Tal vez el que la música muy monótona, podría ser más variado considerando que los pasajeros somos de distintas generaciones.

The communal areas are not clean, that includes sinks, fridges, work surfaces, floors We carry a PDI document when we arrive in Chile. this hostel was happy to take our money, but did not ask for this and consequently we were charged the tax.

Te cobran el 19% aunque seas extranjero y presentes el PDI. Aquí en Booking te dicen que para estar exento de pagarlo tienes que realizar el pago en dólares pero al llegar allí sólo te dan opción a pagar en pesos. Un mes en chile y es la primera vez que me pasa, lamentable que quieran aprovecharse así de la gente. Además de eso la música extremadamente alta (a pesar de que el bar estaba totalmente vacío). Otra cosa, está en una zona que no es ni mucho menos segura para caminar en la noche.

The location is behind what is basically a strip and it is very loud. The hostel didn’t have much of a social vibe or any group activities organised. The showers either have good power or hot water but not both.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Dorm room was modern with a/c and the bathroom was spotless. There was a large courtyard with a lot of natural light. The facilities were clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very secure with 24hr reception.
Water was luke warm but the weather was hot so tolerable. They play loud music all day until midnight. After that, there is a deep buzz coming from the surrounding clubs well into the night and it was only Monday.

Por el precio que pagas en una privada, podrían poner tele en las habitaciones, sé que es un hostel pero deberían saber los que van a hospedarse que es difícil dormir ya que tenes boliches enfrente y al lado y se escucha música fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche: la ducha no sale con presión, salía 5 segundos con presión y después bajaba hasta 10 segundos sin presión.

So noisy at night it was impossible to sleep! The building was vibrating with bass music. Toilet didn't always flush. Breakfast v poor. What they called granola was just dry porridge oats.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026O Hostel é bem acolhedor, todos os colaboradores são gentis e prestativos, a localização é um ponto a se destacar, perto de tudo, e das linhas de metrô, as camas são ótimas, e os quartos são preservados.
Levei um susto quando cheguei porque tive que pagar quase R$300 em taxas e impostos, praticamente dois terços do valor total da hospedagem anunciada pela booking. O quarto em que fiquei dava pra escutar som de balada até as 3/4 da manhã, isso prejudicava demais o sono, além de que o hostel em si, tem som muito alto durante o dia nos finais de semana. Senti falta também de uma ventilação no quarto, ventilador ou ar condicionado, visto que era um quarto sem janelas.

Facilities were very basic - but it’s a hostel what do you expect. We only had hot water once for the 3 nights we were there. I think it’s supposed to be a party hostel as they had a DJ playing music in the common room but there was only like 4 people staying in the hostel so it was just abit unnecessary. It did finish at 11pm though.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026This spot was picked out by a friend for us to stay. I would say the beds were comfy, the common area was nice to hang out and work on my laptop, and the staff was always super nice. Plus, the rooms and bathrooms were always clean.
If the air conditioner in the bunk rooms wasn't on for a specific period of time, it was absolutely miserable. We were there end of October/early November. I would have to go to the front desk and request they turned on the air because you weren't able to do so on your own in the bunk room (no remote or switch available) and they have a switch they can flip on an iPad behind the front desk to turn it on. Some nights the room temp was nice and a reasonable temperature but others, an outrageously hot, trapped sweltering heat

Acho que eles podiam deixar mais explicitado o barulho que se tem da rua. Apesar de fornecerem protetores auriculares, ainda se é possivel ouvir as casas de shows ao redor, e todos os dias tem alguma balada ou show (que vão ate as 4am). Alem disso era bom deixar claro que eles não aceitam cartão de debito para pagamento, eu estava usando wise e tive que fazer um malabarismo bancario para conseguir sacar a grana e pagar em pesos.

El trato del personal muy bueno, amables y atentos. En especial agradecer a Khristie, Florencia, Laura, por la simpatía y buena disposición, también por los tour a lugares turísticos. Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La struttura è carina. I dormitori sono nuovi. Alcuni piccoli, ma con bagno in camera. Ci sono molti bagni disponibili. In reception ci sono tisane gratis disponibili. C'è una bella area coworking per stare al pc. Bar grande con biliardo. Alcune sere fanno il barbecue. Hanno lavanderia a gettoni con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
La stanza era sporca. Nel lati dei letti c'era sporco accumulato. La zona è piena di pub, discoteche che fanno rumore tutte le notti. Se non hai i tappi non dormi. Una sera, le ragazze dello staff hanno fatto karaoke fino ad oltre mezzanotte ignorando il fatto che gli ospiti volessero dormire. La metropolitana è lontana.

O barulho. É um hostel mas também um espaço de festas que adentram a madrugada com música extremamente alta. Também logo pela manhã já ligam o som ambiente em volume mediano, o que pode atrapalhar o sono.

Barulho da vizinhança durante a noite, existem muitos clubes noturnos na região e sempre escapa barulho até tarde.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026אחלה הוסטל, חדרים נוחים אבל טיפוס במדרגות כל פעם למעלה. ההוסטל ממש גדול ויש הרבה איזורים חברתיים להיות בהם. יש אבטחה 24/07 וההוסטל נמצא בשכונה ממש נעימה. אחלה מקלחות ושירותים.
כל פעם צריך לטפס במדרגות כדי לעלות, המטבח לא כל כך מאובזר ודיי מגעיל.
