Cocina desconectada para que no se pueda utilizar, tienen que venir alguien del personal a conectala. Y ni un solo plato, ni sartén, cacerola,ni cubiertos,ni vasos nada de nada. Decían que los utensilios de cocina los traen los clientes a partir de ahí te conectaban la placa de inducción. Alquilan habitación con cocina que no se puede utilizar, de decoración.

Cups/plates and cooking utencils were not available. Ideally a microwave should be there as well since it is a suite/apartment.

When the hotel is busy the lift may take time , I had to wait more than a few minutes a couple times

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024I like that the staff are very friendly and the place is quiet. The taxi drivers are able to locate the hotel easily. It is also about 10 minutes away from the bus interchange so it is quite good. Also 15 minutes away by foot from Myeong-Dong where we went for shopping. Legoland is about 15 minutes away by taxi and the place is so quiet. Different from the busy Seoul. All in all good experience.
Time to invest on installing bidets to your hotel rooms. Perhaps also invest on having a dryer room since you have washing machines in the hotel rooms. Dryer rooms will give you extra money from your customers.

No English instructions on how to use the washing machine or the air conditioner. No utensils or cookware in the kitchen. No towels were in the bathroom. Clerk insisted they gave me two keys when they only gave me one.

A kitchen was advertised but there weren't any pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Not even a kettle to boil water, so I had to go without coffee which is never ok! Also, parking is a car elevator which is terrifying in my opinion. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay there again.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2023Our stay was pleasant. We all enjoyed our futon beds, which made our stay a little unique. Bathroom was good as the shower was separate from the toilet etc. Very simple room. Clean and tidy.
There are no utensils to eat food. No microwave. We had to go downstairs to heat up our food.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2022추천하지 않습니다. 청결도는 셋탑박스를 손으로 쓸었더니 뽀얀 먼지가 나오는 수준이고 화장실에선 곰팡이냄새와 곰팡이가 육안으로 확인되는 정도였습니다. 쾌쾌한 냄새는 기본이고 침대에서 자는것 조차 찝찝해서 베개에 수건을 깔고잤습니다. 물온도 조절은 되지 않고 삐~소리가 나면 찬물이 나오는 샤워기에..진짜 모텔보다 못한 수준이었고.. 컨시어지 서비스 수준 역시 최악이었습니다. 다신 방문할 의사 없습니다.

Got only a hand towel for bath robe. I can go on. Booked for three days, left after the first day. Never went back again.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2022여행이 주는 설렘 가득한 기분이 있기에 그 어느곳을 가도 대부분 만족스럽습니다. 가격이 비싸지 않으면 그만큼 더 불평도 없어지지요. 하지만 여긴 아닙니다. 진짜 최악중에 최악이고 다시는 이런곳 안가고 싶네요. 바닥은 심발자국이 검게 있고, 서랍장엔 노란때가 묻은 면봉이 그대로 들어있고 커튼을 치려니 먼지가 굴러다녀 커튼을 건드릴 수가 없었어요.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2021호텔이 아닌 오피스텔이였어요.. 각자의 선호도에 따라 만족도도 다르리라 생각합니다. 저희는 급하게 이틀전에 예약하느라 가격이 많이 비쌌어요(15만조금안됨). 기본도구는 사야하지만 물이랑 수건은 더 달라고 하니 넉넉히 주셨어요(수건이 좀 낡음) 친구, 가족, 동호회? 등등 먹을꺼리 싸가지고 와서 먹어도 될듯합니다. 인덕션, 세탁기 있었어요. 다시 이용할지는 잘 모르겠어요 그렇게 나쁜 컨디션은 아니지만 가격대비 쏘쏘였어요 조식은 할인해서 9.9천원 이였지만.. 사실 그돈도 아까울정도로 별루였어요.. 소세지도 얇고 싸구려인듯한, 식빵도.. ㅠㅠ 그냥 큰 기대없이 나가먹기 싫으시면 드셔볼만 하지만 딱히 과일이나 치즈 그런거 없어요 날씨가 좀 추웠는데 따뜻하게 잘 잤어요 딱히 어디가 나쁘다 할수는 없지만 가격대비 비추인듯하고.. 가격이 5~6만정도면 잘 지내다 간다고 생각할듯 싶어요..
