A szoba koszos volt, sok helyen poros, foltosak a falak. A napi takarítás alkalmával sem söpörtek, porszívóztak fel, ami homokos tengerpart mellett nem szerencsés. A fürdőszobai bútor foltos, hólyagos, párától tönkrement a laminátum több helyen feljött. Szomszédos szobákból könnyen áthallatszik minden.

The only things I disliked and I understand you get idiots everywhere and can't be controlled was the number of rowdy idiots that were given the 5th floor, the reception should make them aware that there are people sleeping and the pillows weren't great

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Location and staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great. The free use of a kettle and cups was appreciated as well as the use of the safe. The new ramp into the hotel is great and such an improvement for those with disabilities.
The room we had, had no drawers to put your clothes in, just a wardrobe with about 5 hangers, which for two people is not sufficient. We had to live out off our suitcases which wasnt ideal. My advice is to re-inspect your rooms especially for storage space and supply suitable drawers to put clothes into.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Es el segundo año que me hospedo y me encanta la vista al mar que me ofrece con la ubicación de estar al frente de la playa . Para mí madre mayor es una fortuna el poder ir y volver sin caminar muchos metros. Además la cercanía al puerto , casco antiguo y el poder caminar por los dos malecones del poniente o levante . La habitación amplia , con todos los servicios , minibar para guardar frías tus cosas . Y el balcón con mesa y dos tumbonas para desayunar frente al bar y en las noches pasar la noche si quieres como una buena velada . Tiene unos ventanales grandes para despertarte y ver el horizonte del mar . Cerca está el Mercadona para comprar lo que necesites y supermercados al rededor. La ubicación también es de 10 para todo. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Ya reserve para dentro de un año de nuevo. Además el precio es excelente a comparación a otros que están en la misma linea de playa .

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La ubicación es su punto fuerte, enfrente de la playa y a un corto paseo del balcón del mediterráneo. Perfecto para recorrer los paseos de Poniente y de Levante. Las habitaciones con vistas al mar son espaciosas, y están bien insonorizadas. Parking de pago a poca distancia, y el disuasorio de Av Cuba a menos de 15 min andando.
Un día no nos hicieron la habitación, y el baño necesita mantenimiento. Vimos algunas hormigas.

Room was not properly cleaned prior to check in. Found toenail clippings in the balcony, as well as excrement stains on the toilet, sand, seaweed and mould in the shower as well as dust on every possible surface. Asked reception to rectify the issue and wasn’t given an apology and nothing was done. The rooms are “cleaned” daily but all that happens is they make your bed and replace the toilet paper.

La struttura si presenta datata, il bagno non era molto attrezzato. La pulizia era superficiale. Armadio piccolo e non troppo pulito.

Poiché era l’ultimo piano era esposta molto al sole e di conseguenza di primo impatto in camere faceva molto caldo, menomale che c’era il condizionatore perfettamente funzionante, ed essendo ultimo piano era leggermente mansardata e con il tetto basso

The cleaning was not great ! Things hadn't been dusted for quite some time , eg on top of the fridge , skirting boards and the inside shelve of the bed side table .The patio windows were dirty and some of the glass had blown . I did ask for a cloth to do them but the guy on reception said they would be done tomorrow , which they weren't. It's such a beautiful view and you do want to see out the windows when you have the aircon on so I did them myself . It also had next to no storage space for clothes . We were only there for 4 nights but would struggle with somewhere to put clothes for 2 weeks . It really needs a chest of draws as the wardrobe is tiny with 5 hangers .

El alojamiento está muy viejo y a parte la habitación que nos tocó estaba bastante sucia, comenzando por las sábanas que cuelgan del colchón tenían unas manchas marrones que no sabría decir de qué eran. Luego la placa ducha bastante sucia con filos muy negros y grifos llenos de cal. Además las paredes con humedades y la pintura caída. La almohada muy fina y colchón con los muelles muy pronunciados

El balcón pequeño no había ni una silla para sentarse, sólo tenían sillas y mesas las habitaciones con vista al mar, el cuarto de baño, sólo encuentras cosas de aseo el primer día que vas, los demás días ya no te ponen, eso si, la limpieza de la habitación muy bien, menos el balcón que no se limpio, pero necesita una reforma, por lo demás calidad precio bien

În cameră erau furnici pe jos și pe masa de birou. Serviciile de curățenie cam lasă de dorit . In camera noastră tavanul era puțin deteriorat și avea urme de mucegai într-un colț .

Las sábanas sucias en el primer momento que entramos , cajones con polvo , la cama que nos dieron incómoda y sonaba mucho , parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento.
