La ubicación increíble, ya que llegas cansado del viaje desde Coyhaique en nuestro caso, luego la barcaza, y el lugar está literalmente saliendo del muelle. El desayuno muy abundante y todo muy rico; además, si no quieres cocinar en el departamento, tienes el restaurant ahí mismo y además, es muy bueno. Realmente, excelente el Costanera Apart.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026El apartamento está muy bien, es tranquilo y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Está al lado del puerto donde llega la barcaza así que para nuestra vuelta fue perfecta la ubicación. A la plaza de armas se tarda 5 minutos. Para recoger las llaves sólo preguntamos en el restaurante. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas.
Nos arreglaron la habitación y se olvidaron de cerrar la puerta con llave. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y no pasa nada, pero creo que deberían tener un poco de cuidado con eso. Vimos que otros apartamentos tenían un sofá pero el nuestro sólo tenía dos sillas, no eran incómodas del todo pero hubiera estado mejor el sofá.

The windows are large and transparent Everyone can see what is happening inside the apartment When you sit on the sofa enjoying the view of the lake, people pass by the window and even wave at you It would be possible to move the path so that it is not under apartment 1 and 2 or put windows that are not visible from the outside and of course. It would be possible to give us a room at the end or on the top floor because we are almost the only ones who came for 2 nights, including new arrivals and departures and everyone passes by the window of the apartment

Reviewed Apr 18, 2023The best place to stay in Chile is Chico. The room is super big and the best think is all the rooms are facing the lake. So you are enjoying the view of the mountains and the lake every time. The kitchen is super well equipped and the wifi is super fast. The same hotel has a restaurant where you can eat or you can just walk to downtown. Not parking lot in the building but you can park on the street in front of the hotel.
