Valomia Beachfront

Great views and seating out the front right on the beach, rooms were a good size with a mini fridge and good size bathroom, can swim right in front of the room or a short 50 meter walk to seperate snorkling area Location is awesome with many resturants and bars within walking distance which is great (as there is no resturant\bar on site) great rooftop bar\resturant right behind the accomodation, staff will help with all that is required where possable, first time in Amed and we loved it, soooo good :)

The Bed was hard, mini bar not stacked, no hot water while we were there but this was not a big issue and maybe we were doing smething wrong.

It was a perfect stay, I enjoy the location, the views and the staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely book again anytime I’m in Amed.

The guesthouse is very affordable, and the location is perfect for watching the sunrise.

Considering the low price, I don’t mind that the furniture is a little old. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved. This is not directly related to the accommodation itself, but it was really disappointing to see so much rubbish left on the beach. It would be great if the beachfront guesthouses and hotels could work together to keep the beach clean. It would make the whole area much more pleasant and improve the overall stay. I also feel that there is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and environmental awareness.

Unreal location, sleep to the sound of the waves, open up the doors and your on the beach, owner super helpful and sorted a bike rental for me whilst staying.

Wish there was a desk and chair to work from my laptop, but if you’re not planning on working, no problemo. Also a little confusing as there is no front of house/reception, just head straight to the beach and theyl be waiting there for you to check in.

Such a beautiful property. Booked two rooms for me and my friends. Very good location. Spacious rooms Waking up to the view of the sea is my favourite thing in the world. The sun-beds are also nice. The owner is very attentive. I love supporting local businesses as someone who is a balinese. Bed and linen are comfy. I also love the bamboo shower in room 2. Hot water works very well for me. The owner also rent out snorkels if you want to go snorkelling. Oh! There’s a hair dryer! I will definitely stay here next time as well. There’s fridge too. AC Works well for me.

There is no designated parking spot even for motorbikes. So… you gotta be street smart. Kettles need to be replaced as they are a bit rusty. Ants biting you when you’re on the sunbed. The rest are fine to me 👍🏻

L’emplacement idéal Il faut passer dans le restaurant pour découvrir les maisonnettes c’est très charmant.

La localisation: magnifique vue sur agung depuis la plage, tout le nécessaire à côté (cafés, Warung, spa, supermarché)

La chambre était un peu défraîchie mais tout fonctionnait

Парковка на улице, но это не проблема, не очень удобный узкий переулок чтобы дойти до комнаты. Там стоит убраться и будет нормально.

wow...what a location. Wake up looking out at the ocean on your door step. Amazing value for money. We only had one night in Amed but wish we could have stayed longer. 20 second walk to the main street with all the bars/cafes/shops/supermarket etc.

It was a little hard to find. It has no real entrance but the setting on the beach is nice

Le bord de mer

Nous avons eu une souris dans la chambre, pleins de grotte de souris sous le frigo. Bouilloire rouillée, inutilisable. Moisissure sur le rideau de séparation. Robinet sale pour la salle de bain. Et l’odeur de l’eau faisait peur et dégoûtée, nous nous sommes laver uniquement à l’eau de bouteille.

The hotel is front the beach

The way to get to the hotel is bad , it s hard to find it , when we arrived , we had to walk through a dirty place every time we wanted to go out to find it , there is no front door , no reception nothing , it s just rooms front the beach

Lokasi tepat didepan pantai, indah dan menenangkan. Kamar dan lingkungan bersih. Room amenities lumayan lengkap (bottled water, soap, shampoo & towel are available). Sunset point yg kece, pemandangan pagi hr jg super. Breakfast tidak include di harga tp ada banyak pilihan tempat breakfast yg dekat. Lunch/dinner bs diresto sekitar, harga terjangkau dn tasty. Staff helpful dan friendly. Ada beberapa pilihan water activities yg mudah sekali dibooking disekitar hotel sprti Snorkeling dn kayaking.

Gang menuju hotel kecil dan gelap saat malam, saran sy agar pemilik hotel menambah penerangan disekitar. Untuk tamu, siapkan senter hp saat keluar/masuk gang dimalam hari. Hotel berdekatan dgn bar yg menyediakan live music jd bila agak sensitif bs request kamar yg agak jauh dr bar atau pakai earplug.

Pengalaman yang luar biasa, staf sangat berusaha maksimal memastikan kami merasa nyaman, akomodasi ini adalah yang terbaik yang pernah kami tinggali ditambah view lautnya yang persis depan kamar, desain interior dan exteriornya semuanya baru, semua kamar memiliki balkon pribadi yang menghadap ke laut

начнём с хорошего. это расположение. океан видно прямо с кровати. есть шезлонги, зонтики, кресла-мешки и пляжные полотенца. кондиционер работал хорошо. в номере есть фен и холодильник.

за 3 ночи в номере не убирали ни разу. пляж в двух шагах и песок абсолютно везде. мы снимали 3 номера и ни в одном не было горячей воды. предположу, что в отеле нет бойлера вообще. муравьи. маленькие мерзкие чудовища. они заползают повсюду и кусают вас беспощадно. если бы на улице проводили обработку от насекомых, их бы не было в номерах в таком количестве(ниже прикреплю фото)

Lovely cheap apartment right on the beach

I booked 1 night, the host was friendly and took me snorkeling, it was amazing, the room was clean, the sea view was perfect.

This place has just been renovated, very nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is right on the beach and very quiet, the host is very friendly and nice, the wifi is good, the shower is powerful and the sea view is amazing.

central place in Amed, you can easily find anything, great location, clean rooms and facing the sea.

Месторасположение хорошее (но не то, которое указано на Booking), море, вид на Агунг. И на этом всё.

Снимали 2 номера из 4. на 2 ночи. Точка и координаты на Booking не соответствуют реальному расположению, сначала проверяйте по названию на Google картах. Парковки нет совсем и до неё нужно ехать 5 минут, но хозяин помог с парковкой неподалеку (это плюс). Горничная всегда сидит напротив номеров и всегда в телефоне, никакой приватности нет. Номера очень грязные, их очень плохо убирают. Мебель обшарпанная и грязная внутри. Из раковин воняет канализацией, потому что нет сифонов и водяного затвора, только прямая труба в канализацию. Холодильники ржавые. Чёрные волосы разбросаны повсюду. В чайнике старая вода и плавают мухи. Некоторые лампочки и светильники не работают. Постельное белье с пятнами. На стенах гвозди для картин, вместо картин. Пляж очень грязный и весь в окурках и пластике.

tempat yang sangat bagus,pemandangannya menakjubkan,tuan rumah ramah dan penuh perhatian kami sangat menikmati semuanya.

Удобная кровать, прекрасный вид на море , чистый номер, в номере есть все необходимое - кофе, вода, чайник. Чистые полотенца вкусно пахнут

Запах канализации в душе, он попадал в комнату и было неприятно спать

Великолепное расположение в нескольких шагах от моря, рядом с вкусными кафе, массажным салоном и супермаркетом. Недалеко отличная бухта для снорклинга. Уютный номер. Также есть лежаки, зонт и кресла-мешки.

В душе не было горячей воды, в шкафу не было вешалок. Есть проблемы с приватностью: у нас был крайний номер, и хозяева постоянно были рядом, через стеклянные двери всё видно. В ночь перед заселением хозяин написал, что туалет засорился, и мне пришлось в панике искать другое жильё в Амеде, где уже почти всё было забронировано, а оставшиеся варианты продавались по неадекватным ценам. К счастью, ситуация разрешилась.

Beachfront property with glorious sound of waves at night. Helpful staff.

Frankly dirty and not been looked after for a long time. Unlike the photos one whole wall lacked paint and just had insulation boards, bathroom was grotty and an opening above the shower let all the bugs in. A bathroom door would have helped this had there been there.

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Gekühlte Getränke in der Minibar.

Das Zimmer ist sehr abgewohnt. Die Armaturen sind verkalkt. Die Badezimmertür fällt fast aus den Angeln. Die Fronten der Schränke sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist ein permanentes Geräusch im Zimmer, vermutlich von den Splitanlagen der Klimaanlagen, die direkt über dem Zimmer sind.

Thr locatilon

The bed bugs. I got viciously bitten the first night and had to leave. The couple working there retuned my money. They also promissed they will sort the problem. But I went past and there was someone there already the next day. Terrible

Great location

L’accueil, absence de réception et d’accueil. Aucun sens de l’accueil. Le point GPS n’est pas le bon. Le taxi n’a pas pu nous poser au bon endroit. Vous passez dans une rue étroite pour aller jusqu’à la plage rempli de déchet et premier habitat que nous avons croisé est un cafard. Mur très fin vous entendez le voisin ronfler

L établissement est vieillissant ne correspond pas aux photos chemin pour accéder aux chambres est plein de immondices. Petites bestioles dans les chambres

Fabulous location right on the sea front. Only 4 rooms, so it felt cozy. Bed was King size and very comfortable. A/c worked well. My room was in the corner so sheltered from the elements.

Fridge needed defrosting. A tv would have been nice.

Les chambres assez vieilles, l'air conditionné qui s'arrête toutes les 30min la nuit, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et surtout on voulait se reposer et musique à fond dans le bar d'à côté, collé à notre chambre jusqu'à 23h

Very happy with my stay here, the staff are really friendly and helpful, not far from the main road, strategic location, very nice sea view, spacious, clean and aesthetic rooms.

we had a great stay, friendly staff, spacious, comfortable, clean room with balcony AC and perfect room, from inside the room you can enjoy the fishermen fishing & sunset in the evening, definitely come back👍

The sea view is amazing, you can see it while lying down from inside the room, the room is nice, spacious and clean, the host is very friendly and attentive, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely come back again
