Merada Suit Otel and Spa

3 arkadaş tatil amaçlı kaldık ve gayet memnun kaldık.Odamız temiz ve genişti. Spa hizmeti de veriyor olmasından ötürü ilgi duymuştuk özellikle spa hizmeti efsaneydi.

Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir otel, ancak sabah kalktığımızda suların saatlerce akmaması ve kahvaltı salonundaki eksikler beş yıldız vermeme engel oldu.

Oda çok büyük çok ferah . Eşyalar çok yeni ve herşey temizdi . Tam aile odasıydı . Yerde halı olsa 5 yıldızlı otelleri aratmazdı . İlgi ve çözüm odaklı oldular . Konum olarak sahile çok yakınmış araba ile gittiğimize pişman olduk . Çocuklar burayı çok sevdi . Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi istediğimiz yer oldu . Tabi fiyat olarakta çok makuldü . Çok uygundu .

Biraz yorgun ve çok büyüktü daire Daha küçük ama kullanışlı ve donanımlı klasik otel odasını tercih ederdik. Fiyat yüksek sayilir. Gece yol gürültüsü duyuluyordu Kısmi sahil manzaralı jdi Resepsiyon hizmeti ve kahvaltı güzeldi

Altın rengi çok kötü bir dekorasyonu var kapı kollarından tut tavanlara kadar göz tırmalayıcı. Çocuk için odaya koyulan battaniyeye nevresim geçirilmemişti, yıkandığı söylendi ama yine de herkesin kullandığı battaniyeyi öylece bizim de kullanmamız hijyenik değildi, talep üzerine nevresim verdiler. Diğer odamızında çarşaf ve nevresimleri buruşuk ve kullanılmış gibiydi yine talep üzerine yeni nevresim verildi. Daireler çok geniş ama biraz eskimiş. Yataklar rahattı. Balkon kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Banyolardan birinde duşakabinin camları sökülmüştü yoktu. Neyse ki 2 banyo var diğerini kullandık. Bizim ihtiyacımız olmadı ama Mutfak olmasına rağmen ocak yok yemek yapmak istesek yapamayacaktık garip gerçekten. Girişte karşılama ve kahvaltısı fena değildi. Otelin karşısında yolun kenarı müsaitti oraya rahatça park ettik.

Çok kibar karşılama aldım, servs hizmet 10 numara: odalae çok ferah. Kahvaltı süper, tavsiye ederim. Konumu merkezde herşeye ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

GREAT breakfast, comfortable room, nice staff. 2 minor problems: the sower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we had to ask 3 times for a blanket. But still 5*.

İlk girişte bizi yanlış odaya yönlendirdiler. Daha sonra duzelttiler. Daha sonra tekrar rahatsız edildik biz girmeden önce 3 kişilik ayarlamislar odayı fazladan olanlari almak için. Kahvaltısı son derece yetersiz. Masalarda peçete bile yok. Sonlarına doğru yetisirseniz bişey bulamayabilirsiniz kahvaltıda. Asansör sesi çok fazla geliyor odalara. İyi diyeceğim tek yanı temiz olmasiydi

Otel odanız değil de bir eviniz oluyor ben tavsiye ederim.

Otel guzel temiz fiyat performans üstü cok temiz odalar 1+1 aile icin uygun cift icinde uygun ama cift kişilik yatagi iki tek yatagi birleştirerek yapmışlar oda gece harket etikce ikiye bölünüyor onuda cozerlerse mükemmel

temizliğe biraz daha özen göstermeleri gerekiyor, odalar ve banyo kirliydi yerlerde toz ve banyoda duşun kenarından klozete doğru su vardı. hiç kurumadı muhtemelen sızıntı var. iki sefer bu su nedeniyle ayağım kaydı. kahvaltı güzeldi. personel ilgili ve samimiydi.

Aile olarak kaldığımız otelde iki oda olması, otelin yeni olması, odadaki imkânları ile oldukça memnun kaldık. Konumu itibariyle birçok yerin tam ortasında, kahvaltı ve temizlik hizmetleri de gayet iyiydi. Ayrıca personel de oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Нас пытались обмануть при заселении! Потом принесли грязное постельное белье для третьего взрослого. В номере было плохо убрано, под кроватью пепел от сигарет и какой-то мусор вокруг! Встроенная кухня - совершенно пустая, т.е. не было посуды, тарелок и даже ложек! По номеру много сломано, в одном из туалетов ужасно воняло. В целом, отель оставил впечатление неплохого с виду, но очень плохо обслуженного сейчас здания. Завтрак на троечку. Кофе - не съедобен.

This place was amazing. Very clean. Everything seems brand new. Luxury full house. And extremely friendly staff. Didn’t see valet parking but was very easy to find parking right outside the hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no stove/oven/kitchen supplies. I guess this is for those who stay long term. Called the front desk to ask and they immediately delivered a stove and kitchen supplies! So very helpful to accommodate any of your needs! No washing machine unless long term stay as well. Overall felt very luxurious and comfortable, just like home!

It was good but the hotel should take care of bathroom cleaning more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my 2 small children. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff tried to fix our shortcomings quickly. We didn't have any parking problems. The hotel was close to the sea. As a negative, there is a kitchen in the room, but there was no kitchen equipment. The shower cabin in the bathroom did not have a door. All the soap dispensers were broken. Shower gel and shampoo were insufficient. These small deficiencies do not befit the name of the hotel. If these are completed, you will not have any problems. I recommend.

It was clean, centrally located hotel. The staff was cooperative, they did help a lot. Including the lady manager. I paid

Best hotel in Mersin without any doubt! Fantastic stay and service. Breakfast might be a little bit more varied though, but it’s not an issue at all

Nice okace to stay

Room Service is good. Room is a convenient area for families. Furniture little bit old but it's OK. 2 mins walk from the bus stop.

The worse hotel experience ever. I booked a luxury suit with partial sea view. When i got there i was given a standard room with no view at all. The staff tried to pretend it was normal and they had the audacity to say they will transfer me to a "better" room the next day just so that i can be happy. But even that never happened they only managed to find me a room 3 days into my stay at which point i said its not worth it to pack up and switch rooms for just two days. I told them i rather be compensated and reimbursed the difference, they said that they cant do anything and sent me a platter of fruits as a gift. So bottom line i paid for a luxury suite 3 weeks in advance got to the hotel was transferred to a standard suite with a terrible view, got 0 compensation 0 reimbursement(except for a platter of fruits). No ethics and standards whatsoever!

Although price was low , but Some times prices doesn't reflect the reality .. This hotel has everything to take to success in the hospitality business and services. The room I have gotten was very good has everything I needed. The location is great. The breakfast was unexpected, they have too many different types of food. Its delicious. I was late for the checkout , so they cleaned the room before my coming and collect my stuff, but when I came evening, they gave me the room to have a shower and change my clothes. I do recommend this hotel for both fami5and singles.
