Up selling room. On check in we were told the room I tried to book was not available. However, paying for a package that includes afternoon tea would allow us to have the room we wanted - that was not available without the up- selling package.

Reviewed May 1, 2026The location. It is very close to Ba Den Mountain, 10 mins drive which makes it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area.
The staff did not seem particularly helpful and at times their attitude felt unwelcoming. The rooms also felt outdated and could use better maintenance. The breakfast buffet was quite limited with very few Western options. The hotel could improve significantly in terms of service, communication and dining options.

Thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng rồi nhưng vẫn phải có thẻ tín dụng để check, nên cuối cùng phải ck. Thanh toán 2 lần và đợi ngân hàng hoàn tiền lại sau. Cái này phải nhắc KH trước thì hay hơn

The staff is impeccably professional, always available without ever being intrusive. A special thank you to Ms. Nhung Tran at reception, who provided us with excellent guidance and assistance for our excursion around Tay Ninh. The hotel itself is remarkably well-appointed: tasteful decor, immaculate spaces, and a refined atmosphere. You can tell that every detail has been carefully considered to offer a high-end experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The hotel is a bit old so there are some wear and tear but nothing unacceptable. The breakfast didn’t taste as good as expected, but it was a fun experience regardless.

She managed the dinner for my wife’s birthday, and her pleasant smile and great service made the evening great. On a scale of 1-10 this hotel and their service is a “10”!!!
