Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Prima kamer en goede bedden. Restaurant is eenvoudig. We konden wel buiten op de binnenkoer van het etablissement eten. Tafel onder de bomen. Zeer sfeervol. Geen poespas, simpel alles wat je nodig hebt voor een perfecte tussenstop op reis naar Karinthië of verder en dit aan een redelijke prijs.

Nella stanza con cucina avremmo gradito delle posate/piatti in più per poter cenare comodamente. È pensato per 3 ma noi eravamo in 4. Una fornitura anche con asciugapiatti puliti, spugna e detersivo nuovi sarebbe il top!

Matraze waren sooo steinhart unglaublich, also nicht gut geschlafen. Fließen im Badezimmer waren kaputt.. Fernsehe funktionierte nicht,hätte ich keinen eigenen Prime Zugang gehabt hätten wir nicht TV schaurn können.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Das Zimmer und Bad waren SEHR SCHÖN SAUBER!!! Im Zimmer war genug Abstellplatz vorhanden, das Bett/Matratzen SEHR GUT. Die Farben der Wandgestaltung sind geschmackssache - wichtig war für uns jedoch die Sauberkeit. Am Bett sind ausreichend und gut erreichbare Steckdosen vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und üppig, das Frühstücksei PERFEKT weich :-) - meinem Sohn hat der Kakau so gut geschmeckt, dass er noch ein zweites Kännchen bekam. Der "Gasthof Adler" ist nichts für "Designenthusiasten" oder "Anspruchsvolle Gäste", es ist eher eine bodenständige Wirtschaft im Ort, wo die Sauberkeit und das Gästewohl im Vordergrund steht, anstatt gehobener Ausstattung - alles ist einfach und praktisch gehalten. Dafür sprechen auch die ABSOLUT FAMILIENFREUNDLICHE PREISE :-)!!!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La habitación familiar era amplia, cómoda y espaciosa. El cuarto de baño, también. Visitamos Legoland un par de días y la ubicación a solo 15/20 minutos de coche era perfecta. El desayuno fue muy completo y el trato con los dueños, muy amable y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Recomendable 100%
Nos gustó todo, sólo añadir que creía haber reservado la habitación con desayuno incluido a través de Booking (de hecho así lo pone cuando buscas para reservar la misma habitación en la que estuvimos) y luego resultó no ser así. No nos importó pagar el desayuno, que estuvo genial pero me sabe mal que tal vez los dueños pensaran que nos hacíamos los locos a la hora de marcharnos,...Lo comento únicamente para evitar confusiones. Cuando miras la app con tu número de reserva pone en las condiciones que algunas habitaciones incluyen el desayuno pero no especifica si es la tuya por lo que después, no se puede comprobar.

We arrived in the interval agreed with the host. Nobody was there when we arrived, everything was locked, no sign, no anything. I called the host a lot of times, sent a lot of messages, there was no reply. We stayed there for an hour until somebody showed up and we were let in the room, with no apology for not answering the phone. We stayed in an apartment with separate access from the side of the building. When entering the room, there was an awful smell of cigarette smoke. I am really sorry I didn't say anything on the spot and didn't ask for a different room, but we were tired and hungry from the day of travel. We thought we could leave the windows open, and it will air out. The smell was unbearable in the bathroom, it was horrible, thick, dense, just unbreathable. We only stayed nights, as for the rest of the day we were out and about, but still, it was a huge discomfort. The location is used as "base" by Romanian car traffickers, so the parking was always full of their cars, we always had to park in the street. Another inconvenience is that they were loud, cars were being parked/moved during the middle of the night, right by our windows, so we were woken up at 2-3-4 AM by motor noise, headlights shining through, loud speaking etc. We paid 10 euro/person for breakfast. We received for 3 people one single plate with 5 salami slices, 5 cheese slices, 1-2 soft cheese triangles and 1-2 of pate spread, for a total of 30 euro. Quality products but significantly overpriced. Eggs (only boiled) or yogurt were on demand. I would have expected that each such plate would cost 10 euro and we should have received 3 plates. We knew from the pictures to expect a not so modern room, but in reality, it was far worse. We always check for bad bugs before settling in a room, so when I lifted the mattress, I saw that under the beds it was probably never cleaned: huge pile of dust and dust bunnies, candy wrappers and so on were under the bed.

Il bagno era nella stanza accanto e quindi bisognava fare avanti e indietro tra le 2 stanze

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The beautiful location right in the center of Zusmarshausen in a romantic 500-year-old inn. The nice premises with a lot of space to sit out. There is even a shepherd’s waggon. The restaurant has got a beer garden. An excellent and very abundant breakfast is served there. We had the room in the annex which had a kitchenette, too. Everything was very clean. The host was very friendly and the staff, too. There is free parking on the premises. It is close to the motorway if you are traveling.
Some things need an update, like the mosquito net.

Colazione facoltativa a 5€ a persona al giorno al momento della prenotazione, scoprendo però al check-out che era diventato 10€, il doppio (anche per bambini di massimo 6 anni), senza che ne fossimo avvisati durante il soggiorno. Fatto presente al titolare che mi ha spiegato il motivo dell'aumento, comprensibile per carità... Ma per quanto mi riguarda, comportamento non corretto né trasparente.

An Wochentagen früh schon etwas laut, aber noch okay.

Parkplätze waren leider blockiert von Autos ohne Kennzeichen. Etwas hellhörig das gesamte Haus und leider waren die Kopfkissen aus Federn und leider nicht mit Baumwollfüllung, was es für Allergiker sehr schwierig macht. Fernsehprogramm war leider nicht verfügbar da kein HD TV empfangbar war und die "normalen" Sender nicht empfangbar waren.
