I booked two rooms together and specifically requested for them to be side by side. However, my request was rejected simply because the room allocation is based on the system. This is quite disappointing and, honestly, not very guest-friendly. When two rooms are booked together and a simple request like side-by-side rooms cannot even be considered, it makes the whole process feel very rigid and inhuman. Hotels should have some flexibility to accommodate reasonable guest requests instead of simply blaming the system. Overall, the room allocation process feels very impersonal and lacks basic consideration for guests.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026房间算是蛮干净的，重点是一点烟味都没有这一点很棒！浴室的空间蛮大，但是洗手盆特别小，连放牙刷牙膏等都没有空间。一开始入住的时候非常热，应该是一下午的热气都闷在房间里，冷气要开了一阵子才会比较凉爽。地点蛮好的去哪里都很近，开车不到10分钟就到巴刹美食中心。楼下lobby还有可以桌椅可以休息或办公，很方便！
浴室的置物空间有点太少了，这点比较可惜。冷气稍微有一点不冷，需要耐心等待一定时间。

隔音效果太差，临近半夜12点多还可以一直听到别的楼层开关门的声音，非常影响睡眠。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The facility was fine. The receptionist was confused with the charges applicable. Had to pay in cash.
Confusion by the reception lady as she was confused with applicable charges when this was already stated in the booking confirmation. Anyway, we got a refund the next day when I pointed out what the error was. She did not understand the English language and used a translator machine to convert Chinese to English. We got a refund the next day. So all was well.

Design of the bathroom of the floor trap was a bit slow to drain out the water.

1. I thought I booked a city view room with window but the window opened up to a wall about 2 feet away from the window. 2. The room is super small (refer photo) Note: I think it is not suitable for claustrophobic people. I am claustrophobic but not severe, so it is still bearable for a night. The lighting helps.
