Muy buena ubicación y camas muy cómodas. En general buena atención.

El desayuno era “justito” y había muchas advertencias de que te cobraban si ensuciabas las toallas con maquillaje, si no devolvías la tarjeta……me pareció un poco too much.

It was clean and had the 24 hour front desk. The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Short walks to amazing attractions.

The room was small but livable but the bathroom was awful. The bathtub made it impossible to shower and was very hard for those with a disability to get in and out. The breakfast was awful and very expensive for what was there. The day check in staff was a bit curt and was very unhappy when asked to check in a bit early. I was very ill with food poisoning from the flight over. He was put out to say the least. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and last time it was perfect!!! This made me a bit sad as this place was one of my good memories from our trip last time. Not sure I’d do it for a third time.

Location was great. Located between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower it was an easy walk to both. Metro was fairly close with lots of excellent restaurants near by as well. Breakfast was great and was included. Would definitely return to this hotel given the chance.

Room was a bit on the small side. While some of the rooms would have a view of the Eiffel Tower ours opened out to the court yard. There was not much to see there.

Für alle die ein zentrales Hotel in Paris suchen: Ich empfehle das Hotel zu 100%! Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und man ist innerhalb von 10 min beim Eiffelturm! Das Badezimmer ist super schön gewesen und die Rezeptionisten waren sehr sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an das Hotel🫶

Very little natural daylight in our room – we were on the top floor so our windows were covered by shutters.

This hotel was fantastic. The location was great and we could walk to several metro stations in as little as five minutes. The fact that as soon as you step out of the hotel you see the Eiffel tower is just one of the best things.

Das Hotel ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ferienwohnung bedarf einer gründlichen Renovierung.

Great location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. A few minute walk to train station. Many nice restaurants near by. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location : within walking distance for Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants around. Staff at Reception were very warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom really nice, with both a bath and walk in shower.

Access to the room was a little odd via the lift to the fourth floor, to then walk down the stairs to the third. The stairs alone made more sense, not ideal if you are unable to traverse a spiral staircase easily. That said, fine for me.

The location of this hotel was perfect. A short walk to the arc de triumph and a short walk in the opposite direction to the river and the Eiffel Tower. A good selection of restaurants, bars and shops close by. And a short walk to the nearest metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and perfect for a weekend break. We couldn’t fault it.

The bar closed at 7pm which we feel is quite early. My husband wanted a drink before heading out for dinner but the bar was closed. It wasn’t a big issue though. There was a mini bar in the room if needed. Also the breakfast room was quite small and can get busy but the hotel can only work within the perimeters of the building.

Wij hadden een kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Ik had hier een berichtje over gestuurd met de vraag naar zo een kamer. Ze hebben dit toen achter mijn reservering gezet en bij aankomst kwamen wij er achter dat we ook deze kamer hadden gekregen. Dus wij waren super blij met de kamer en het prachtige uitzicht wat die met zich mee bracht! Ook was de liggen van het hotel heel fijn veel dingen waren op loop afstand!

It was so clean and even though it was small it had all the facilities of a five star hotel. Its location was excellent too. No complaints at all. The staff were excellent and friendly especially Shaheen in reception!

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Kamers zouden misschien wel een opfrissing kunnen gebruiken. Kamers zijn een beetje outdated, geen airco maar een ventilator Anderzijds was de locatie super, op wandelafstand van de Arc de Triomphe (600m) en de Eiffeltoren (1,8km)

Geen echte tegenvaller maar de kamer zou wel een opfrisbeurt een "update" kunnen gebruiken. Badkamer was netjes maar de kamer zelf had een beetje nostalgisch ouderwetse uitstraling

The views and the location were the best part about the hotel. Conveniently walkable to the tracedor for Eiffel Tower views, to arc de triomphe and galary Lafayette. Would certainly come back to this hotel

The location between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower was perfect. Its such a quieter arrondissement. Its old style Parisian apartment (Proust used to live there). Bed super comfy and clean. Mini bar / fridge in room too. (Drinks chargeable). I asked for an Eiffel Tower view and they didn’t disappoint. Views are 10/10!! Breakfast great. Staff lovely.

I liked the place of this hotel. A lot of things are in walking distance.

Be carefull the hotel is taking deposit of 150€ and later make deductions by 10€ for "dirty towels". We used towels after washing and towels were not some specificly dirty, but hotel charged us on that. Send some towel picture, but I did not even know if this towel is from my room and even if so such stains are easily washable with Ariel. So be carefull with towels better do not use them at all.

The breakfast and coffee could be better. The bed was a little too short for my son, who is 190 cm tall. There were not enough hangers in the wardrobe, and no additional hangers were available.

Funcionários antipáticos! Camareiras entram no quarto mesmo com cartão na porta dizendo NÃO Incomode! e entram acordando os hóspedes sem pedir desculpas. RECEPÇÃO ciente e seguem os incômodos de querer arrumar o quarto 8h da manhã com hóspedes dormindo. NÃO VALE O VALOR,NÃO VALE O ESTRESSE .Existem muitos hotéis nessa localização então não indico nem para inimigo Café da manhã a parte ,ruim e em salão extremamente apertado! Nota 1 para o hotel e só não dou zero pela localização.

I appreciate the helpfulness of staff, front dest Victor was very accommodating and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect - walking to all major ikon , best streets to enjoy the architecture, the cafes on every corner, room had AC. I loved the Hotel and would recommend to my friends.

Washing clothes mashine was not working to my standard, or maybe we didn’t know how properly use it - i wish there were instructions posted in English. Also it didn’t have hair shampoo / conditioner- we have to have our own. But the hand soap and wash was excellent. Plenty towels. Perfect size for family

Hotel location, excellent help from reception on arrival, with questions and assistance for taxi service to airport, room was comfortable and clean with a balcony and view of Eiffel Tower and a good breakfast. We will stay again when next in Paris.

The lift was small for 2 persons with 2 x bags each of luggage used for overseas travel. A minor problem only and hardly worth mentioning.

The place is walking distance from the city centre and attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Our room was not ready for check in upon arrival. Facilities were not well cleaned. Dusty furniture and carpets.Aircon not working in heatwave conditions. We requested a fan but it did not arrive in our room. .Very rude staff and not welcoming. I requested a safe to lock my passports .The receptionist an elderly man, responded by saying my passport is not gold.This was a huge red flag for us. Upon check out I requested for a taxi to take us to ORY airport The hotel reception , (a different person,) immediately called up someone and confirmed a booking.with time and airport.details provided. However, the person who arrived to pick us was not a registered taxi driver. There was no taxi registration sign on him or his car. The driver requested to be paid cash only but we could only pay by card..He drove us to the wrong airport on purpose. We had to find another taxi to get us to the correct airport(ORY an hour away) that caused us stress and a further 85 Euros. Everything about this hotel was frustrating and lacked professional service and accountability. I strongly do not recommend staying here. Awful experience and will never return..

Szuper szállás nagyon jó helyen ! A reggeli túlárazott! 17,5 euró , de a minősége nem ér annyit ! A szállodából kijövet jobbra az utca végével szemben van egy reggeliző sokkal jobb minőségű reggelit adnak ennyi pénzért ! Viszont a szobából a kilátás valami csoda !

A reggeli szerintem nem ér annyit és nem olyan minőségű mint amennyit kérnek érte !

Un hôtel de caractère, chargé d'histoire (Marcel Proust), idéalement situé. Un cadre agréable, de très bons petits-déjeuners et, surtout, un accueil d'une grande gentillesse. Le personnel très attentionné, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à rendre service en toute circonstance.

The location was outstanding, with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower that made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Sehr zentral. Wir sind zum Eifelturm gelaufen, die Straße runter war die Meteostation Lena. In der Nacht konnte man von unserem Zimmer den zur vollen Stunde glitzernden Eifelturm bewundern, natürlich auch bei Tag zu sehen, aber bei Dunkelheit einfach nur schön. Frühstück bis 11 Uhr war von den Zeiten her super.

Kleine 140cm französische Betten (so haben wir es aber auch gebucht) und dafür war das Zimmer ultra klein. Auf der Toilette sitzend hatte man die Badewanne an den Knien (als große Person). Es ja kaum Wasser aus der Brause, das duschen war dadurch von Dauer.

Las personas no son tolerantes con los visitantes especialmente en el restaurante. Es un costo muy alto respecto al servicio que brindan en la habitación en términos de elementos de aseo que generan confort. Es incomodo trasladarse a planchar la ropa en un espacio común. Las habitaciones son incómodas

Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Café en poudre mauvais. Prix de l'appartement trop cher pour ce que c'est. Mobilier usé à la salle de bain.

Gostei de ir embora, para não dizer que não gostei de absolutamente nada, preciso reconhecer que a vista da calçada era realmente muito bonita. Também faço questão de elogiar o pessoal do staff (zeladoria, cozinha e limpeza), que foi extremamente solícito e me ajudou em diversos momentos, muitas vezes suprindo falhas que o próprio hotel não conseguiu resolver nem no básico.

Praticamente tudo deixou a desejar: o atendimento na recepção, o café da manhã, o custo-benefício, o quarto e até mesmo a estrutura do hotel. Não havia ar-condicionado funcionando na recepção, e o do meu quarto não resfriava adequadamente, a ponto de precisarem levar um aparelho portátil para amenizar a situação. Para completar, na última noite houve uma queda de energia e a rede elétrica do hotel não suportou a demanda, fazendo com que passássemos a noite inteira sem eletricidade e sem ar-condicionado, em pleno calor. O episódio mais difícil de entender, no entanto, aconteceu no check-in. Cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi apenas para adiantar a parte burocrática, sem qualquer intenção de receber o quarto antecipadamente. Ainda assim, a recepcionista se recusou a realizar o procedimento e me fez esperar cerca de 20 minutos, em uma recepção quente, sem climatização e sem qualquer organização. Quando finalmente chegou a hora de fazer o check-in, três pessoas que haviam chegado depois de mim foram atendidas antes.

We LOVED the Hotel Elysees Union. It was our first time in Paris and there were four of us with plenty of luggage. Shaheen was an incredible help with everything. We were able to walk to most of the sites. The staff and our room were excellent. Everyone's English was excellent, so there were never any language barriers. Don't know when we'll make it to Paris again, but we would love to stay here!

La ubicación hacíamos muchas cosas a pie ya que esta a 10 minutos de la torre eiffel y a unos minutos del arco del triunfo, el vecindario es muy seguro nunca me sentí insegura pero lo más bonito fue que desde mi habitación se veía la torre

Que me cobraron €150 euros como garantía ante daños y no me han regresado el dinero ya han pasado 2 días y ellos dijeron que ese mismo día quedaba el reembolso

We specifically chose this location because of the air conditioning. The air conditioning was more of a fan than a/c. We were on the 1st floor and at one point it reached 88 in the room. We were there during the 2026 heatwave in Paris but it was pretty miserable and we couldn’t sleep well. Additionally all the drains were clogged. Every shower lasted 5 mins and by the end of it I had water up to mid calf.

The hotel’s location was very convenient and made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and was one of the better aspects of our stay.

The check-in process took around 30 minutes, even though there were only two guests ahead of us. The procedure felt quite outdated, with printed paperwork and manual forms, which made the process much slower than expected. The room was quite small. I had already seen comments about this before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. The air conditioning did not seem to work at all. Although there was an AC control, it never produced any cool air. A fan had been placed in the room, and we had to rely on that instead. The bathtub did not drain properly, so we had to stand near the edges while showering to avoid the accumulating water. The sink had the same drainage problem. After washing your hands, the next person had to wait for the water to drain before using it.
