Nice apartment up in the hills 👌 Great location

Semplicemente tutto perfetto: dalla padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile, al posto pulito e completo di tutto e con una vista favolosa sui monti attorno, al parcheggio sotto casa. Speriamo di poterci tornare quanto prima !

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem, sodass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und herzlich. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Besonders schön ist der XXL-Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Selbst an warmen Hochsommertagen ist es dort abends angenehm kühl – perfekt, um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always available when needed. Communication via Whatsapp was excellent, and they regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. When we noticed a wasp nest near the property, for example, it was taken care of very quickly. The property itself was nice, clean and well equipped, and the beds were especially comfortable. We also really liked the location: up the mountain in a cozy, typically Austrian setting, with lovely views and hiking opportunities nearby. It was easy to find and a great base for exploring the area, with lots of interesting places and activities within relatively easy driving distance. Overall, we felt very welcome and had a great two weeks here.

Only a few very minor things. The dining table chairs were not the most comfortable, and the hot water occasionally ran out when showering late at night. We also noticed some dust sensitivity/stuffy noses in the mornings, although the property otherwise looked and felt very clean. None of these things significantly affected our stay.

Het appartement is zeer ruim en de communicatie met de eigenaren verloopt vlot. Op loopafstand van 2 skiliften en een goed restaurant, top! De omgeving is prachtig en er is genoeg te doen. Wij waren er in de zomer met onze 2 jonge kinderen (2 en 5 jaar). Bij het appartementencomplex zit een klein speeltoestel voor de jongsten.

Het appartement wordt particulier verhuurd waardoor je dus geen direct contact hebt met een receptie o.i.d.. Voor ons was dat echter geen probleem. In het appartement zijn veel losse accessoires, met jonge kinderen hebben we die maar zoveel mogelijk aan de kant gezet.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 😀

Top ausgestattet, tolle Lage

4 Erwachsene können nicht schlafen. Es gibt 1 Doppelbett und 1 Zusatzbett. Auf der Couch war es nicht bequem zu schlafen.

The apartment is truly excellent – very large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a ski holiday, modernly furnished, warm, and quiet, which is especially appreciated after a full day on the slopes. Everything was spotlessly clean, and attention to detail is evident. For the accommodation itself – a clear five stars. The location is good, but not perfect – the apartment is not directly on the ski slopes and is a bit further from the town center, requiring a short drive or walk. However, the surroundings are calm and pleasant, which can also be seen as an advantage. The service is good, but there is room for improvement. The ski storage is located in the basement and consists of a simple storage box, without boot warmers. Additionally, there is no garage for the car, which would be a valuable addition, especially during winter conditions. Overall a very high-quality and comfortable apartment that I would gladly recommend, especially for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and a peaceful stay. With a few additional facilities, the experience would be close to perfect.

Ski storage.

V ubytování jsme byli už podruhé. Je čisté, dobře vybavené a lokalita je nádherná. Nockberg nás učaroval. Pěší turistika je tu úchvatná. Ocenili jsme kávovar, kapsle do myčky, dostatek utěrek i ručníků. Líbí se nám i self check in. Komunikace s majiteli byla bezproblémová.

Ve větší koupelně nefungoval větrák. Dala se větrat jen přes ložnice, což není příjemné. Nestačil nám ani objem ledničky. Naštěstí jsme měli ještě svou vlastní cestovní. Matrace na postelích jsou už proleželé. Moc dobře jsme se nevyspali i kvůli rodině nad námi, která měla malé dítě.

Alles da was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und sauber! Man fühlt sich hier wohl!

Moderní, dobře zařízený a čistý apartmán. Dobrá lokalita pro turistiku.

The apartment was amazing, along with the location! It was super clean, looked just like on photos, with comfortable beds and great size overall for a family of six.

We missed a few things that would make the stay even more perfect: there were only 2 towels available per person for an 8 night stay, so we had to wash them regulary. Since we like to cook, we were missing larger pots in the kitchen, because the ones available were not big enough for 6 person meals. The basement locker for the ski equipment was full already, so there was no way to put more than 2 skis inside of it.

We liked the spatious rooms both in the living room and in the sleeping rooms. The two bathrooms were very convenient. We liked very much the arrangement of the eating table and the large balcony. Very nice location from every aspects.

I spent an unforgettable vacation at Panorama Rosie Design Chalet in Bad Kleinkirchheim and I am absolutely thrilled with this place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the great views of the mountains that can be enjoyed from a huge balcony. The interior design is modern and very cozy. The location is great – close to the ski slopes and thermal baths, making it an excellent base for both winter and summer activities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The appartment was perfectly equipped with everything one might need during their stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail as well as the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. Panorama Rosie Design Chalet is a place I definitely want to return to. It is a true paradise for those seeking relaxation and the beauty of nature. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great in the appartment. Skibus stop right in front of the house. 5 min walk to Nockalmbahn valley station, doable even in ski boots.

Ski boot dryer would have been nice. Also at least some shelf for phone etc. for the top bunk bed.

The big windows and the view

No place to store skis and ski boots (had to carry wet skis to the balcony)

Fridge was to a bit to small for 6 people.

There is literally everything you could need already provided. Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, great for two couples. Parking is big enough for two cars.

The ski bus isn't very frequent. The walk to the pistes will take you some 5 minutes.

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable place that has a vibe, and feels like home. Close to Nockalbalm skilift.

We enjoyed that apartment during our stay in St Oswald. It was very comfortable and cosy and the view from the dining/living room is amazing. We will come again for sure.

Little better wifi signal...and the sofa-bed in the living room is not very comfortable for sleeping.

We had a lovely time at Rosie Design Chalets. We really appreciated the flexibility in terms of booking length. Many places in the area are so restrictive in terms of length, but here we could book for 5 days which was perfect. Thank you! The apartment is really very well equipped, clean and high quality. The view is to die for and the ski area is really really close (even accessible on foot). I would like to commend the cleaners who did an exceptional job getting our apartment ready in record time when we showed up earlier than agreed.

Mr. Tobias was attentive to every request we made. The apartment is great and comfortable. Clean and equipped. Mr. Tobias allowed us to delay the check-out time without compensation. A wonderful place for a vacation.
