Very clean and well kept. Needs some updating in the rooms. The servers and team are super accommodating and friendly.
Rooms especially bathrooms need updating.
Location to beach
Lots of public access which impacted parking locations
Very nice resort, close to the beach and very friendly staff.
The apartment was a bit dark. One room even without any window.
Ocean front room, Beach access and free activities, ocean view resturant.
After come back from beach, wish there is a water hole to wash sands before I enter the building,
The place was beautiful! Amazing breakfast and the beach in front of the property was just wonderful!
Our room was fine and it was clean. Noise levels at night were higher than we would have liked, but it wasn't bad. The grounds are lovely and the pool is nice. The housekeeping was excellent and regular, which I do appreciate. We could have done without the attitude of the desk clerk when we dared to ask for directions. This is a largish complex and finding your way around is not always easy. The resort has lots of activities, but be warned that you need to sign up for these super early.
We stayed at the attached Villas property and used many of the amenities of the Resort itself. The complimentary classes and activities were an awesome surprise that our kids loved, the location was fantastic being right on the beach and super close to Old Kōloa Town and other nearby beaches and sights, and overall we really loved the understated luxury feel of the property overall. Our only experience with Hawaiian resorts has been a huge resort in Waikiki, this resort felt like the complete opposite in all the best ways. It was mostly very quiet and peaceful, but still had plenty going on and also still felt appropriate and welcoming for people with kids. We also did the luau which was a huge highlight of our trip. My one piece of feedback that I do hope could be taken into consideration is to stay more on top of keeping the pool clean. It was windy and I’m giving people the benefit of the doubt that much of the trash that was floating in the pool has been blown in by the wind, and there was also a good amount of leaves and whatnot from the plants and trees, but my teenager wound up removing trash our second day in the pool because nobody else was. It definitely is an easily fixable issue, and it wasn’t detrimental to our stay by any means, but I’d love if we ever can come back, to not have to swim amongst plastic cups and debris in the pool. Overall we loved our stay at this resort and really do hope we get to return soon!
Beach pool area location we’re all good
Breakfast was not great
we had an oceanfront room
I understand that this is "Hawaii" and the expense to maintain a beachfront property does take it's toll on the wear and tear, however, having plastic cups to use was not what I expected.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Where do I start? Should I begin with the cockroaches? Which are actually so prevalent that they address it in a laminated card when you get to your room? Or the room service that doesn’t actually show up. This island is gorgeous but please spring the money and DO nOT STAY HERE….
The check-in was smooth and friendly, all the staff (as per usual in Hawaii) are amazing, and the grounds and location were wonderful. Lots of space on property, lots to do, even at adjacent properties. Pool area is great, albeit a touch small for the size of the property. Beaches are amazing. Bar and dining attached to the pool was nice, of course as expected a touch pricey. I was slightly disappointed in the rooms though. If someone blindfolded you and placed noise cancelling earphones on you and led you to your room, then revealed the room, you'd think you were at some Hampton Inn or something. It was just mid. Beds were comfortable, but it seemed dark and soul less. Especially the bathroom. They could at least reno the bath area, chuck the tub and put a nice glass standing shower. Retile with something not from the 90s. Overall a great stay though! A bit pricey for what you get room-wise, but it's Hawaii. What can I say.
The Sheraton Kauai Resort is very nice and very expensive. If you have lots of money, it's the place to go in Poipu.
The room, staff, and facilities were beautiful! Our kitchenette was fully stocked, and having a washer/dryer in the room is a huge win.
We just received our folio for our stay, and we were charged multiple different parking fees throughout the day when we were told that valet for the day was $30, whether we came in and out once or more than that, and that self-parking was $40/day. We valeted, and one of our days had almost $100 in parking fees! Very deceptive, and we were not happy with that at all. It seemed dishonest, especially when we asked specific questions about the fees.
We had an enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. If you're visiting Kauai, I highly recommend staying in the Poipu area. It's conveniently located for exploring the rest of the island, offers plenty of nearby dining options, and tends to be much drier than many other parts of Kauai. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and the staff left a nice card and a lei arrangement in our room upon arrival. The elite breakfast options were fairly basic but still good, and our room had plenty of space. Parking was free, and we never had any difficulty finding a spot. If I were to stay here again, the only change I would make would be to request a room that does not connect to another room. The guests next door were not being unusually loud, but sound carried easily through the connecting door at times, making it seem as though they were in our room, and we could hear much of their conversation clearly. Other than that, we had no issues!
Location was good
Staff when we arrived did not offer to explain all of the services/activities the hotel offers or what one should do in the area. It was very confusing to get to the parking/room. He did not even mention that I had paid for breakfast to be included until I mentioned it and said "Ah yes....". But then he did not mention which level of breakfast I had purchased. I did not even realize until I arrived at the breakfast, and the host told me that I booked the more premium breakfast option. ??? The room smelled like mold...I was coughing and sneezing. The bathtub did not look very clean. The place was disappointing in comparison to what was reflected in the photos.
My wife and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at this incredible resort at the end of January, and although this review is long overdue, the experience was so memorable that it’s still top of mind months later! From the moment we started planning our trip to the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, Alyssa from the concierge team went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary getaway would be special. Thank you, Alyssa, for helping set the stage for such an unforgettable stay! When we opened the door to our room, we were absolutely speechless. The ocean view upgrade was beyond anything we could have imagined—thank you! The view was truly breathtaking. As beautiful as the photos online are, they simply don’t do it justice. Seeing it in person is a completely different experience. In fact, we watched whales breaching from our balcony every single day—a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget. After settling in, we headed straight to the pool bar, where we were greeted by Ben. His warmth, hospitality, and friendly personality immediately made us feel welcome. Thank you, Ben! It was such a pleasure running into you throughout our stay, and you truly helped make the trip even more special. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Every interaction left us feeling genuinely cared for, and it was clear that everyone took pride in creating memorable experiences for guests. We felt spoiled, celebrated, and completely at home from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
One od the best locations on the island, it has beach front and , and one mile down is monk turtles and turtles at Poipu Beach. The surf though comes in right at shoreline , so boogie boarding was not like California catching a wave 3-5 feet alittle out. I though the waves were Hugh in Hawaii, but not here like 2-3 feet,,,too much breaking right at shore line,,,kinda of dangerous rip tides to even for adults to get back to shore. Rooms that are ocean front to the right of the pool area located two buildings over are the best and are quiet . The room was clean overall, the air conditioning sounded weird at times,,maybe time to change it it ,,,above I could hear a few times room hot water make high pitched sound on next floor above. But, balcony right at oceanfront , quiet overall, beds comfortable , and walking distance to pool and beach. Their activities were free for most of the time. You can make bead bracelets, Lei, paint, do yoga, etc ......Lava Restaurant , I ate 2x , their food is just ok, if you're hungry and don't want to go offsite. One night ,I had pork ribs and potato salad that was pretty decent. The next morning my sister and I had 2 pancakes ,some yogurt, juice , and fruit. The bill was 55.00 which is total rip off. The hotel staff cleaning rooms works hard and the front desk was nice. I would recommend it for location .
The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Despite our late arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Another thoughtful touch was the refresh room available after check-out, where guests can take a shower and change before continuing their journey. A very convenient feature that made our departure much more comfortable.
At over $600 per night, we were expecting a more professional experience. The room itself was spacious, and the ocean view was truly beautiful. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the activities they advertised. Unfortunately, none of them took place during our stay because the staff member responsible for organizing them was sick. While unforeseen circumstances happen, we felt the hotel should have had a backup plan in place. To make matters worse, we were charged for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. The issue was eventually resolved, but it added unnecessary frustration to what should have been a seamless stay.
The property is beautiful. The landscaping is beautiful. Loved the lei making class, Tammy was great!
Our studio was in the back, but it was still nice. Parking was a little difficult if you came back to resort later.
Honestly-everything! It is on the best beach, our villa was nicely laid out and so great to have a kitchen, staff was incredible with daily bed making and tidying and the pools and amenities were fabulous! Loved morning yoga on the beach every day! I wasn’t really sure what to expect with the resort and villas layout but it worked out great. It’s all one big open property and you can go and use anything. We loved the chill vibe of the villas pool and the resort pool was great for people watching:) Beds were very comfy and blackout curtains in both bedroom and living room were perfect. Kind staff and just a wonderful place to stay!
Nothing!
- Great access to a more or less private beach - Clean
What isn’t clear about this hotel is that these are partly owned apartments. And the Sheraton hotel is actually over the road. So your booking depends on which apartments are available to rent out. The 1st one we were given had a very pungent funky smell. This was disappointing because we were on honeymoon. The 2nd apartment we were given, after complaining, was very close to a noisy generator which disturbed the peace and tranquility of the place. Sadly there were no other apartments available for us to move a 3rd time (and apparently we couldn’t have a room at the Sheraton hotel over the road because they are separate businesses) so we had to stay in a not so idyllic room. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price and I think the 9 rating is a bit shocking. I stay at a lot of 9 rated hotels and this feels a bit generous.
Si no alquilaste auto estás complicado.
Beautiful resort with access to beach. Comfortable rooms that can accommodate 6 adults.
The layout and amenities inside the room were really well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows could have been better.
The food at the Lava's poolside restaurant was underwhelming. Specifically the poke nachos, sounded good, but execution was really off.
Site, plage
Manque de parking, réception peu accueillante
Beach front location with sandy beach. Small retail park with restaurants within walking distance. The staff we spoke with gave good advice. Don’t miss the turtles on Poipu beach.
Long drawn out wait to book in even though I had done the advance online check in. Said room would be ready by 4pm had to wait until 4.45! On doing the (complete waist of time)“turn down service” the room door was left open.
This is a great facility with a great staff! Our ocean front room was fantastic! The entire staff made our stay wonderful. Easy to get to all the sites. We will stay here again when we return next year!
The Villas were wonderful. I had a studio with full kitchen and laundry. Great balcony and view. Full access to the Hotel. Both places have their own pools and a beach at the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The villas are great for families. Looked at many places to stay.
Cleaning services were a little difficult to work around. There was no consistency when they arrived.
Great location and very clean.
NA
GRACE!!! She was absolutely wonderful. She checked us in for our stay, made us feel welcomed and gave us some fantastic tips that helped enhance our trip! Thank you Grace! Thinking of your kind smile as we make our way back to Maine. Take care ❤️
Wonderful location. Extremely family friendly. Staff is warm and seem to love their jobs and care about their patrons. People go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The set up of beach and pool access is so easy for a family. Highly recommend.
We had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. It would have been been better with a screen door. The grounds were beautiful, it was very quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed the artwork.
It was the last week of February and since the pool wasn't heated, it was too cold for me.
This Sheraton / Marriott Bonvoy is nice but still average . Our room ( 4106) was one with a connecting door and this must lower the sound-proofing because the lively kids next door were very noisy until after midnight ! The room itself was fine , the pool area and gym are nice , the RumFire and Lava restaurants are also nice . It’s just a very big resort , but even tho it didn’t seem to be full I was not able to get a late checkout so for a visitor with a late WestJet flight at 10.50pm the checkout time of 10am with no late option is not great …… Also the parking is NOT free, my invoice shows $40 per day . So it is nice but I will look for a different location next time .
Our group of 6 absolutely loved this resort. My parents took us and my sister and her husband. Maybe March will be my new preferred time to come here because the weather was just perfect. Even the rainiest days meant best waves in the ocean for play. We even went in the pool while it was pouring rain. My heart was so happy. It was never cold at all. My favorite parts of this place was the 2 min walk to beach from our ocean front room. My other favorite part was the unbusy vibe. The pool was never full, seats were always open. My favorite were the lounge chairs on the grass in front of the beach. We loved the fun waves, the Shops 15 min walk away and the Lava restaurant. We ate there most mornings and on rainy evenings. Super clean rooms, ease of towels, and renting things for the beach. We ate at Kenjis in Old town Koloa as we came to town. Amazing food. We ate at Savage Shrimp (cheapest dinner) at the Shops. We treated ourselves to Brenneckes on the Beach in Poipu and saw the turtles there on the beach as well. Amazing food. We ate at Holoholo at the Marriot resort and it was good but Lava was a favorite. We stayed here a full week and saw the beaches by Princeville and visited Waimea Canyon another day. We all loved the Blue Dolphin sunset whale watch (the cheapest thing we did.). We could have stayed out all night it was so magical. It was a gift for sure for our family. My only problem was getting to our room. we walked from Bldg 1 to Bldg 2 and never saw signs. My parents are older so it was a bit of trudgery with all the suitcases. Finding elevators on the first day made it difficult.
We spent two weeks staying on the beach side at the Sheraton Kauai Resort in Feb 2026. Except for the weather / high winds and rain for a week it was a wonderful stay. We rented some cabanas, sat by the pool and took some excursions that the resort helped us plan. The food was wonderful at both Lavas and Rum Fire. I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Kauai Resort. I special shoutout to the Manager of the pool and beach activities, Joshua. I experienced a minor medical event and was trying to get to a med clinic. We had no rental car and was having difficulties getting a Uber or Taxi to respond. We approached Joshua and asked for assistance. He said he would take care of it and in five minutes we were on our way. My event was a little more serious than I thought and after the med clinic visit I was transferred and had a three day hosiptal stay. Had it not been for Joshua stepping up and acting as quickly as he did it could have been a worst situation. After I returned to the resort for the rest of my stay I had a chance to thank Joshua and asked him why did he go out of his way to help us? It was not his responsibility. He told me that I was a guest of the resort and that they think of guests as family. If the General Manager reads this review, you should know that Joshua is an outstanding ambassador for Sheraton Kauai Resort and he should be recognized for his outstanding service to us. Thank you Joshua for all your help and assistance with getting me to the Med Clinic!!!
Roach infested hotel. Moved to three different rooms all with the same problem. Roaches were on the nightstands, bathrooms and walls. Yes it’s tropical and raining but these were big roaches and multiple in every room. The room is dated and old. The air conditioning is loud. The towels are ripped. But the worst thing was all the roaches. We had to keep all bags closed throughout the trip to keep them out of our bags. Horrible vacation. Ruined our trip. We were not compensated or anything. All they kept saying was “sorry they come out when it rains.” It rains every day on the island. That is an excuse. Been to Hawaii many times and never had this problem at any other hotel. Checked out early and went to another hotel on our last night.
Before covid my husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 week stays and always splurged on the 4th floor overlooking the beach and ocean as one cannot beat that view. We now rent a condo but we always visit the Sheraton Kauai Resort because we enjoy both RumFire and Lavas. The staff always remember us and warmly welcomes us with a special shout out to Benjie and Noel at RumFire, Gina at Lavas and David who manages both locations. Meeting the General Manager was a highlight and Katie personally arranged for our dinner reservations at RumFire as we arrived on Valentines Day. The filet mignons that were personally presented by the Executive Chef were outstanding and probably the best we've ever eaten. The Chef also surprised and delighted us on another evening with an incredible seafood and rice dinner. We've been visiting this property off and on for approximately 12 years and again it's because of the great beach location, the ambience but especially the wonderful staff. Thanks to all of you and hope to see you again next year! Patty & Mike
Breakfast was awesome! Loved the Lava Cafe! Best location on the island..jmo.
Wonderful ambience at this Bonvoy property. Would definitely recommend. My room on the 4th floor overlooked the pool and the beach. Just perfect. The beach was great for walking on, and viewing monk seals and turtles that were frequent visitors. Great location. Employees were friendly and efficient. A little bit of a “laid back” vibe which is definitely to my liking. Plenty of places to sit around the property, and the free activities made for a nice change of pace. My lava rock bracelet will be a constant reminder of a great trip.
The grounds were gorgeous, the yoga was a great way to start the day, the pool and hot tub right by the ocean felt luxurious and the room was always clean!
Ocean view was great. Betty was really helpful at check in. Couple mai tai's are a nice touch as well.
The glass doors are really heavy (2412) and do not slide easily. And there are no screens so not easy to leave the door open at night. There could be more tiki torches along the beach walk at night.
The grounds are beautiful and the resort has a great location right on the beach. We did not use the jacuzzi outdoors as it looked murky. (We are fussy as we have our own hot tub and know what a clear well maintained tub looks like.) Shower had poor pressure and sink drain did not run well. Beds were a bit soft. Lighting in the room was poor. A/C worked well. Our room was spacious with two queens and was clean. Terrace view was lovely. Not enough space parking for a resort this size. The last night we had to valet park as there were no parking spots left on our side of the complex. Onsite restaurant (Rumfire) was superb for dinner. We tried their other restaurant for breakfast (Lava) - skip that one. Overall a good location and nice outdoor facilities.
Location, pools, amenities including Rumfire, very friendly and helpful staff
Nothing
We have been to Poipu many times and new of the Sheraton but never stayed there and always loved the location. My wife and I decided to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary there this time. Everything was as expected except for the first night we had left the balcony door open, and we thought mosquitoes got in because we were covered with bug bites the next morning and I mean a lot. After returning home I had a doctor's appointment, and he said those were bed bugs not mosquito bites. The facilities and location were excellent except for this incident.

Nice property, but the value of Respect towards a loyal lifetime platinum elite member has been lost. Requested for an upgrade and was denied, just to be automatically awarded . Asked for an early check-in and was denied and for the trifecta, asked for 1 hour late checkout and was denied. To make it more unpleasant, at 9:24am a staff member was asking when I was leaving while we were finishing breakfast. Really disappointed with this move of rushing you out. Also no bottle water or any breakfast options.. Sheraton on a demise …
Overall really disappointing, we splurged on this hotel as the last portion of our trip thinking it would be really special. We were incredibly disappointed, the location and rooms were lovely & the property is in a great location near shops/resturants. We felt the service from hotel staff was very rude and unhelpful, the pool was very crowded and the pool itself diddnt feel clean, people reserve chairs very early and leave there things all day without being nearby, we opted to hang out on the beach as it was nicer. There’s a lack of options for breakfast on the property, one small cafe with some ready made meals and black coffee which always had a huge line. There was no assistance with helping with our bags to and from the room, the car park is quite far. Overall I believe with the price you pay the service and quality is simply not worth it. Save your money and book elsewhere
Location was beautiful. Pool was tiny and milky water and really crowded. Limited breakfast options and long queues for bad coffee. Room service was absolutely disgusting and served in a takeaway bag. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. The food at rum fire restaurant was amazing but was booked out and only open Thursday to Sunday. Both interactions with the concierge were disappointing and truly unhelpful. Just feel like we paid top dollar and really average overall. Would not recommend or rebook.
Location
Your concierge should be fired for lying
Amazing location with direct access to the beach. Very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant
Beautiful location and facilities.
They didn’t offer to move us until the next day. The move worked out much better but we did not sleep more than 2 hours the first night. I asked for a credit and they refused and only offered $100 for an awful room not worth a night at all. I’m sorry but they should credit me for the night. Also beds in that room were terribly uncomfortable. Our new room is great. Thank you
We stayed here for a week right after Christmas and had a wonderful time. The resort has an amazing location right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice. We were always able to find chairs even when coming down later in the day. Food at both Lava and RumFire were good. Service was also friendly and nice. The Platinum breakfast benefit is ok, only worth $16 discount for 2 people total if you order hot items. It’s an older hotel, but we had no complaints at all about our room. It was a good size for our family with kids. I don’t understand these recent negative reviews. I think some people are confused by the timeshare side of the hotel (across the road away from ocean). Or they expect Four Seasons level service, if they want that-go ahead and pay quadruple the prices and enjoy it. We had a great time at the Sheraton Poipu!
Location, clean, well equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer
A bit more cabinet space for clothes would be nice to have
We enjoyed our holiday stay at this resort. Room was comfortable, clean but showed some signs of wear. Our room was oceanfront view, conveniently located by the beach and pool. The staff were friendly. Spent most of our time our of the room. Nice location for nearby restaurants and attractions. Would have given a 3 of 5 hadn’t been for the great location.
Perfect location with a swimmable beach, excellent amenities including a gym, restaurants and incredible views.
Great location , comfortable, friendly staff. Would have been nice to spend more time there.
Nice and clean hotel
We ave been promised by Booking and the hotel reception, that we are ave 2 breakfast on both days. 24,25 November. While we checked out, we had to pay extra 94$!!! With the price we paid on the room, it is reasonable that the breakfast will be included.
Close to ocean
Restaurant service was very slow and not acceptable
Our room was $1,080 per night for a suite with an ocean view. One expects for this price things like cutlery instead of stir sticks. I'm not asking for a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates, which is normal in this price range, but not even a spoon? The coffee was not good. No microwave. No wine glasses. Neither the bathroom scale nor the flashlight worked. We went to their luau. While the fire dancers were good, the first thing we put in our mouth was meat so salty we could not eat it. It was the first luau we ever attended in an uncovered area. When it rained, my wife and friends left (but most people didn't), and my friends were angry the hotel had not canceled the luau and returned our money. The band was on one side of the audience but the speakers were on the opposite side, which was confusing and very unnatural. The MC talked too much, and said a couple of historical inaccuracies. Of the three previous luaus we'd attended, none had us sitting too far from the show. This one did. Our friends were at the hotel to attend a sales pitch for some kind of vacation property sales. They laughed at the notion their room would convince them to buy anything.
Location Beach Parking
A bit old and too expensive for value
Everything it was amazing 🤩
The one bedroom villa was gorgeous and so well equipped. We loved having laundry machines of our own. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and the staff , without exception, was so helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the services of Tanya, the concierge, who arranged a lovely boat cruise for us. For two of our six days, we rented poolside bungalows. Although they were very expensive, we loved spending the day there!
There should be more drawers to store clothing. Almost none of the chaise lounges by the pool have umbrellas for shade/sun protection. As a three time skin cancer patient, I was almost forced to rent the bungalows so that I could limit my sun exposure and still enjoy the outdoors.
My room with garden views , free parking walking distance to beach . Lava restaurant . Joshua who check us in was very professional. Housekeeping cleans our room everyday and delivers requested item promptly
More elevators and more jacuzzi near the buildings
We chose to stay in the Villas so that we would have a kitchenette. Our room was perfect - the kitchenette was stocked with all the needed dishes, silverware and appliances. We also had a washer and dryer! The property is very clean and beautifully maintained. The concierge was very helpful and pointed us to some great restaurants and fun activities. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
There was nothing we did not like.
The Rum Fire restaurant had great service and food.
The room sink was backed up and there was not way to open it. The only restaurant that is open all day has very limited food options and they are not up to par with a 4 start hotel. The hotel staff wanted to charge us $100 for an hour of late checkout, something that is complementary at every decent hotel. Beach seating is $95 per day
Excellent housekeeping support when we came in with muddy shoes from hiking. She not only directed us to an outdoor faucet but also provided us scrub sponges, soap, rags and plastic bags for transport.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
6.5/10Generally reported as clean by several guests, but notable issues: one guest reported pervasive cockroaches and another reported debris/plastic cups in the pool, lowering overall cleanliness sentiment.
Service
8/10Housekeeping praised as excellent and regular; however, mixed front-desk experiences (attitude when asked for directions) and at least one report of room service failing to show lead to a moderately positive but inconsistent service rating.
Location
9.8/10Consistently very positive: oceanfront rooms, beach access, convenient parking and proximity to Old Kōloa Town and nearby sights make location a standout feature.
Room Quality
7.7/10Rooms described as comfortable and oceanfront options are appreciated, but complaints about cockroaches and use of plastic cups for amenities reduce the room-quality score.
Amenities
9.5/10Strong amenity offering: complimentary classes and activities, luau, pool and beachfront access were highlights; pool cleanliness (debris after wind) was a minor detractor but overall amenities are highly valued.
Value for Money
8.5/10Some guests noted the price is a bit high, but many felt the services, location and amenities justified the cost, yielding a slightly above-average value perception.
Food and Beverage
9/10Mixed-but-leaning-positive: several mentions of amazing breakfast and special touches (champagne/chocolates) contrasted with at least one comment that breakfast was not great, overall favorable.
Overall Experience
9.8/10Majority of reviews describe an enjoyable, tranquil and family-friendly stay with highlights like the beach, activities and luau; a small number of strongly negative experiences exist but do not dominate overall sentiment.
