfortowe pokoje z mega wygodnymi materacami.

Located in city center close to main square (5 min walk). Very good breakfast - selection of various meals. Parking nearby. Great place to stop for short stay when going south for vacation.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel. Der praktische Wäscheraum mit Bügelbrett. Das leckere Frühstück.

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet mind a recepción, mind a reggelinél.

everything was good.

Vīnes pievārtē lieliska pieturas vieta pie parka un vēsturiskām ēkām, ļoti ērts un plašs numurs, lielisks restorāns un ļoti laipns personāls.

Viss bija labi.

Good hotel for transit close to highway

Service in the restaurant could be better

Lokalizacja i duzy parking, obsluga
