LA UBICACION EXCELENTE Y EL DESAYUNO TAMBIÉN pero ... aunque se ve que es un sitio relativamente nuevo... NO ES QUE NO LIMPIEN..es que hay suciedad que no se lava con una limpieza normal requiere de una limpieza más profunda, por ejemplo en el sillón.

La almohada...no se ni que era.... estaría bien que comprara una nueva. Tiene una terraza genial pero no se puede disfrutar de ella por que no tiene mueble para ello, y sería bueno que pusiera un tenderete, que aunque no haya lavadora, hay cosas que se la lavan a mano y no hay donde ponerlas.

Humedades, baño atascado, terraza muy sucia con olores de pipi y marcas de excrementos, no habia ni un vaso ni un plato, plagas de hormigas a pesar de ser un tercero, todo en general mal, tampoco hay hueco abajo para aparcar.No lo recomendaría para nada

Il n’y a pas de réception. Le check-in se fait par WhatsApp et ça m’a pris une heure pour avoir accès à la chambre. Des co-chambreurs ont fait du bruit toute la nuit, il n’y avait personne pour les faire taire.

L'appartement est sous équipé il est proposé avec une cuisine mais les placards sont vides quasi pas de vaisselles la table de cuisine est branlante et il a fallu qu’on réclame une chaise pour s asseoir sur les 2 seules chaises présentent il y en avait une complètement défoncés Elle a fini par etre remplace mais certainement en provenance d’un des appartement attenant Peu importe chaise casse ou pas ce n est pas tres grave si il avait ete réactif mais on a fait la demande au tel et via whatsapp pas de reponse il a fallu qu'on mette un message sur booking pour que ca réponde Au prix ou cet appartement est loué le propriétaire pourrait faire l effort de remplacer le mobilier cassé Le jour de l arrive on devait prendre l appart a 15h il n ́a ete dispo qu’a partir 16h30 on a du attendre dans la rue et idem on a vu personne jusqu'au jour du départ

La ubicación está en pleno centro, hay parking público cerca. La habitación excelente y la terraza muy amplia y vistas muy bonitas. Nos encantó el desayuno incluido en una cafetería, muy completo y buenísimo.

no nos contestaron si podíamos entrar antes,el apartamento estaba sucio(water lleno de caca,pelos en el suelo,polvo,nevera y tostador con chorreones…)sólo habían cambiado las sábanas y toallas, el mobiliario estaba en mal estado(el sofá sucio y las patas se tambaleaban,asiento de la silla roto,vitro rota,nevera oxidada,agujeros en las cortinas..tuve que ir a comprar lejía,estropajo y guantes y fregar el apartamento entero,la wifi no iba y tampoco podíamos ver la tele,el chico que me habló por wasap para la entrada vino a verlo dos veces,nos vinimos y nunca funcionó

La ubicación del apartamento estaba muy bien. En dos calles estabas en las calles principales del pueblo y la playa está cerca. Para nosotros la ubicación fue perfecta y la calle en la que se encuentra es tranquila. El apartamento está bien en general, nos tocó el de la primera planta y el colchón era cómodo y se dormía bien. El baño también estaba bien y el agua se podía regular la temperatura perfectamente. Tenía un desayuno incluido que era muy completo y estaba muy bueno.

No había aparcamiento en la calle, pero no fue problema porque a unos 5 minutos andando si había parking donde dejar el coche. No estaba muy limpio, había restos en la encimera, en el sofá y una mancha en la tostadora que daba mala impresión.

Good location, nice terrace (room 3), place was clean, and the owner reached out to me on Whatsapp proactively, which I liked very much and helped me with finding a parking lot.

Escadas de acesso muito sujas. Barulho com gente aos gritos até muito tarde. Só água fria. Sem resposta a chamadas ou mensagens.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría. Desde el inicio hubo una grave falta de información y organización. Recibí por email una dirección, pero luego por WhatsApp me enviaron otros datos distintos (otra habitación y sin aclarar correctamente la ubicación). El video de acceso tampoco coincidía con la puerta real ni con el código indicado. Llegué con mi madre de 74 años y, después de subir muchas escaleras (algo que en ningún momento se informa en la publicación), nos encontramos con que no podíamos ingresar. El código no funcionaba y no teníamos conexión a internet porque nunca nos facilitaron los datos de wifi. Tuvimos que depender de un desconocido en la calle, que curiosamente sí tenía el código de acceso, lo cual ya generó una sensación de inseguridad importante. Luego de esto, fuimos enviadas a otra ubicación. Allí intentamos entrar a la habitación indicada (número 6) y estaba ocupada. Finalmente, tras lograr comunicarnos con el anfitrión, admitió que se había equivocado y nos mandó nuevamente a la dirección original, implicando más traslados con equipaje y una persona mayor. La habitación asignada (número 3) tenía una supuesta cocina, pero en realidad estaba muy mal equipada: prácticamente sin utensilios (una sola taza, sin platos, equipamiento mínimo e insuficiente). Durante la noche, además, alguien intentó abrir la puerta de nuestra habitación, lo que aumentó aún más la sensación de inseguridad. Por si fuera poco, el agua de la ducha salía fría, lo cual empeoró la experiencia. Lo único rescatable fue la terraza y su vista, pero ni siquiera estaba preparada para ser disfrutada (tuvimos que sacar una silla desde la habitación). Tras realizar el reclamo, el alojamiento no respondió y la compensación ofrecida fue mínima en relación a la gravedad de lo ocurrido. En resumen: mala gestión, falta total de organización, información confusa y problemas de seguridad. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

The room we got was actually a studio. It was quite bright as the two windows faced the street.

The accommodation did not feel very clean. The bathroom door did not fully close. The shower water was lukewarm, it did not get actually warm/hot. The place felt damp and there was mold in certain places.

Lastly no hot water, I did not bother contacting again just accepted our lot as we only were staying 2 nights.

A única coisa que gostei foi o conforto da cama.

Falta de micro-ondas, 2 toalhas para banho para uma estadia de 4 noites.o ar condicionado não funciona, depois de vários pedidos, ainda não me foi entregue a fatura do pagamento. Não recomendo este local a ninguém !!!!.

Le calme , la proximité de la vieille ville et de tout . La terrasse qui est très grande , en revanche avec 2 chaises au lieu d’une autour de la table ce serait mieux quand même .

Ce n’est pas très très propre… je ne suis pas très difficile mais il ne faut pas trop regarder dans les coins … Les escaliers communs et la terrasse qui est tellement chouette mériteraient d’être nettoyés. Le balai toilette sans manche, c’est plus compliqué également pour une utilisation optimale 😊

Difícil acceso al alojamiento. Tomamos un taxi para llegar y otro para salir. La escalera tiene mucho peligro su inclinación y no tiene pasamanos. Una luz en una mesita de noche; la otra no, y el enchufe inutilizado. Reclamé faltaba una toalla y jabón: somos dos viajeros, no uno. No atendió las 2 llamadas ni los 2 WhatsApp's. No hay enchufe ni toallero en el baño. Lencería necesita renovación.

Todo lo dicho antes. Ah, ni un vaso para beber agua.

I read a lot of review regarding the difficulty to find the room and to reach the host. I would like to confirm that the issue is not existent as we were contacted just before the arrival by the host who ensured a good welcome.

L'appartamento e' molto spazioso, con un terrazzo stupendo. La cosa che mi e' piaciuta di piu' era la posizione. Fenomenale. Nel pieno centro di Laos e a pochissimi metri un area parcheggio gratuita per la macchina. Laos e' stupenda!

Tutto il mobiliare che era dentro, era approssimativo. Sembrava un po' come se avessero messo dentro dei mobili "vecchi" per riempire la stanza. Per esempio, fuori sul terrazzo grandissimo, che non era proprio pulito, ma non fa nulla, c'era un tavolino piccolo rotondo e 1 sedia. Secondo me sarebbe stato piu' carino far trovare fuori 2 sedie. Oppure lo scopino del water: c'era ma mancava la parte lunga per prenderlo in mano. L'ho segnalato al proprietario, mi aveva detto che ce l'avrebbe portato, e invece nulla. Abbiamo dormito li 4 notti. Non abbiamo poi insistito, pero' era il minimo che si poteva fare, cambiarci lo scopino. Anche la doccia, funzionante, ma usciva sempre un po d acqua fuori e quindi non mi dava molto l'idea di essere super igenica come cosa. Infatti il tappettino del bagno era diventato nero dopo 4 giorni, perche' un po' usciva l'acqua dalla doccia, noi con le infradito che magari entravamo in bagno per non camminare scalzi et voila'.

Podobało się · Lokalizacja jest znakomita, rzeczywiście apartament był prawie w samym centrum, a mimo to na tyle oddalony żeby spokojnie się wyspać. Jest cicho i spokojnie. Pokój rzeczywiście duży oraz bardzo duża jasna łazienka. Telewizor na ścianie z dostępem do Netflixa więc wieczorem miło było pooglądać film. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, Pani wysłała nam nawet filmik jak to zrobić. Na jedną noc idealny. Duży plus za klimatyzację, choć zawieszanie jej centralnie nad łóżkiem to przepis na przeziębienie.

Nie podobało się · Apartament za te pieniądze powinien być lepiej wyposażony, brakowało dosłownie wszystkiego brak widelcy ( jajecznicę jedliśmy łyżkami, a przygotowaliśmy ją w garnku) szklanek, był 1 kieliszek i to plastikowy, nie było również żadnej patelni. Poza tym apartament był faktycznie duży ale ciemny okna wychodziły na niski chodnik więc nie było szans odsłonić zasłon żeby wpuścić trochę światła. Nie było miejsca gdzie można by wypić z przyjemnością kawę, brak tarasu i kawałka ogrodu. Dla mnie ciemna nora, przepraszam ale naprawdę ja się tam dusiłam.

Contábamos que había wifi y no nos facilitaron la clave y mandamos varios mensajes al propietario y nos contestó el televisor carecía de volumen , la cocina no la utilizamos pero si hubiéramos tenido que utilizarla hubiera sido imposible carecía de utensilios ni cubiertos ni vaso y un largo etc casi de nada tenía , la cisterna del váter estaba estropeada , y no había ni un perchero donde poder poner la ropa , bueno no se me ocurriría volver al apartamento , totalmente desecionada

The bed is firm and nice, but pillows are oddly hard and patchy and the other one is very soft. There’s always hot water so that’s really great for the cold season in Lagos. Kitchen was nice and furnished, toilet was clean and big! We asked for extra towels (a couple times) and the host kindly gave them to us.

Very dusty (there was a fake plant and it was covered in dust), the floor was not cleaned when we came (so we had to wear shoes in the house all the time). Shower gel provided was insufficient and communication with the host was not very straightforward (I had to speak with a middleman). Kitchen was ok but there was a gap between the cabinets which exposed how dirty it was inside. Aircon was hella dusty and not cleaned. Overall a nice facilities but the cleanliness needs to be taken more seriously.

Great location , easy check in , the room and bathroom spacious , beds were comfy , good to have air con and Netflix , easy walking distance to restaurants , convenience stores and attractions

La ubicación estaba bien, las camas eran cómodas y el espacio el adecuado. La cocina tenía los utensilios suficientes para dos personas.

Al ser la planta baja estás a pie de calle y no puedes abrir las ventanas porque todo el mundo que pasa te puede ver. Había filtración de aire por la campana del extractor y se escuchaba constantemente como si hubiera tormenta. El baño tenía la cisterna estropeada y la tuvimos que arreglar nosotros.

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Brak kieliszków, brak korkociągu do wina, mała ilość żelu pod prysznic. W kuchni i w łazience grasowały małe mrówki. Brak jakiejkolwiek szafy na ubrania, wszystko musiało być spakowane w walizkach. Obsługa pozostawała w kontakcie.

Limpeza (escadas e quarto a precisar de uma limpeza significativa), o quarto precisa de manutenção (fechadura da porta principal com dificuldade na abertura, torneira lavatório solta, sofá com perna partida, piaçaba partido, almofadas desconfortáveis, disponibilizado apenas 1 rolo de papel higiénico para 1 semana, apenas disponível umas chaves de acesso ao apartamento)

La pulizia lascia a desiderare, per 5 notti 2 asciugamani per due persone.

There was a working oven

Unclean floor, unclean utensils, plates, bowls and cups all unclean, mould in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds, graffiti next to the front door, curtains rotting away, lampshade rotting away, WiFi didn’t work, TV didn’t have network connection, lock was stiff so difficult to get in and out the property.

The cleaning was clearly not done well, the floor was dirty, the towels were stained and there were practically no cooking tools (only one fork). In addition, communication before arrival was impossible. I received no response to my message and upon arrival, we had to wait for a while without knowing what to do before a man suddenly arrived. In short, despite the convenient location, I do not really recommend this place

The location was great and is very close to the town centre, owner was responsive.

When we arrived we checked over the room and found the bin wasn’t emptied and smelt bad, the washing up sponge was dirty however both of these were easily resolved in our experience. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully and the bathroom lacks ventilation. It is a very basic accommodation and isn’t good for people relying on it for making food as doesn’t have much equipment but again has the basics so would be perfect if your just looking for a layover but wouldn’t recommend longer.

It was ok, needs some TLC. Needs a sign outside, not just a #. Needed to call to get the correct code to access the key but then it was easy. Very narrow staircase to get to our room on the 3rd floor! Did I mention there’s no hand rail? However, the balcony view is a thumbs up.

The owner is very responsive to my messages. They allowed an early check-in as it was raining outside. The location is very close to the main touristic area. The room has big windows and a lot of light.

The hot water in the shower weren't warm enough.

Unfortunately our original impression gave way to despair when we realized the wallpaper was covering up mold and we woke up to damp pillows and sheets. The laundry I rinsed out on our first night was packed away damp after 4 days. The whole place was damp that even the beautiful patio couldn’t make up for. The only housekeeping was a replacement garbage bag and fresh towels left outside the door once. I finally swept and mopped up the floor and took the garbage out myself. While I loved the location, I cannot recommend the place.

The property is very well maintained by the most helpful owner! Prior to reservation, I sent message via Whatsapp asking a few questions and received detailed, professional response within minutes. It is obvious that this owner wants to work for his clients and wants to provide exceptional service. My husband and I have traveled all over the world for extended time and agree that his communication.and organization was the best we've experienced. The rest of his team are also top notch and helpful. Portuguese hospitality at its utmost finest!! Early check-in, luggage storage and fully equipped apartment made our stay perfect! Thank you again for the wonderful stay and helping us with luggage storage during our hike.

Great location and balcony

The room was very dirty and had not been cleaned properly. There was hair all over the floor when we arrived and all the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and smudged.

diese unterkunft ist einfach grässlich und total ungemütlich. überall war es schmutzig. der/die anbieter*in war nicht erreichbar, weder via mail, noch telefonisch! unzumutbar! in der beschreibung der zimmer wird nicht deklariert, welches zimmer man reserviert! ich habe das zimmer mit dem balkon reserviert, erhielt aber das zimmer das eben mit der strasse war. als ich dies beim mitarbeiter beanstandet habe, meinte er bloss, dass er nichts damit zu tun hat und ich mich an die vermieter wenden soll! (welche ja nicht erreichbar waren)!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood beautiful view on the patio. Check in was difficult. There was no prior communication regarding check in even though I had reached out prior to arrival. We got the attention of another guest who let us in the hallway out of the dark and rain. Once I reached him he said “I don’t work after 7.” However, check in is listed until 11:30pm. We were there around 8:30. Lastly do not your leave valuables in the room!!!!!!

Is Ok!!

The apartment is perfectly located, very close to the city center. It is functional, easy, clean - for our price you cannot expect a 4* hotel. The apartment is actually large. The bathroom is nice, with a large shower.

It is pitch black dark on the ground floor due to the thick curtains. If you open them, everyone can see you. Some in-between curtains would be nice. The fridge is loud in the night.

You pay for the Location.

Minimum to no effort put in the place. Mold on the bathroom sealing.

Very good location to centre and transport options. Very clean and has everything you need for a short term stay. There is room for a washing machine which would be useful. The number to call for checkin in could be easier to find, however once found check in was easy. Overall very good stay.

Nice for a night

Good location and a lot of space. The beach is at 10-15 mins walking distance. There is a free parking spot in 5 mins.

They don’t provide a wardrobe and hangers which could be annoying if you have to do a small laundry after the beach or even put your jackets for the night.

The host was excellent, really receptive, and quick to respond. He gave us a recommendation to leave our luggage at a cafe for a day before our afternoon trip back to Lisbon. The location is excellent, right in the old town. It's a peaceful and quiet street, no noise. The balcony was large with a great view. The mattresses are good, we had a good night's sleep.

There are two twin beds which aren't connected and can't stay together, so not ideal for a couple. The place was slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures.

It was a nice place to stay and easy to walk around to other places. It was hard to check in and contact the owner at the beginning of the stay.

Great property! Rooms were very clean. We were provided fresh towels every day. The location is perfect, walkable to the town centre but you don’t hear any commotion or loud music from the bars at night. Highly recommend!
