Sehr nettes Personal. Die Inhaberin war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Fahrradurlaub extrem zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundlich und familiär geführtes Hotel mit einer top Lage . Sehr modern und sauberes Hotel es hat an nichts gefehlt.

كانت إقامتنا في الفندق رائعة جدًا، وأحب أن أشكر السيدة فيكتوريا صاحبة الفندق على حسن الاستقبال والود والاهتمام. كانت ودودة جدًا، والتعامل معها راقٍ ومحترم، مما جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة ومتعة. الموقع ممتاز، وقريب من وسط مدينة سولدن بحوالي 500 متر، ويمكن الوصول إلى السنتر مشيًا بسهولة. كما أن الفندق قريب من سوبرماركت MPREIS، وهذا شيء مريح جدًا لتوفير الاحتياجات اليومية. ويوجد بالفعل عدة فروع لـ MPREIS في سولدن.

ארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד ואין מילוי מחדש לאוכל שנגמר. השרותים בנפרד מהמקלחת. יחד עם זאת מאוד מומלץ. מלון מצויין.

We loved absolutely everything! This is an amazing place where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Our apartment had a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and everything we needed. I would also like to highlight the modern TV with Smart TV. The breakfasts were very tasty and fresh. If you come late and something has run out, just ask and they will gladly bring more. The juices and croissants were especially delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet area on a hill, with a bus stop within walking distance. There is convenient private parking, and a large supermarket nearby. The spa area deserves a special mention — it was a real pleasure! Unlike many small hotels, it is not located in the basement but has its own balcony with a mountain view. There is a relaxation area, a sauna, and a hammam. Towels and blankets are provided in the spa; bathrobes can be rented or you can bring your own for convenience when going down from your room. Many thanks to all the staff for our wonderful vacation.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Hotel Viktoria. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich zu uns und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken als vorgesehen, weil wir schon früher da waren. Alles ist sehr gastfreundlich gestaltet und es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Unser unser Doppelzimmer war sehr komfortabel und groß gestaltet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut Flachbildfernseher und Internet funktioniert einwandfrei und auch das Bad war gut. Großartig fanden wir die Betten, da die Matratzen, den richtigen Härtegrad hatten, dass man gut schlafen konnten. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag hervorragend gereinigt. Wenn wir von der Piste kam, war alles picobello. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker. Es gab alles, was man für einen langen Skitag brauchte. Parkplatz für unser großes SUV war ausreichend vorhanden. Der Skibus hält alle 10 Minuten quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten sechs fantastische Skitage in Sölden und im Hotel Victoria. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gastfreundliche Art der Hotel Chefin.

Alles war super.

Perfect breakfest, very good location if You would like to change between ski resort Sölden and Gurgl, bus stop just 100 meters away (for both directions). Connection back with a bus could be only problematic if You would like to go back around 16:30-18:00, cause of huge crowds (but surely to be expected). Hotel/stay completely worth its price, if You want and expect good rest after a day of skiing!

Jesteśmy cała rodzina snowboarderów, więc cały dzień spędzamy w górach, i po powrocie potrzebujemy spokoju i ciszy zeby sie regenerowac , obiekt położony jest w idealnej ku temu lokalizacji, spokojnej i cichej z idealnym połączeniem że stacjami dolnymi, bardzo przyjemne i przytulne spa z saunami które bardzo sie przydają do krótkich między regeneracji Super świeże sniadania Obsługa i Właściciele to wspaniali ludzie bardzo życzliwi i pomocni, pozdrawiam Was z Polski Polecam w 100%

Quiet, not so far away from the center, the rooms are clean and big. The hotel has a sauna and wellness area. The breakfast is beautiful.

There is a bus station to reach the ski center. But not so far, it is only 15 minutes away from the ski lifts.

Great location, helpfull staff, posibolity to buy skipass in the hotel, very fast and high quality room cleaning, free parking, hotel close to ski lift and bus station

No robe and slippers in the room (unconfortable to get to the sauna), no changing rooms in sauna, the pear jam for camembert was not renewed, the scramble eggs pan is small and gets emptied fast (sometimes have to wait long time till renewal) - dont get this wrong, the hotel is great all of this are very small things. Which once improved would make the hotel stay ideal.

工作人员非常的亲切，每个人都非常友好。晚上睡觉也很安静，隔音很好。房间也很干净。最重要的是，酒店私密性很好，入住客人不会很多，不会嘈杂。所以务必提前预定。酒店可以代订滑雪票。在前台，一个漂亮的小姐姐就会询问，需不需要滑雪票，并且会讲解路线，离雪场交通也很方便。出来酒店100米就有去滑雪的公交车。超级方便，明年一定再来👍

Struttura piccola e molto famigliare, curata nei minimi dettagli(non da meno: ottimo il servizio di cura delle stanze e la comodità dei letti nonostante non fosse un matrimoniale ma 2 singoli). Ottima colazione (poca scelta ma tutto molto ottimo). Non ho usufruito del servizio SPA quindi non posso lasciare un feedback. La titolare è semplicemente fantastica, molto ospitale e gentilissima per qualsiasi richiesta (e non) di informazioni .

Location is not bad and view is nice.

The customer service is very disappointing, it has potential to be a great hotel considering the location. The owner gave attitude because we did not finish our breakfast saying we were wasting and instead of calmly handling a situation where a friend decided to stay so we were open to settling the difference during our stay, she aggressively made accusations and would not adjust her attitude even after we paid(more than on booking). All in all most hotels can calmly handle situations where as she will make you feel uncomfortable, shame when you travel from far distances to relax.

Lovely rooms, honesty bar and a nice set up. Viktoria is super helpful.

Not about the property itself, more location. The ski buses are every 10 mins during the day which is great and the sports shop next to the Gondola has ski lockers. But in the evening every hour so getting back from town is a bit of a hike.

Victoria was always helpful, sauna was amazing, beds were really comfy, it was a quiet place and few stops from the elevator to the slopes 🙂

Wifi sporadic at times

I think we were helped by the owner. she did everything to help us experience every mist see places in Sölden. Because of her we went to the top of the mountain and then to the James Bond museum. We are 100% glad we listened to her. Also, in the past few days we have been in a lot of hotels. This was the only one with a mini living room. We very liked it.

Viktoria is an awesome lady :-) Accomodation was nice and comfortable. We got the summer card with so many free entrances we can use. Definitely can be recommended!

Everything was perfect, we had an amazing stay at Victoria hotel. Breakfast was delicious, fresh eggs in the morning, fresh fruits. Room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit far away, but bus stop is very close. Victoria recommended us restaurants, which we loved. Nice spa area, very relaxing after a long skiing day. We would definitely come back.

Hostess was very friendly / helpful and accommodating. Breaksfast was excellent , many options . Fresh bread and pastry . Best granola and yogurt bar I have ever seen in a hotel. Great ski and boot room Bus transportation within Solden and adjoining areas was excellent.

Very cozy hotel, clean, good bathroom, good wifi! There is a cozy room (with soft drinks, beer, tea, coffee) - where you can work at any time or spend time with children, Also a convenient room for storing shoes/ski/snowboard and change of clothes!

Viktoria was nice and helpful. The hotel feels new, deocarted with a good taste. The room and hotel facilities were clean and of high quality. The location was excellent, just 50m walk from the skibus station to both Obergurgl and Sölden ski areas, 200m/one bus stop from the supermarket. Sauna and chill area was great.

The breakfast was a bit too modest in our opinion. We would also appreciate a smart TV or at least a streamer available, and a BT speaker in the room.

Victoria was absolutely lovely and pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a better room because of the current capacity of hotel for free, we also received "Summer card" which saved us a ton of EUR. Mrs. manager was so kind and lovely and helpful! Definitely would recommend and if I am ever visiting Solden again, I know where I will stay.

The breakfeast is really good, a lot of choice of cereals, fruits, different kind of cold cuts, scrambled egg, wiener, bacon, good quality orange and multi juice, a good café machine with the option of making hot chocolate as well. Several choice of tea. Fresh bakery every day, delicious croissant, mini doughnuts. About four kind of jam plus nutella. Butter, margarine, soft cheese, and spicy soft cheese were also at the breakfast. You get two ski places for one price if you buy a six day ski pass. The hotel is located on the edge of sölden so it's not far from hochgurgl neither, about 15 minutes by the ski bus; and the closest gondel in sölden is just 3 stops away. Despite that, the center is only 30 minutes on foot, if you want to go out at night. A really well equipped grocery is just down the street a couple of meters away. We were satisfied by the room, the bed was comfortable the bathroom is nice, and we could put out our used ski clothes to the balcony. The spa was also really good. The slopes on both ski area are really well handled, but if you come in spring the valley parts of the slopes could be ruined for about midday.

The only thing i could mention, that it would be nice to have dinner in the hotel. But overall i rate it 9/10. We usually went to have dinner to grauer bar where the employees are not so kind, but their food is good at least. And some nights we solved dinner by eating that we have bought in mpreis.

All ist better than expected. First impression is deceiving.

Feather blankets and pillows, you need to pay extra to use the kitchen. But kitchen is nice.

Everything perfect. Viktoria is one of the loveliest, happiest people you will ever meet and you can see she loves her work! The walk into town, cross the river behind the supermarket and follow the villages along. One of the most beautiful sights youll see.

Mooie, moderne accomodaties met erg vriendelijk personeel. Helaas werd bij de buren enorm verbouwd.

Nothing was wrong. It met all our needs

The staff were so happy and friendly, they were welcoming everyday and would always try to help in whatever way they could. Rooms were large and spacious.

Viktoria´s place was very nice, room was spacious and clean, view from the balcony was just awesome. Breakfast was great with variety of choices, plus Viktoria was so kind to make fresh eggs by your choice :) Also place to clean and service your bike was very nice addition.

While we were there there were some construction works in the place next to the accommodation so there was some noise, but that will pass soon.

The Property was in a great location, check in was as easy as it gets, cards were waiting for us at reception, and the lady was kind and overall a great experience, definitely recommend the place.

We really liked this hotel, and the views from our room were easily the best of all the places we stayed on our trip through Germany and Austria. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Viktoria was even kind enough to contact me about our travel plans to ensure she could meet us upon arrival. We wished we could've stayed longer! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Very clean, nice equipped, good looking rooms. Very friendly owners. We have spent 5 nights - evening was super.

We enjoyed a lot the personal service and the welcoming ambiance of the place. For sure I will stay there again.
