Petit déjeuner top, exceptionnel !!! Emplacement parfait, piscine superbe mais avec pas beaucoup de place pour tout le monde (dommage!), chambre grande, avec table et fauteuils dans le coin café et frigo, lit hyper confortable, salle de bain grande et de tout confort.

Hotel in the centre of Cordoba but their directions to find the hotel were very confusing. Room was a little odd and although we had a comfortable bed the room as a whole was disappointing.

We had a big room but with no view - window on to alley . We were out a lot so it didn’t bother us but would make sure not in that room in future

The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The equipment was modern and stylish. The pool was small but it was great to escape shortly from the heat. The personel was friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is central and great for sightseeing Cordoba.

Excellent central location. Great breakfast selection with very friendly staff. Courtyard pool area was perfect to cool down and unwind after exploring. Hotel restaurant looked lovely in another beautiful courtyard. They should do more to promote evening use by guests to avoid being so quiet.

Perfect location for exploring the old town and local attractions. All members of staff clearly enjoyed their work and couldn't have been more helpful... a real pleasure to stay in very comfortable surroundings with people that wanted you there. The ladies in the breakfast area deserve a special mention helping treat a sprained ankle and providing sumptuous breakfasts.

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y es un hotel con una decoración muy moderna. Está suuuper céntrico. El personal es extremadamente agradable y fueron muy amables en todo momento con nosotros. Desayuno bufet completísimo.

La foto de la piscina es un poco engañosa. Parece bastante grande y en realidad es un patio interior donde hay una piscina pequeña que tienes 1.20 m de agua y poco espacio para que los huéspedes se tumben en las hamacas. Es la única pega que tengo, pero entiendo que el espacio es el que es y ya está.

LA UNICA PEGA QUE PODRIA PONER ES QUE EN EL DESAYUNO EL ZUMO NO ES NATURAL, ME PARECE QUE UN HOTEL DE ESA CATEGORIA DEBERIA SER Y LAS SERVILLETAS DE TELA NUNCA DE PAPEL.

Ofrece todo lo que necesitas para la estancia, nos quedamos 2 noches, pero realmente descansamos, ademas la ubicacion del hotel es perfecta para recorrer el casco historico caminando.

Mooi hotel, grote mooie kamers en zeer centraal gelegen in de joodse wijk. Het (klein maar fijne) zwembad was bij de warme temperaturen een verademing.

Personeel kon iets hulpvaardiger zijn. We kwamen aan op de dag dat de Vuelta aankwam in Cordóba. We moesten eigenlijk maar gewoon ons plan trekken om bij het hotel te komen. Jammer.

The front desk person, don't know his name, he had a beard and was short - such a great help. They always had cold water in a jar and let us drink and it was so hot outside.

The room was a bit small but comfortable and quiet. The window overlooking a roman wall was an unexpected nice surprise. The breakfast buffet with champaign was very good. Coffee ordering was an experience of its own. One of the waitresses was always interacting with guests in a nice way and a theatrical voice! Even though she was mainly speaking in Spanish, we could feel that she was happy serving the hotel guests. The Maitre d'hotel was smiley and helpful as well. The interior hotel decoration and aroma gave the feeling of being inside a secluded oasis. Located in the historic center, the hotel was right next to Capillar San Bertelome, Mueseo de Torino, and Casa Andalusi, and a very short walking distance to the Mezquita-Cathedral and the Roman Bridge as well as the amazing Calahorra tower.

The minibar prices were not obvious. We kept looking everywhere till we found a very small paper with a QR code leading to the price list. Items were overly priced unfortunately. Daily parking pricing was high as well.

Great hotel situated in a perfect position. Very helpful and kind staff. All the info we required and questions asked were answered quickly and professionally. Comfortable, big rooms, all the amenities you would think are there. Amazing breakfast! All in all, the place to stay in Cordoba, especially if you are there for 2 days, like we were.

Pool size. Allthough, due to the location of the hotel itself, it is amazing hotel even has a pool.

The cosy pool area would have been a comfortable place to relax if hotel staff were present and discouraged parents and their children from jumping in or splashing other guests. The pool area is too small be a splash pool for families.

The road to the hotel is only a footpath. It’s very difficult to navigate so is the hotel’s car park. The food in the restaurant was not good. The service was slow.

Herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt.

Wenn man mit einem Fahrzeug anreist, welches grösser als ein Fiat 500 ist, braucht man Nerven aus Stahl. Der Weg zum Hotel führt durch sehr enge Gassen. Aber das Hotel hat uns unterstützt. Die Klimaanlage war vor allem im Frühstücksbereich sehr kalt eingestellt.

Le fait d'être passé par BOOKING m'a valu des démarches rébarbatives en ce sens ou j'ai oublié des affaires dans ma chambre. Après avoir écrit à la direction de l'hotel, la réactivité a été iminente et la démarche de rapatriement des effets oubliés a été rapide...

La piscine et surtout le petit déjeuner le matin. L’emplacement est parfait. Le personnel est adorable.

I LOVE this hotel. This is the fourth time I have stayed here, and I would not want to stay anywhere else when I am in Córdoba. First, the staff are wonderful. Everyone at NH Collection Palacio de Córdoba is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out are always easy, and the staff are always available if you need anything. They make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. 5 stars. Second, the rooms are remarkably quiet, super clean and very comfortable. Everything is well maintained, and the hotel has everything you could ask for to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 5 stars. Third, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right in the heart of Córdoba, within easy walking distance of the Mezquita-Catedral, the historic center, restaurants, cafés and everything you want to experience in the city. It is a perfect location for exploring Córdoba on foot and then being able to return easily to the hotel throughout the day. 5 stars. And finally, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. It feels elegant and comfortable while still fitting perfectly with the character and history of Córdoba. After staying here four times, it has become part of my experience of visiting the city. 5 stars. Highly recommended. I have stayed here four times already, and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Córdoba.

The room, location, staff, everything was great.

Breakfast was a bit difficult if there was 4 plus of you. There was limited table space to eat together. The staff were excellent looking after you though. The pool itself was small but great the area surrounding the pool was small with a lack of chairs/beds. The real downside was once all the kids turned up it wasn’t particularly relaxing as there was no where to escape.

Creo que es más de booking que del hotel pero aun reservando una suite junior para dos adultos y un niño, hubo lío en la recepción, pero quedó en un susto evitable y 20 euros del coste del desayuno. Por otro lado, si entras por la puerta del muro … te puedes perder para llegar a recepción, faltaría un letrero o dos.

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento (sobre todo tratamos con las trabajadoras que estaban en la zona de desayuno y no pudieron ser mejores), la habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda,... La ubicación del hotel es estupenda. Totalmente recomendable

Clean and modern hotel, breakfast was good, location is ideal right in the city centre of the old town.

The noise of the sliding door outside my room woke me up on the night numerous times and the kitchen staff who arrived around 5am in the morning were preparing for breakfast as they should but I could hear every word and could not get back to sleep. I raised this issue with hotel staff who said they would contact me the next day to which I had no response and have tried to contact them since to which I have had no reply. Customer service was good until you have an issue.
